This was the perfect place for my travel companions and I! We had everything we needed and the house was kept very nicely. Jason even went above and beyond to send me my jbl speaker that was left behind! Would recommend!

Great place to stay. Just down the street from Spring Hill Bakery. Easy access to I-64 and plenty of places around to eat at. Really enjoyed our stay.

The house was immaculate and perfectly located for my daughter's soccer tournament at Shawnee. The house feels very historic and has a great front porch.

To all you furniture guests, because you should be, this place is one of the most amazing hidden gems we’ve stayed. The house itself is immaculate by design and artwork, the heated pool felt like South Beach Miami water, the mountain ridge views were some of the best for a beautiful sunrise and sunset. Cherie was awesome to work with and welcomed us with delicious local snacks! We will be back! #2jwalkers

Cute apartment! I stayed there in the winter, but the proximity to the river would be great in warm weather. I appreciated having access to extra towels. The corner shower may be challenging for people with a big frame.

The stay was overall very good and we would recommend this property. The location was beautiful and secluded. The caretaker was warm and welcoming. Instructions on how to access the property were prompt and detailed. The garage apartment smelled very good and was exceptionally clean. It is set up more like a studio. The entryway is where the first bed is located with laundry and bathroom. The second bed is located in the main studio area. The laundry was very helpful with detergent available. If you have pets, please kennel them as there are pet deterrents behind the couch that could be dangerous. Overall it is a 5/5 rating and we have shared the listing with family for when they stay in the area.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely place. Bob made us feel right at home in this inviting and cozy atmosphere with a touch of class. The kitchen was well equipped to accommodate my need to prepare my own food. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. We will definitely return. Thank You.

Great location for Mothman festival or other Mothman activities! She was very responsive and helped with any concerns we had leading up to our stay. Would stay here again.

Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir bei euch ein paar Tage übernachten konnten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Zimmer waren sauber und das nötigste (Kaffee, Filter, Kaffeemaschine, Salz,…) war bereits vorhanden. Sogar eine Schale mit Obst und Schokolade stand für uns bereit. Danke, dass ihr uns so lieb umsorgt habt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ♥️

We appreciated the charming decor and comfort of this place. Easy parking and high speed internet were helpful to us. We appreciated having the dining room to eat together. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to it!
