We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come again/recommend to others. The flat was full of quirky extras and everything was catered for. They went above and beyond with all the finishing touches which made you feel welcome and right at home. It’s a short walk to Weymouth beach. Considering how close to everything it’s really quiet. To top it all off the hosts were so lovely and friendly. I’d give them 6 stars if I could :)

Just great place to stay – the sea and coastal views are fantastic… Even when the weather wasn’t so good… Its just wonderful to sit and watch the sea. Amy and Jonathan were available to answer any questions, gave good advice for when we arrived. The apartment is fully equipped, great location, private parking and easy walking access down to the beach. Always quiet and peaceful at night & ... Oh! Beds are so comfortable… want to find out where those mattresses are from 😊 Everything was great: Would definitely recommend , and hopefully we’ll be coming back with friends and family soon. Big thanks from us both.

This was a lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and just a 5 mins stroll to the beach. We would definitely recommend. The one thing that was difficult for us as a family with a dog was we didn’t realise the grass was fake. Understandably the owner didn’t really want our dog to do his business on it and my dog wouldn’t anyway. This wouldn’t normally have been too much of an issue but we couldn’t see any grass verges around and going to the beach in the dark wasn’t any fun. That was just for us otherwise a fabulous apartment in a fabulous location.

If you want somewhere great to stay that’s close to all local attractions with that home from home feeling then this is the place.

A beautiful little apartment, about 10- 15 minutes walk from shops, cafes etc. Spotlessly clean and stunning views. A bit of a hill and some stairs, but you get your steps in! Would reccommed 😄

An outstanding stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and always responded to my messages quickly. The property was exactly as described and incredibly clean/spacious. I'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

I’d never arranged a gathering with this many people before, so I was worried how it would turn out, but I needn’t have been, everything was fantastic from the get-go. The instructions to find the house were flawless, and there was plenty of parking space for us all. None of the bedrooms felt cramped, even though there were so many of us, and there were plenty of bathrooms dotted around. The kitchen is vast, with multiple fridges and a great oven, and we really enjoyed being able to eat together around the massive dining room table. The living room could accommodate all of us, and much fun was had with the pool and table football tables, as well as the hot tub. Throughout our stay our hosts were invisible unless we needed them, at which point they replied swiftly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large party, thanks for having us!

Paul was the most wonderful and understanding host for our situation and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comforting and relaxing. It felt like he really cared about our stay and even prepped a fire ready for our arrival. The house is beautiful and full of character, the open plan space felt like we were all connected but also had enough room for us to not feel at any time that we were all on top of each other. The area is so calm and the sun sets beautifully over the opposite field with horses grazing and the sun rises gorgeously through the trees that surround the house. Highly highly recommended.

We booked this house for my mum’s 50th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were cozy, and the outdoor space was a lovely bonus. Catherine made sure we had everything we needed for a special celebration. The location was also great— close enough to local attractions. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Thank you for helping make my mum’s birthday so special!

The Coppice is in a quiet, peaceful setting with clean and organized furnishings and appliances. The skylights over the kitchen and in the bedroom are special feature of the annexe. Being able to watch the heavens brings you closer to nature. Debbie and Ian are helpful and friendly and at the same time respect the guests privacy. Abundances of dog walking routes and beachside walks nearby. Restaurants and pubs are close.

Had a very relaxing stay in this lovely air b&b . It was perfect for us & our little dog with the garden . We loved this side of the island , we did many enjoyable walks. Thank you Barnie for all the helpful advice & making us feel welcome. Freshwater bay was a perfect bay for a nice September swim.

Wow, what a beautiful place! We absolutely loved our stay in Brockenhurst. The town is beautifully peaceful but with plenty of nice pubs and cafes to visit, along with lots of walking routes. The apartment was spotless from top to bottom and was extremely comfortable. Kate was also fantastic and gave very clear, easy instructions on how to access the property. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful place.

We have been to sandbanks quite a few times and this is by far our favorite place we have ever stayed. The flat was clean, well equipped and private. We had more than enough space for our family of 4 and said we could fit 6 without feeling cramped. The flat felt new and high end. We loved that it was so close to the beach and many nice restaurants. Our girls loved spending the afternoon in the hot tub too! We will definitely be booking here again.

We had a really lovely weekend! Hazel was a fabulous host, very easy check in, lots of helpful hints regarding the amenities etc. The apartment was beautifully clean, great location - easy walk to the beach, feels newly appointed - very fresh! It was our anniversary, and the little extras were greatly appreciated! Feel very greatful to have found this little gem and will definitely be back! Kassy and Tim.

The main road is a little bit dubious to pull in and out of and noisy, however having said all this, the place itself was perfectly fine for what I needed. Everything was clean, good provisions too. The best thing was the view out the back of the property at the hill! If ever I need a quick getaway again I’ll be sure to book. I didn’t get to explore much of the area due to the storm but will be sure to do the walk around the area next time.
