We really enjoyed this place. We stayed at one of the smaller houses in the past. The extra room, King bed and a comfy sofa were great. Enjoyed breakfast on the screened porch. Great to get away from the city.

Our family visit was just what we expected…laid back, restful and sometimes loud and hectic. The house was beautiful and the view even better. The weather didn’t cooperate for us to explore the area much but I see a future visit to do just that. Seems like there is lots to see and do close by. The house was well equipped and my family loved the downstairs game room. Our hosts were quick to respond and left great recommendations for dining and attractions. We shopped a bit downtown and met such friendly people. So glad we found this place by chance. Hope to come back soon.

What a find! Absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway - with the option to visit great parks. The views are stunning and the hospitality top notch! We will definitely make this a top choice when we return to the area - hopefully for a longer visit. The host was friendly and accommodating. 5 stars in every category!

My husband and I booked this place for our anniversary weekend getaway. The place was absolutely spotless and had everything you needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The quietness and the privacy was top tier! Getting up to the property from the gate was a breeze (other than being step; we are from Southwest GA so we aren’t used to it). We enjoyed the nice fire pit, and loved the fire starter basket that was provided!! He hiked up to the top of the mountain to enjoy the views, and it was break-taking! The perfect little getaway for us to unwind and relax, and to not be in the middle of the hustle and bustle! The vinyl record player was a nice surprise! I absolutely enjoyed that, and the complimentary snacks and coffee! One of the days we accidentally locked ourselves out of the place. We locked the knob lock instead of the keyless entry lock. Ben was there within 45 minutes to let us in! Super nice hosts and definitely recommend their place!!

The house was very clean, peaceful and comfortable. With a little warmer weather I could’ve sat on the deck all day with that lake view and a book. If I come back to the area I would consider staying here again.

This is an amazing cabin! The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful, welcoming and thoughtful Katie is! The cabin has all the space needed for an enjoyable vacation for the whole family. Each area of the cabin is carefully planned to optimize fun! Katie was extremely responsive to any questions, even reaching out with additional information as we may need. The cabin was the perfect location for daily walks to the lake and enjoying nature. I can’t recommend Katie’s place enough! We all felt at home and fell in love with the kitchen!! Amatore’s place is fantastic! It was so clean and had everything that we needed. He was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The house is beautiful, plenty of space for all of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious as well with double sinks. It is private and a great area to walk. There is also a nice playground that you can walk to. We will definitely be back!
