good location for pubs, restaurants and boat trips. good bathroom, comfy bed and sofa. Quite warm at night and the area was noisy with the windows open but overall enjoyed our stay.

Such a great location, Nikki was extremely helpful and the details for check in were brilliant! We chose a particularly wonderful weekend of weather in Weymouth and the apartment was a perfect location to enjoy it all! A fabulous little bolt hole right by the sea, I just wish we could have watched the waves from the window! Thanks Nikki, a very needed break away!

Would definitely recommend this apartment for those wanting a stay in Weymouth. It’s right on the esplanade on the seafront, so literally ideal for the beach & town. There were games & for those going at a warmer time of year, items to use for the beach, so it’s really thoughtfully kitted out. Gerwins responsiveness regarding the booking & a query were also excellent. Would definitely stay again if having a trip to Weymouth. A really lovely, cute & cosy apartment.

Perfection. Six weeks in this wonderful apartment with its cosy rooms and beautiful views were not enough. It looks even better in reality than it does in the photos. I was there on my own and felt totally secure at all times of day and night, and the area has so many tasty eateries from 7.30am (Cornish Bakery) till late (Rise). And going to sleep to the pulse of the waves is a delight. All the arrival and appliance instructions are helpfully detailed and accessible. I cannot fault a thing. Do be aware that there is a narrow-ish staircase up to the apartment (no lift in the historic - iconically magnificent! - building) - it's perfectly serviceable (and lit), but it's worth being prepared for the initial lugging upstairs of your belongings! I recommend a pastry from the bakery to reward your labours. Thank you so much, Suzanne and Pete - I would come back tomorrow if I could!

Had a fabulous three day stay in Rob’s accommodation, lovely location with fabulous views across Freshwater Bay. An excellent base to travel around the island but especially enjoyed being able to walk from our accommodation the coastal path to see the needles then carry on to Alum Bay and make a circular route back to Freshwater via Yarmouth.

I have stayed with Sea Breeze before and highly recommend any of their properties. Great stay and would stay again.

Emily and Luke are super helpful and it was easy to get to the place. The flat is filled with goodies - lots of books, games, things left in the fridge and freezer, TV where one can use one’s own Netflix ac etc. A delightful place, wish we could have spent more time, we would have loved to lounge about in the comfortable sofa and play some games whenever it was raining etc. Everything is modern and clean. Thank you for being such great hosts.

We had a fantastic weekend at this apartment in West bay which was really lovely and comfortable, good order, great location, great views. great base for long walks along the coast. Recommend walk to Burton bradstock and food n beer at the Hive cafe.

Beautiful place, lovely quiet area. We were just here for a couple of nights visiting family and the house was exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay here again. ☺️

Travelling as a family of four and one dog. We loved our stay at North Mill. Great location with lots to pubs and restaurants a short walk into Wareham old town. Sally was super friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for a stay on Wareham and to enjoy the beautiful Dorset coast.

Fabulous place to stay. Great accommodation with stunning views. We loved it so much that we extended by an extra day. Frances and Peter were great hosts and we would definitely recommend to others.

Our stay was in February- we were very comfortable and warm. the wood burning stove is easy to use and a great supplement to the heating. The bed is standout large and very comfortable and finally the bath is great with lots of hot water. Jennifer has presented this little home beautifully with an eye for colour and design- making it memorable- certainly no beige or blandness! We would love to return in the summer months when nature has woken up.

Lovely house and beautiful views of the river. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the visiting birds tapping on the windows and the deer. Lots to do within walking distance or short bus journeys.

Wonderful stay in Worth Matravers. An ideal location for exploring the area and a fantastic home to relax and enjoy too. Photos don’t do justice to the downstairs space. Was perfect for our family with energetic 3 year old and Labradors!

Fabulous accomodation. really thoughtfully furnished, cosy and immaculately clean. Loved the sustainable eco friendly product usage. Handy parking space and amenities available on the parade downstairs. Loved watching the waves from the bed! Overall a relaxing short break and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful apartment for a great family weekend exploring the South West! The apartment is warm and welcoming and has everything we needed.

Lovely flat in great location with excellent communication from host.

Apartment was great! Lovely location and outlook. It was clean and very well equipped (although apart from the odd bit of toast, we ate out!). Private parking with security gates provided peace of mind. Chris provided easy to follow directions and instructions for check-in along with lots of recommendations for dining out. Chris was responsive and a top host, even accommodating a last minute change to bring the Guide Dog puppy we are raising. The weather during our stay was a big bonus - lovely early Spring sunshine which enabled us to visit lots of places in the surrounding area. West Bay is a great base to allow this, whether walking or driving. We will definitely be back!

A perfect location for all the amenities of Poole and Poole Harbour. The view of the harbour was spectacular and a good amount of our was spent sitting on the window seat admiring the view and watching people go by their day. The apartment is very well equipped with pretty much everything you need and we very much appreciated the extra touches such as fresh flowers on the windowsill, milk, OJ and croissants. I’ll definitely visit again when I visit Poole next!

I never actually got to stay in Andreas place this time as I had a small work issue that delayed my arrival :-(. With that being said I have stayed here many times and always had an amazing stay. I will definitely be back.

We had a lovely short break at Karen’s apartment. The apartment was lovely and cosy and very well equipped. It is in a great location with views over the harbour. We really appreciated the welcome pack Karen left. She is a great host and would have no hesitation in staying there again.

We had a 3 night stay here as a family of 3 and would highly recommend it. Great location with beautiful views of the sea - can watch the sunrise in the morning! Carley was great at communication. Everything was super simple and the flat had everything we needed for our stay!

Absolutely amazing flat and stay, couldn’t be happier with the apartment. Such an amazing locations, amazing views from the flat, quiet at night so can sleep with balcony open, greatly equipped and such a cosy flat. Will definitely stay at again!
