This was our 2nd stay and it was, again, clean and spacious and perfectly located for our time with family. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and our kids loved the pool. We enjoyed sunrises over the lake from the swings by the camp store and also played horse shoes one afternoon. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen is serviceable. We also used the gas grill and Florida room.

Old Florida charm! Beautiful property, going outside to have coffee you have a peaceful place where you hear the birds singing. House is very clean and has everything you could need. Not cluttered. Just a nice place to relax and destress. Host is very responsive and friendly.

Great place, not much around. So good getaway and peaceful. Water & outdoors & firepit for the kids. So fun! Coming back

Cathleen’s place was wonderful! Such a quaint and peaceful getaway suitable for all ages. House was actually bigger than we were expecting with a giant back yard/lake beachfront for activities. We can’t wait to go back

We had a party of nine with plenty of room for all. The kids enjoyed the location. Dad and teenager kayaked while the rest of our group drove to Orlando for a day. Fully stocked kitchen allowed for us to have meals at the house. Overall, everyone loved the home!

My sister and I stayed at the cabin for a reunion with our third sister living in Keystone. We especially appreciated the beautiful lake views from the porch, the quiet setting, the several conversation spaces inside and out. Everything we could possibly need was provided including a Keurig coffee maker and a welcome gift basket. I personally loved kayaking with life jacket provided and the outdoor shower with its instant hot water! Thank you for all the thoughtful and decorative touches that made us feel so at home together again.

Perfect stay for a guys trip! Me and a buddy pulled our boat down to Denise’s place and the house could not be more perfect. Denise let me park my trailer in the yard before my actual check-in. The house is a great value for all the convenience of being directly on the water. The back deck was worth every penny! Very peaceful neighborhood and very nice neighbors. I rent from Airbnb a lot when I travel and I have been burned renting from the large rental companies who use airbnb to rent their properties. Denise being a private owner, was willing to work with us at arrival to get our trailer parked which got us on the water very quickly and I really appreciated that. Denise and her house are how Airbnb is supposed to be done. If you want a place with simple access to the water, this is it!

The place was wonderful, clean, and comfortable!! Worth every penny!! The owners communicated perfectly!! The only bad thing I could begin to say was that the road to the place needs to be smoothed out. I would stay there again!!

Karan and Courtney are two of the kindest people on this planet! They hit all the standard marks with responding in a timely manner and providing insight on the local area. I had a two week gap between my stays. Karan helped coordinate another location that was super close by. They are amazing hosts who will help you any way they can! Now let’s talk location. If you’re looking for a private spot with lots of birds and animals, this is your place. I’ve never seen so many blue jays, cardinals, or woodpeckers in one place! Oh and there’s deer too! The home has beautiful mature trees surrounding it! If you want to recharge your battery in a quiet, tranquil location, then this is it! The stars fill up the night sky, which you can enjoy, while sitting on the patio. The other benefit is you’re just a short drive from restaurants, biking trails, and plenty of other activities. It’s also perfect for remote work with strong Wi-Fi! Plenty of spots to work from, while enjoying the view!

Was a very beautiful place definitely peaceful with a great view of the lake. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a very peaceful getaway with great views. It was very easy access in and out with a pretty good size yard for activities, kayaking, cornhole, etc..

Great central location for us to explore natural Florida!

I can't say enough positive things about this gorgeous place on Star Lake. It was exactly as described. There were clear directions before and during our stay. The host was very responsive. It is well-supplied and very comfortable. The furniture is gorgeous. We felt right at home. Hearing the sounds of birds and listening to the windchimes out on the screened in area on the dock was so relaxing. We really enjoyed being on this beautiful, quiet lake away from the hustle and bustle of our life. The colors at sunrise and sunset were magical. Despite being in such a serene location, it is only 30 min to Gainesville's restaurants and shopping and it is 30-60 min to many nature destinations. There is a very helpful notebook with the host's suggestions provided. My husband and I recommend this property without hesitation.

What a great place to stay! Right across from a lake, beautiful views in the morning. We had motorcycles with us and having the car port was incredible. About 45 min ride to Daytona with lots of great little stops along the way! Having a washer and dryer there was so convenient!

Stayed a month at Isabelle's place. Very relaxing and peaceful I am a very sensitive person and this place was very quiet. Isabelle was always responsive with conversations. Would definitely stay again ... maybe longer. :)

This place was immaculate! It was very clean and very cute! I felt right at home. The lake was gorgeous and the kayaks were a lot of fun. Any time I had a concern or question, their response was always quick and helpful. I would love to return again.

Loves David and Liz's place. It was easy to access the kayak and paddleboards to enjoy right off our private dock. Appreciated the fishing poles that were left ready to go for us to use. The guesthouse had everything we needed, towels, plenty of blankets and a well stocked coffee and tea bar. Really enjoyed our time!

Lisa was a great host. She was extremely communicative and had plenty of details for us. This house is extremely well cared for and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes, etc. We were able to use the canoe and kayaks to paddle around the lake. We even caught a few fish! If you're looking for a place in the Salt Springs area, THIS. IS. IT!!!

The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s a very cute little cabin that exceeded our expectations and was fun for everyone. Our hosts were extremely nice and ensured we had everything we needed while we were there.

Large cabin on a dirt road on a very private muddy lake. We left the windows cracked and slept to the sounds of birds all night and morning. Space was large and vhs selection was on point. We were able to cook all of our meals and brought our own bottled water. Had an amazing 3 nights stay and just relaxed lazily the entire time. The doc is nice too and sat around on there a lot too.

Rare Florida cabin on a lake. Enjoyed jet skiing and watching the seaplanes take off. Had a nice family Thanksgiving week at the cabin. St Augustine and Ocala are about an hour away.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend in this cabin. The game room was a hit! We would love to come back when weather is cooler. If you come during summer make sure to make reservations ahead at the springs. You will enjoy a peaceful place with nature around… kids were able to see deers and heron birds… simply lovely.

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for quiet and peaceful. The lake view and all the nature around was beautiful! As we drove in to the property first thing we spotted was a deer! ❤️ My son had a great time fishing in the beautiful lake and the loved the kayaks! The sunsets were gorgeous! We had a great time and would definately recommend.

Tonya was an excellent host. She had everything arranged for our arrival and met us at the entrance to the resort. Tonya was easily accessible by phone for questions. She was quick to respond when we needed replacement of supplies . She is a very friendly and welcoming host. The cabin was incredibly cute and had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to returning !
