The place was perfect. It was quiet, had a great patio spot to enjoy the beautiful weather, and felt like home. The local recommendations couldn't have been better and upfront communication was much appreciated!

This is our 2nd stay @Sheffield Shores and it did not disappoint! The house fits our family and it is well-appointed! We cooked meals, hung out, and enjoyed the fire pit. We are hoping to book a few days in the summer so we can enjoy boating and the lake!

This place was everything that I expected plus some. The atmosphere was so peaceful and beautiful and I had an amazing time. The host communicated quickly and the instructions were very clear.

I couldn’t say enough in regards to Sam and Carissa. From checking in verbally before check in and making sure they are available to accommodate throughout the whole stay. This space is perfect for a peaceful getaway in the Georgia country side. The Kitchen is immaculate with brand new appliances, and you have all the amenities to cook and feel right at home. I noticed in previous reviews some mentioned parking in the driveway. You can disregard those. We had a Mazda CX-90 and Toyota Tundra and they could easily navigate in and out of the driveway in location. You can’t get a stay better than this for the price, location and quality of the house. You can’t really tell Adam and Carissa take pride in their BnB and providing an experience that makes you feel right at home. I didn’t want to leave! If this amazing spot is available I highly recommend you reserve it and test it out for yourself!

Other than some minor damages around the house, everything was as shown in the pictures. The only other thing to note is the barstools around the spool table are the same barstools shown outside, a minor thing, but we did have to move some stools outside if everyone wanted to sit on the porch. I wish it would have been clearer to us that we needed to take out trash when leaving before we reserved, but as the instructions are shown in the booking I will not make a big deal out of it. The view was amazing and Jeremy was very quick in responding to our questions. Overall a great stay and value!

Asia was a great host, with an absolutely beautiful property. The property was EXACTLY like what’s advertised and the check in process was such a breeze. The check out process was also so easy I feared I was forgetting to do something. Honestly the easiest check in and out process I’ve encountered . I would recommend this property to friends and family. 10/10 recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quinn's place fit our needs perfectly. We spent three nights fishing on Lake Oconee. Its location suited us well. We could go to Publix's for supplies in just a few minutes, or we could make a short trip to Lawrence Shoals to our favorite fishing spots. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking utensils and cooking items. The freezer came in handy for freezing the fish fillets. We had a marvelous trip.

We rented the home for Thanksgiving, since my husband passed 3 years ago we do a destination Thanksgiving myself and my 2 boys. This year we had a friend and her girls tag along. When you first walk in the home feels like it was just built, absolutely gorgeous, well furnished and the lighting just amazing. The kids were very excited with their "own space" in the large upstairs quarters, while the adults had privacy in the 2 bedrooms downstairs. The lake was just calming and we enjoyed just sitting having coffee on the deck and taking in natures beauty! All accessories needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal as well as the other meals during our stay. I would definitely recommend the lake house for peaceful serene getaway!!! We have stayed in these buildings before but have never stayed in one with such a great view! The place was cleaner than any we have stayed in too. Very easy to communicate with. We would certainly be back! Thank you for having us! The only downside was the cushions outside need to be replaced so it wasn't as comfy spending the afternoon on the porch as we hoped but it was a terrific spot! Highly recommend.

Jeff was all around awesome! We came from Augusta in a hurry running from a hurricane with no power and Jeff was able to get us in his Airbnb from the time I booked it in less than 30 mins. I can not say enough great things about Jeff and his place. Our kids enjoyed every second on the lake paddle boarding riding bikes around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Jeff and his place to anyone!!!

It was a beautiful place to stay on the water. Debbie was extremely helpful and communicated immediately when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying here and working with Debbie!

Amy and Chris were incredibly responsive to any questions and needs. They provided an amazing Christmas stay for our family. They were helpful before, during, and after our stay. We will definitely stay in their home again.

Beautiful condo with views of the lake. Quiet and comfortable get away!

We are so happy we found this location when looking for a place to stay close to Milledgeville and close to part of our family that was renting a big house about 7 minutes away. It worked out perfectly for us - close to family, right on the lake. Plenty of quiet space for our daughter to keep up on school work and fabulous wi-fi. We highly recommend Coops Landing for breakfast! Tasty, staff is so friendly and it is close by!

Great place to stay along the lake. Lance was a responsive host. He was quick to answer any questions. Our only complaint was having to take the trash with us on the way out. It was an inconvience for us with younger children. We felt this should have been included as part of the cleaning fee.
