이 아파트에서의 숙박은 정말 잊을 수 없는 경험이었습니다! 호스트의 따뜻한 환대와 세심한 배려 덕분에 처음부터 끝까지 완벽한 시간이었습니다. 아파트는 사진으로 보는 것보다 훨씬 더 넓고 아름다웠습니다. 깔끔하고 감각적인 인테리어 덕분에 마치 잡지 속에 나오는 공간에 머무는 듯한 느낌을 받았습니다. 모든 가구와 시설이 고급스럽고 실용적이었으며, 침대는 너무나 편안해서 하루의 피로를 완전히 풀 수 있었습니다. 주방은 필요한 조리 도구와 기본적인 재료까지 완벽하게 갖추어져 있어 직접 요리하며 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 위치도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 주요 관광지와 맛집들이 가까운 거리에 있어 그랩을타고 이동이 편리했고, 조용한 주변 환경 덕분에 밤에도 푹 쉴 수 있었습니다. 호스트는 응답이 빠르고 친절했으며, 저희가 필요한 모든 것을 미리 준비해 주셨습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃 과정도 매우 간편하고 스트레스 없이 진행되었습니다. 마지막날 공항에 가기위해 나왔을때 배낭을 두고 문이 잠겼을때 주인이 바로와서 문을 열어주어 무사히 귀국할수 있었습니다. 이 아파트는 단순한 숙소를 넘어 여행의 하이라이트였습니다. 다시 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The host was helpful and very responsive.

The place is great to stay for small family. Just a small comments, that poor sound insulation such as can hear footsteps, conversations and door open and close. Overall, the screen is beautiful. Thanks

This accommodation is very comfortable place to stay. There got iron and hair dryer which we need. And also they provide electrical induction cooker for visitors to cook but we do not enough time for cooking. The owner is very fast response to guide us where the lift to go for the place. The location is the best in KK and it's very near Jesselton point that can be reached there by 5 mins from JQ. I am really appreciated that owner can let me check out late without any charges. I will rent it if next time we travel again. I also intro this accommodation place to my friends that they come in May 2025.

We planned this trip quite last minute and we were lucky to book this stay with Chen. Chen is a nice host, he offered me to put our luggage in his car if his unit is not ready early in the morning. But we are too lucky because the unit is ready for us at 9.30am. We were able to drop our luggage there and go to walk around the city. Check in and check out is very easy. The apartment is at the city centre so it’s very convenient to just walk and enjoy kk. The Jesselton ferry terminal is also around 10 minutes walk from the apartment but if you’re lazy to walk can just grab a car with low fare. Water dispenser is really a credit for us. We no need to boil the water to prepare the hot drink and save the money to buy mineral water also. The washing machine also helps a lot especially for the family who travel with kids. Swimming pool is big with great view just it’s quite full as this is raya holiday. Overall this place is strongly recommended if you want to explore kk easily.

We really liked the location. It's close to the ferry pier. A short walk. It's close to the Sunday morning bazar. It felt safe and more local than some of the fancier hotels up the road. There is a nice pool below. And the view from the apartment was lovely. The apartment was comfortable and clean, a comfy sofa...walls a bit spartan. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts were very responsive. The only suggestions would be to add a few more utensils / drinking cups and faster wifi (or buy a local SIM card....bc wifi only worked at certain times of the day). And make sure that the address is listed correctly on the initial posting. We were given two addresses and went to the wrong apartment (in the right building) at 1:00 am. Fortunately Frank was quick to respond and help us. Having a local SIM card made that an easy problem to fix. We would stay there again!!

Had a short stay at Fui Peng's cosy apartment. Although the fittings and furniture are starting to show their age, everything was squeaky clean - which is a our top priority when selecting airbnbs. Apartment smelt nice and all amenities worked well. the A/C and water heater as well as water pressure were great. We had a view of the surrounding neighbourhood and since we stayed during the syawal holidays, we had a super vantage point of the fireworks display for the 2 nights. It was an unexpected treat! The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to questions. Mall access was easy once you got your bearings. For how much we paid, Fui Peng's apartment was an awesome deal. Will definitely stay here again.

definitely will stay here again, easy to access, middle of city. although the parking you need to pay but still affordable and close to my suite. 10/10 rate, host is friendly and responsive in my time of needs. much love 💘

great location near Tanjun Aru beach and has shops just behind the apartments. A 3-5 minutes walk from Kopitiams and laundries available near shop lot in front of the suites. Nice swimming pool and awesome views of the sea and airport. a little noisy at night due to the planes but nothing soothing music can't fix.
