Purerua Peninsula : locations de vacances

We were six couples who had a thoroughly enjoyable break from city life for 5 days. Used it as a base to do day trips to go fishing, trip to Cape Reinga and Kerikeri. Big comfortable home and friendly responsive host

We had such a great time at Chloe and Ben's. It was clean and spacious, 1 min walk (if that) to the estuary and five minutes to the lovely surf beach so you could visit several times a day. It didn't need to be a big complicated affair as it was so easy to nip back to the house for food etc. The shower was awesome - very strong pressure. Everything was provided - linen, blankets, pillows, glasses, cutlery etc and all in great condition - and the kitchen was well equipped, including dishwasher and lots of good pans. Loved that we could eat outside on the deck, there was a fenced yard for the dog to run (he was in heaven), plus a trampoline, barbecue and fire pit. The view from the deck was stunning, and the overall vibe of the place was so friendly - from other holidaymakers with kids to the people working at the campsite. Would definitely book again.

From the moment we arrived, the experience felt like an adventure. The long, scenic driveway set the tone, leading up to a charming vintage-style house on a vast, lush property surrounded by paddocks and trees. The location is incredibly private—perfect for a peaceful retreat in the Far North. A lovely walking track takes you to the lake, adding to the property’s charm. The house is spacious and well-equipped, featuring a powerful shower, a dishwasher, and a free-to-use washing machine and dryer. There’s also an outdoor BBQ, WiFi, and a TV with Sky, Netflix, Disney+, and more. The kitchen has everything you need, including a great oven and stove. The beds are comfortable, and the home has all the essentials for a relaxing stay. To top it off, the host is fantastic—always available if needed but respectful of privacy.

We have immensely enjoyed our stay here. There is plenty of room for the kids to play and of course a beautiful beach very close to the bach. A lovely place to enjoy the outdoors and spend time together. Also a good location to explore the Far North and come back to a tranquil place at the end of the day.

Beautiful location overlooking Doubtless Bay. Expansive water views. Back from the road so almost no noise. Slept with the windows open to the crashing of the waves. The unit we booked was a one bedroom. Plenty of space. Good kitchen. Ate breakfast on the balcony. Highly recommend this place. The stock photo on the listing does not do justice to how great this place is. This place is actually a number of units so they will assign you one of the units so perhaps that is why there is just a stock photo.

Our stay was fantastic with breathtaking views and spotless accommodations. The amenities were excellent, and we had everything we needed for a great holiday. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a comfortable and memorable stay!

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful setting. Loved the updated bathroom although rest of the unit had the Kiwi bach feel. Washing machine was helpful to have in the unit.

we had a family of 8 staying and the house suited us perfectly. Right on the beach with easy access to the boat ramp also the house had fish filleting area which was perfect. Great place to stay - worked perfectly for us. Gary
