Loved the place. All amenities were present and the room and washroom was very clean. Subrat is a great host who made our stay very good and peaceful.

room was beautiful and well furnished but a little bit conjusted sweetable for 4 /5 person not for 6 .Caretaker was good and cooperative .

The peaceful ambiance made it perfect for our family trip, and my parents thoroughly enjoyed their time here. Deepankar ji was an exceptional host - extremely helpful, polite, and understanding. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. What truly touched our hearts was his kindness during our checkout. When we discovered our train tickets had been cancelled, Deepankar ji generously offered us a complimentary extended stay for over five hours. This gesture was a huge relief, especially since we were travelling with my parents. We highly recommend Deepankar ji's property to anyone seeking a wonderful and hassle-free experience. Prishita is a great host 😄 Property was right across beach and had all the facilities listed in the description. It had an amazing view of sunrise over shore from the balcony. Pool and garden inside the property were also well maintained. Beach was almost empty and felt a private beach Overall a amazing place experience

A nice stay @ Swan Regale ! It was a peaceful stay in a flat and in a place which is away from crowd(this is how we wanted). The host was friendly and also provided contact numbers of autorickshaw drivers who will come to pick us and drop nearby Puri Temple(which 4+ km far)

Location is far away from Swargadwar or from main city place.. everytime you go to the city place min. Ra.150 auto charges need to pay.. No marketing area nearby to buy grocery. Beach is very close and staffs are great, would always make you feel at home. Morning road side breakfast not available at all other than the highly paid nearby hotel's breakfast menu.. Location is good to relax as locality is not noisy at all.

Mr.Asish was very helpful in everything. The EV auto service he provided was the best. Available at any time on one call. Though the surroundings are not scenic, the only thing I find that could add to the excellence is, maybe an induction heater in the kitchen. Overall, It was a great experience. Would recommend it 💯!

We stayed at Mr. Naidu's place for 2 nights as a family of 7. Our short time at Puri became memorable due to the comfort that this place extended to us. It feels like you have a home in Puri. A place where everything is arranged as it should be. The caretaker Mr. Sunil is extremely dedicated to making your time comfortable at this place. Whether it is after long hours of playing on the beach or you have come tired after standing in darshan queues among the crowd, his home-cooked food is bound to refresh you. He tries to be helpful in any way he can. The location of the house is close to the railway station, beach and few services like bike renting - which made it very convenient. Our family spent only 36 hours in Puri, but everyone was satiated with the experience due to the home-like environment which takes out small anxieties. And, of course, the overwhelming presence of Lord Jagannath in hearts and minds of the people of Puri, played an important role too :)

If any family wants to visit Puri and wants to stay at some place wic is home away from home,then Bibhu's residence is the place.Located at convenient location.The house is equipped with all amenities and is tiptop.Sanjib da,the caretaker is always there to help u out.Gundicha temple is at a stone throw distance.Sea beach is 2mins on auto,bike r car.Market is near by,that is if u wanna cook and eat.I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay .. mixed with hospitality and care…my parents visited puri in march. they welcomed very well. Maid was also there for help. Asked about travel details and told everything about location. I was free to call the owner. My parents were so happy .. no words to describe . Will recommend to every one.

Rooms are good. Restaurant inside society they charge more. Issue is there no auto bus or Ola uber service in that place. 2 auto will always be standing there outside the building which will charge 300+ to go anywhere. For me auto asked 600 to drop to railway station and 300 for Jagganath temple. Those 2 auto is only the thing to travel to the city. If there is no auto standing then its your bad luck Don’t think of uber and Ola as Ola is not in puri and for uber it’s outside city so it will not come. Not even a single shop is there to buy anything. Sea beach is 500 Mtrs there is nothing to do it’s completely empty other than water there is not a single human or bird. Better if u want stay only inside room and have own vehicle then it’s a superb deal else If you don’t have ur own vehicle then better go for inside city limit options. Host is helpful they will help u with a mobile number with which you can take Scooty or car on rent. Jai Jagganath !

the place is away from all the buzz. swargodwar beach is far and cannot be accesssed without transportation. nearest beach is 15-29 mins walking distance. It is to be noted that travel to and from the location till the beach is a bit expensive as totos do not charge less than 100rs. However, there is a government bus service route 52 which passes from the location and is cheaper. the apartment was very nice and spacious. it was a pleasent stay.

This is a beautiful place to stay with your family and friends. the surrounding is quite and peaceful. location is a bit far from the main city but transportation is available at the place for local visits. It will be a best place to stay if you have any personal vehicle or transportation. Although you can avail their self drive options too.

Everything is fine and the flat is also close to the beach

Debasish’s stay transcends the walls of the beautiful apartment and space. He is incredibly generous and from the get go arranged for my pick up from and back to Bhubaneswar with ease. The location is absolutely incredible being 5 mins walk away from the sea for which you can even taste the fresh breeze from your own private baloney. This is my favourite go to place in India for the combination of spirituality, nature and peace. The neighbourhood is quiet whilst having restaurants and shops available. Autos are always available outside. I wanted to hire a bicycle which he greatly assisted in arranging the very same day. The space itself is incredible with a living room leading to a baloney. The kitchen is equipped with so many utensils if you wish to cook. The bathroom was super clean and the bedroom was nice and comfortable. The team is incredible as well special shout out to Uma the caretaker and the two boys Abjith and Sanjay who always come to clean the room on a daily basis.
