Specious cosy rooms. Services were too good. Rooms kitchen washroom they were clean.

Here are a few differences I noticed compared to the description: - The listing mentioned self-check-in with building staff, but the actual check-in was handled by hotel staff with proper documentation and form submission. - The hotel images show a sofa with chairs, but these are not part of the amenities. The available amenities are correctly listed in the description. - I had requested an early check-in, which was confirmed by the host and reflected in the Airbnb app as accepted. However, the actual check-in happened around 11:30 AM. - There is no kitchen, only a kettle with a water bottle and a tea/coffee maker provided. Apart from these points, all the listed amenities were neat, clean, and aligned with a 3-star hotel standard. Everything was in excellent condition, and the room was tidy and very clean. While the host was not very responsive in chat, they did call when necessary.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb near Puri Beach, just 2 km from the beach on Bhubaneswar-Puri NH. The room was spacious for 4 people. Host Soumya Mishra ma’am was extremely helpful and guided us throughout—from reaching the location to arranging everything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable, peaceful stay.

Host is extremely friendly. Location is actually great, amenities are nice. Had no issues. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Good place and a luxurious room. Enough for 4 people maximum. Clean rooms and good location however internet connectivity is an issue as there is no WiFi and mobile network is weak.

It’s a fantastic place with great support from Smita . Location wise really perfect to beach - walkable and other facilities. Place like a home with 2-beds & all facilities. Anytime anything needs, she always makes sure that you get the right things on time. Mostly value for money for a family vacation or couples or anyone… auto / taxi available at front gate. Also caretaker is friendly and on time supports. My suggestion : plz go ahead without any other 2nd thought.
