We had a fantastic stay here. Location couldn’t have been better - 3 minute walk into town for food and drinks. Apartment itself was beautiful inside, very clean and felt fresh and airy. It’s the second time we have stayed, we enjoyed our first visit so much we booked on the journey home! You will get a warm welcome, comfortable accommodation, beautiful surroundings, peace and quiet, dog friendly area. Our hosts were on hand for any advice on local area and recommendations. Highly recommend.

Lovely first floor apartment, as described. Gorgeous views across the Strait. It was peaceful, Lovely and warm and perfectly clean. It was super easy to gain access via a lock box and there was reserved parking in front of the garage building to the side. It would be possible to get two cars side by side in the parking space. The road up is narrow when you meet a car coming the opposite way, but it's not busy. We didn't walk anywhere so I can't comment on walkability, but it was a great location to visit Conwy (en route), Caernarfon, Anglesey & Criccieth. We had a lovely few days there. The only thing I'd change would be the little love-seat in the window corner; it would've been lovely to have a nice armchair or rocking chair there to sit in and read and/enjoy the view. The love-seat was OK to perch on for a little while, but not really comfortable to sit on for any length of time.

Would 100% recommend this place to stay! Emma was an amazing host , very accommodating and flexible. The place was just as describe with all the facilities you need. The views on to the harbour and location were great! Very clean and tidy place and wish we stayed longer

We loved our family trip here! The views where amazing, the apartment was immaculately clean and Melinda was a great host. Location was lovely, perfect distance to lots of places to explore and Rhos on Sea really came to life on a sunny Saturday during our trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again! Thank you 😁

A great place to stay in Rhosneigr. Anthony was extremely helpful and friendly. The accommodation was excellent and much bigger than expected. In a great location and the views were amazing. We will definitely return.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Marie’s cottage. Spacious, clean and bright. We enjoyed the view from the bedroom on the top floor, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Nice shower, great facilities in the kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine). Stair gates were perfect for our 18 month old. Beds were comfy! Parking was tricky, it was busy due the sunny weather. We had to park quite far from the property but you are able to unload on Menai street and the neighbours were all very friendly. We had a great time and we would definitely return if we get the chance to come back to this beautiful part of Wales!

We had a fantastic stay. The location was great for us to drive to local hikes and we walked down the hill to the local pubs one evening. We loved the cinema screen in the living room and a large selection of DVDs. The living room was a great space, plenty of space for everyone and good sized dining room. Views from the balcony area were gorgeous. The en-suite rooms were great, only complaint would be the fourth room it was very small and contained two single beds with very limited space around the bed, no furniture for clothes or mirrors etc. Would be a good room for children, however the house was excellent value for money so wasn’t too bad having one smaller room. Great hosts and quick on communication, even helped us with sorting parking as we had 6 cars. We fit 3 on the designated area then the others nearby the house.

Our third festive stay. We love this place. Perfect for hosting family who live locally. Lots of communal space and space to spread out. Fabulous to stay in a place with such a well equipped kitchen too particularly at Xmas. Thank you.

Super location in many ways; coastal walks in either direction, in the heart of Porthmadog yet very peaceful, wonderful views from the balcony of the hills and the tidal waters. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Bonus to have parking outside the front door. Lynn's a great host; helpful and quick to respond.

We had a fantastic stay, great house, everything we needed and in an excellent, peaceful location. We are looking forward to returning soon!

We had a fantastic family weekend. The house was great, lots of parking, spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the surroundings were very peaceful. Instant private access to the beach, bbq (but we didn’t use it) hot quooker tap in the kitchen made it a home from home. We booked a Tesco delivery to arrive when we did. The kitchen is well equipped, lots of crockery and glasses. Honestly, no complaints at all. There were 12 of us in total and plenty of room. It was a great stay and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We didn’t eat out although we did pop for an icecream and a beer in the sea shanty. There are a number of restaurants a few mins walking distance. Overall all full marks

Great little gem of a place, right on the seafront at Barmouth. We were grateful that Geoff gave us advance notice that we could arrive a bit earlier for checking in, which helped us make the most of our stay. It was lovely to be greeted with a bottle of Prosecco too, a very generous welcome. The place is lovely, is exactly as described, it was quick to heat up after we arrived (we visited in February), the facilities seemed great, although we didn’t do any cooking during our stay. Bed was comfy, although at 6’4”, I found it a little small for me. Bathroom is lovely, plenty big, very clean and everything works well. The location is brilliant - you can see the sea and it’s a short walk to both the beach and the town, including Barmouth’s pubs and restaurants. Barmouth is a beautiful little seaside town, with its long beaches, mountainous backdrop, great places to eat and drink - it’s massively underrated. Geoff was very friendly and responsive, I would recommend and we will stop again

I had a wonderful three-day stay at this cozy and well-equipped Airbnb. The host, Chris, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure everything was perfect. The amenities were superb, and there was so much to do in the area—exploring the wilderness, taking a short walk to the river, and even a dipping pool nearby (though we ran out of time to check it out). The location was ideal, just a short drive to all the main tourist spots. But the highlight for me was the glass window above the attic—perfect for stargazing at night. I was lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the aurora, which made the stay even more magical. I would definitely recommend this place to friends, and if I get the chance, I’d love to stay here again. Thanks, Chris, for an amazing experience!

You get a really homely feel here - very relaxing - you can really kick back and enjoy the super waterside garden and all the amazing treats on offer - it really is a one-of-a-kind AirBnB - everything has been thought about - and I mean everything. Clothes brush? tick. Magnifying mirror for make-up? tick. ... Sue and Pete even printed out the weather forecast! How superb is that?! Thank you so much - you really are amazing!"

The house was beautiful, light and spacious with an idyllic view over the mountains estuary and Barmouth bridge. It was only a 5 mins walk to the centre so it was away from the bustle of town centre. There is a little beach across the road as well and then large sandy main beach of Barmouth. Highly recommend a meal at The Last when staying here . The food is always brilliant!

We had a brilliant stay at Porthmadog Andy was super helpful we couldn’t off asked for a better host. The apartment had everything needed for your stay is super cosy nestled on a peaceful estate on the harbour

Nice location only 10-15minute walk into central Barmouth. Clean and tidy place, comfy bed, good shower and overall excellent facilities. Off-road safe parking a real bonus also which is a must for me. I only wish I had been able to drop my car off there earlier (pre-room availability at 3pm) as there did appear to be space to do so. Highly recommended place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachcomber's Apartment. The accommodation is well thought out and is cosy and spacious with everything we needed to hand. The local area is stunningly beautiful with lots to do. We were treated to some fantastic October sunshine so spent quite a bit of time on the beach just opposite.

We were after a break away to relax and unwind and that’s exactly what we got. Beautiful scenery, who doesn’t love a morning cuppa looking at the sea in bed?! Fab location, brilliant communication from the owners. Very clean and well presented inside, with everything you need. Ann’s pantry next door for a beautiful breakfast or cake and the pub does giant portions. We will definitely be back to stay here, thank you Julia and Mike
