Arlene’s place was amazing. The view and outdoor place are what really set it apart. We were able to watch the sunrise each morning while listening to the ocean. There is a great beach less than 1 mile away. The chairs and other beach supplies available was so helpful! There are many great restaurants in the area as well and we really enjoyed the Rincon Farmers Market on Sunday that Arlene recommended. This was the perfect place to spend time in Rincon. Will definitely be back!

Best location ever!! Family had a great spring break here being one short block to the beach and a great coffee shop and breakfast truck every morning, no car needed. Short drive to real city life in Rincon center which wasn't are reason for coming back to this area again as the beauty of Sandy beach is special. Like being in Bali but better. People are awesome in PR, surf is world class and Daniel's place was awesome. Had a tv issue late in the evening we arrived and he had the kids watching breakfast cartoons the next day. Thank you for your hospitality and communication to get us all settled in for a memorable Spring break with our 2 little kids. We would love to stay here again! Dalé

Juliette was the perfect host, helping us get coffee filters and made sure everything was perfect, and had great suggestions. She even offered up her surfboard and surfboard rack to help out efforts. The space is amazing, overlooking the ocean and many many beautiful fruit trees. Perfect location to all of Rincon’s best spots while still being tucked away.

Our stay at Rincón Surf Club was simply excellent in every way! We stayed with family, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The place is super clean and spacious, with a modern design that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The pool is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the host's hospitality was top-notch—always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. The location is unbeatable, just steps from Pools Beach, ideal for surfers and beach lovers. Plus, it’s very accessible to the town of Rincón, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and other attractions. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We’ve stayed here multiple times- it’s really become our home away from home. Everything Is always perfect, and if we ever need anything its taken care of right away.

Extremely clean home and bedding. Modern kitchen with large fridge and gas stove. Outdoor barbecue and pool area was incredible, we barbecued several nights. Several questions we asked the host were answered promptly. Our vacation was SO much better because we had a comfortable, large home to relax in between adventures in. Walkable to Sandy Beach for the kids and surfing for my husband. Location overall great because you're close to Steps as well. I loved reading on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Would stay here again for sure!

Perfect Rincon location! We loved staying here. Walk out the gate and have your toes on Sandy Beach in under a minute. The outside seating area was a great place to chill out in a hammock or sip some coffee. For a more desert island beach vibe walk a few minutes up the road to Pools beach and sit under a palm tree in solitude . 413 has whatever vibe you’re feeling that day. Thanks for a great stay!

I stayed at the end of July. I found out this is yhe off season due to it being rainy. the rain never ruined my day and made for peaceful down time in the afternoon. I didn't do much except go to the beach and walk around. I went out to eat a few times. I felt safe in the area as a solo woman traveler. Alex was very close by and very helpful. I usually don't interact with hosts much besides letting them know I've arrived ok. Alex was super friendly and I felt like she treated me like my friends do. She gave me very helpful recommendations and was very kind. I cooked food on the stove to save money because I was there 11 days. There is no oven (but there's a toaster oven) or microwave, but the stove worked great! I do recommend bug spray for the beach and for walking outside. I brought some and they left me alone, but one day I left it at the house and they were all over me. This was the best trip I have ever taken, and I highly recommend Alex's home!

Amazing location! Beds could be updated but we adjusted and had an amazing time! Carlos is fantastic and communication was excellent! Well stocked kitchen(pots pans, spices etc) bbq, and overall we didn’t want to leave! Thank you Carlos !

Great vacation for our family of 4 - the kids loved swimming first thing in the morning and the last thing in the evening. Location was close to everything we did in Rincon.

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing vacation-then look no further than Ignari’s condo. We loved our stay here as it was very comfortable, easy to make ourselves at home and offered the best beach access and sunsets you could find. We rented a car, which is needed to go into the town for shopping, dining, groceries, and to explore the gorgeous island. When we return, we will definitely stay here again. Tip: eat at Cafe 413 - it was recommended to us by two people and it did not disappoint!

A quiet, clean, spacious condo with a beautiful ocean view. The property is on the third floor, but not to worry if you have any accessibility issues because there are ramps and elevators. Think the most number of stairs you would need to climb are four. There is a pleasant wrap around balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning or evening meal. I thought all the bedrooms were a nice size, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. I stayed there with my wife, son, brother, and his girlfriend and never felt crowded. The property includes access to a pool and the beach. It's just a small parking lot distance from the building to the ocean. Also of note is the property is gated, adding to the sense of peace and security. There are restaurants, street food vendors and grocery stores nearby.

Had an amazing stay! The condominium is really lovely and filled w very friendly people. Brayla is an amazing host, the apartment was so clean and had everything I could have needed for my stay. Definitely going to be returning whenever I return to PR!

We loved this place! Just steps from the ocean, and so cool to be outside the whole time at this place. It had everything that was needed and it’s just so cool to see the stars at night and hear the waves from the beach. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful condo, fabulous hosts, great communications and recommendations. No question went unanswered and advice freely given. You are just steps from the beach and sitting on the patio drinking coffee and watching the waves was fabulous

I got this place for my husband’s birthday and it was everything he was looking for: peaceful, by the beach, amazing views and sunsets to relax. Javier was great, very responsive and courteous. The place is cozy, it felt bigger than what we expected, lots of space for a couple. It was close to the “downtown” Rincón where you can find markets, stores and restaurants. The view is spectacular! A great place to relax and enjoy beautiful Puerto Rico, we couldn’t ask for a better place. We are already planning for another trip soon. Thank you Javier!

It is a beautiful apartment, helpful instructions to find the place and get in, clean and right on the beach. It met all our criteria for our visit. The sound of the Ocean and the view from the living room were awesome. Had all the amenities one would need for a short stay. Cozy little place by the Ocean for a quick getaway !
