good location for pubs, restaurants and boat trips. good bathroom, comfy bed and sofa. Quite warm at night and the area was noisy with the windows open but overall enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay, everything was in easy reach and walkable, beach, shops, town centre etc. clean, tidy, comfortable & clear instructions. would stay again.

This first-floor apartment is a light and airy space with comfortable, good quality furniture. Apart from a shared driveway, it’s completely self-contained. There is a pleasant, well-equipped kitchen with a good-sized table to sit at, and a small WC / shower room. At the end of a day walking on the South-West Coast Path, a cup of tea on the balcony overlooking a spacious woodland garden was wonderfully relaxing. I was aware of road noise from the A35 a couple of hundred metres away, but it didn’t break the calm. Once out of the drive the immediate location is not itself remarkable, but really convenient for many Dorset attractions - especially West Bay and Bridport, which are minutes away. If you preferred, though, you could simply stay at home and relax in the apartment. It had that kind of feel to it 😎

Right in the center with easy assigned parking. Very clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and walking distance to a large supermarket. Excellent communication.

Damian’s lace was great! Clean and cosy and all necessary amenities were provided. Damian himself was very quick to reply and courteous, would highly reccommend

Lovely spot in an ideal location if you’re visiting Swanage , 1 minute from the shops and highst and 2 minutes from the sea front. Gorgeous space , well equipped and very clean. Thank you!

This was the perfect apartment for our needs (3 adults and a dog). The location is excellent – over the road from the beautiful beach which runs for miles, a few minutes away from a lovely local pub, and town is a 10-minute walk with more bars, restaurants, shops etc. The apartment is spacious, clean, light and airy. The outdoor seating area is perfect for soaking in the sun – with lots of furniture and a large hot tub. Beds were really comfortable, the décor is of a very high standard and the kitchen very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including condiments, sauces, coffee machine and a welcome pack with bread, milk, biscuits, popcorn. Jemma the host is a lovely person. Very accommodating and responsive, and you immediately get the feeling that she genuinely puts her guests at the heart of everything she does. I would absolutey recommend this apartment and would definitely stay again in the future.

Peggy’s Holt was an ideal location to explore Lymington and the New Forest. It is within walking distance of the main town but far enough away to be a quiet place to stay. All facilities that would expect, with parking just outside. A clean and cosy place with a secure garden, ideal for our dog to enjoy some fresh air and bark at the birds.

We had a lovely last-minute weekend away at Sarah's cottage in Wilton. Tucked away and very peaceful yet only a few steps away from the centre of town. The cottage is cozy and well stocked with everything you could need. We slept well although we are fans of a firm mattress so this suited us. The Co-op is about a minute away and had an amazing selection of food and drinks. We had a takeaway from the Wilton fish and chip shop which was delicious and a meal at The Pembroke which was outstanding. Parking is occasionally challenging although there are plenty of free options within a five minute walk. Lastly, Sarah was very quick to respond and helpful when we had some questions. Excellent hosts with a lovely property.

Beautiful house with plenty of space, hosts are very helpful and also respectful, had an amazing time away for my mums hen do is a perfect place for a gathering with friends and family.

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Swanage. Apartment is finished to a very high standard with beautiful décor. Everything works as it should and the under floor heating is a real treat in the morning when making breakfast!

The house had plenty of space was very clean and is in a quiet residential location. It suited our needs perfectly and all went well with the booking from start to finish. Thank you and we hope to stay again in the future.

Victoria’s house was beautiful, and perfect for our 2 families (8 people in total!) The wood burner was a lovely addition in the cold evenings. Bedrooms were an ideal layout for us and having 3 bathrooms was great and extremely helpful. The kitchen was stunning with fully equipped cupboards with everything needed. Very detailed information on house rules and expectations. Victoria was a perfect host and was very responsive to any questions. I didn’t have any issues for her to resolve as the house was perfect. The location was great for us as all the outings we had planned were a car drive away, we did go on a walk that was detailed in the information folder that was in the house, it was a lovely 2hrs in the countryside and something we wouldn’t have known had Victoria not put it in there. The local pub which is as 1 min walk did a lovely meal and Sunday roast. I would highly recommend this property, and Victoria as a host was amazing.

A really well located little house. Small but enough room for our little family. Excellent location for the ferry and Yarmouth. Parking is a pain but the local carpark is not far and there is so much to do on the Island you could easily be out for the day or not bring the car. There were a few niggles with the house but Bree communicated really well and was super helpful. It had everything you could need to be self-sufficient for a few days stay. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great few days away in Swanage. Accommodation was spotless, great location with 2 parking spaces. Sarah met us on arrival and answered any questions. Great communication , very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommended to our friends.

We had an absolutely lovely stay. The apartment was as described and very comfortable. The location is beautiful - I’d recommend a visit to the park behind the apartment block, which has a lovely little beach.

The apartment was very good, with excellent views of the bay. The stairs were measured and not overly steep like some of places we have been. Once at the apartment it was very well laid out and on one level, with great views across the bay. Everything in side was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped, there was a large settee in the lounge with Smart TV, and beds were comfortable and rooms peaceful. It is very close to the shops and restaraunts, of which we enjoyed Turkish, Italian and a mix of choices at The Garden Terrace. We unfortunately went on a very cold and windy three days but managed some walks. Also visited Sealife. Debbie checked in with me at regular intervals to check all ok. A lot of info was included in her welcome folder as well. We would willingly rebook at a later date if we planned a stay over in Weymouth in the future and will recommend to others. Elaine.

This is a lovely apartment in a convenient location within easy walking distance of everything Lymington has to offer. This is a great location for exploring the New Forest and the south coast. We felt immediately at home. The apartment was tastfully decorated and well equipped. I always worry about properties that accept pets but this apartment was really fresh and very clean. The parking arrangement worked very well, so the absence of private parking was not a problem. The owner Lara communicated all necessary information and was very attentive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment. We certainly intend to stay again.

Was located in an amazing place everything was within walking distance - free parking at the flat - bed was very comfy (better than my own bed😂) would definitely recommend - also Steven is very friendly and responds quickly which is great - 10/10

Was nice and easy to find had a parking space which was perfect. The location was great 1 minute and you are on the high street. It was comfy quiet and clean and the shower was amazing! I left a polo shirt in the wardrobe and the host contacted me later that day after i checked out and offered to past to my address. Very friendly and we will definitely be staying there again!

David and Liz were incredibly helpful from the initial booking through to when we had left their property. They even posted a charger that we left behind which was incredibly thoughtful! Nothing was too much bother and nice touches such as a couple of beers and bottle of Prosecco in the fridge make all the difference. The property itself is a fantastic location and within easy reach of the beach and shops. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

I never actually got to stay in Andreas place this time as I had a small work issue that delayed my arrival :-(. With that being said I have stayed here many times and always had an amazing stay. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!
