Bryce‘s place was nice and close to the cafes, restaurants and beach. It was really clean and Bryce was responsive. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our time at the property. We loved the space around the house. We spent most of our time in the kitchen or on the front deck. Nice indoor outdoor flow. Beautiful views of nature. We were mostly at festival so enjoyed coming back to the property to relax, recharge. The bathrooms had everything you need, good shower pressure too. I would highly recommend this property as it was very spacous for a group of 6. Saskia was really good to liase with, easy comms. Thanks team for a enjoyable weekend at your airbnb.

We stayed at Lucy‘s place as a group of five (3 adults, 2 kids (4 and 6 years)). We immediately felt at home in this gorgeous place. Lucy‘s family home is very clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. It offers a lot of toys and play areas in the garden for the kids. We knew there would be a spa but were surprised to find a pool, too - a big win with our kids. We also enjoyed collecting veggies and herbs from the orchard. There‘s a playground within walking distance as well as the beautiful beach, which is a lot less crowded than in central Mount Maunganui. We absolutely recommend this house to anyone - especially if you have kids.

It was a beautiful home, close to the beach and super accessible for everything you need in The Mount. Loved that it was dog friendly, would happily stay again one day 😊

very nice place and excellent location. 2 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute walk to the mountain. 5 to 10 minute walk to all the main restaurants and shops. we had a wondeful stay

What a great air bnb! Location is in the heart of Mount Maunganui, so you can park up for the week and walk to the beach or town within 2 minutes. Easy check in - nice, clean apartment and has everything you need. Only thing is the week went to fast, we could have easily stayed longer. Also the view from the apartment is stunning! We were delighted with the accommodation. Beautiful bedroom and good sized bathroom and lovely living/dining space - but the outside space exceeded our expectations ten fold. It’s amazing and the private space directly onto the river, just wonderful. A beautiful space with both sunny and shady spots. Would highly recommend this accommodation to others. Wish we had booked more nights here.

Great communication and Sharon was willing to be flexible with date changes on our end. Would highly recommend.

Steph was fantastic from our first communication when I asked her about layout as we had 2 small kids and a teenager. She talked me through sleeping options and how the place was set out. It was perfect for us, lots of space, clean and tidy. The location was perfect, and we cannot recommend this place. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for having us to stay

This is very comfortable place to spend time with someone who you love! Amenities are completely provided so you only bring your clothes! I recommend here for all of people:)

This is a beautifully laid out apartment, well decorated and very comfortable. Whilst in the centre of Mount Matanui and only one street back and a 3 min walk from the main shopping and restaurant street it was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very friendly and the apartment had everything you would need. I have no hesitation in recommending this very highly.

Underground car park was a real bonus over the very busy weekend. Elevator made for easy in and out to the car park. Ideal central location for beach, shopping, restaurants and walks. Well finished kitchen. Lots of utensils and kitchen items. Comfortable beds and linens along with beach towels. Would come again for sure. Great accommodations that made a great holiday location even better.

We bought family together from various places. So it helped a lot to have clear instructions and especially that Charlene went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We also appreciate the assistance with a late change in timing due to travel issues. The balcony area was particularly appreciated to get a cool breeze and nice view!

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

We had a wonderful stay at Siennas' (2adults, 2 young children). Clean, comfortable, everything we needed. great location to local shops. could easily walk (scoot/bike) to main part of the mount or really quick drive. Kids loved the pool and spa. Nice to have luxury of access to the gym all so close to apartment. Host was very responsive and super helpful. Would stay again.

Awesome location. Very tidy apartment with stunning views as the sun sets. Bed, linen and pillows were so comfortable and five star hotel quality which I loved.

Jenny's place was the perfect location for us to explore the area and we had many options of things to do that were within walking distance great restaurants as well and markets to shop at
