The stay was very pleasant! Nedal was very friendly, proactive and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The bathroom next to it was also clean! I was able to use the well equipped kitchen and borrow a snorkeling kit. The roof has a good view on the beach and is very nice to sit on in the evening or at sunset. Nedal has an amicable character and we had pleasant and insightful conversations. Thanks for having me Nedal, I can only recommend Nedal and his place to anyone, as it's a safe and welcoming place and area.

Mr Said is an excellent host. We stayed in Muscat for 5 days. House was nice and clean, served our purpose. Location was perfect, nice and safe. Thanks Said for everything!

Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Die Umgebung ruhig und gut gelegen. Nähe eines Lebensmittelgeschäftes. Außenpool sehr schön. Ich gebe trotzdem 5 Sterne, obwohl das Bad und die Küche nicht ganz sauber waren, jedoch hat Abdulla sofort Reinigungskräfte geschickt um das in Ordnung zu bringen. Danke dafür! Ebenso schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Top Choice for everyone who is looking for a solid homebase to make some daytrips. The Apartment offers everything you need - we are out most of the day, so we have no special needs. The only thing that did Not work for us was the usage of the Pool (we were told its for hotel guests only). All in all we had a very good time and would definitely recommend the place. Thanks Basel for having us!

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay! Our experience at Sukoon was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offers a truly peaceful atmosphere—just as the name suggests. Every little detail has been thoughtfully taken care of, making it feel like a home away from home. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a serene and memorable getaway!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Monat in Heideroses Wohnung genossen!!! Unbedingt empfehlenswert. Heiderose ist der beste Host ever und hat sich unglaublich ins Zeug gelegt als es ein Problem mit der Wasserpumpe des Nachbarhauses gab, die unangenehme Geräusche verusachte. Sie hat das Problem innert kürzester Zeit behoben, obwohl es eigentlich gar nix mit ihrem Haus zu tun hatte. Auch Rashad, der Hausmeister, ist eine unglaublich hilfsbereite Person und sorgt super für Alles. Die Terasse ist der Hammer, auch der kleine Vorplatz und durch Heideroses Tipps lernten wir auch viele Menschen aus dem Dorf kennen und kauften abends frischen Fisch von den Fischern am Strand. Wir kommen wieder - inshallah!!!

One word to describe the apartment- Fun! Perfect for a group trip, incredible views from the bedrooms, the funky layout and terrace area made it all the more charming. Bathrooms and bedding were all pristine and well-stocked. Check-in and checkout couldn’t have been easier. Chris was super responsive and connected us with a wonderful tour guide for a day trip all around the east coast of Oman. Our first time visiting Sifah and we’ll definitely be returning. The location was stunning, with so many restaurants and quaint shops within walking distance. Super helpful to have a convenience store opposite the building as well. A 10/10 stay, really well thought-out property, with tons of fun character.

The apartment is one of the best that I ever lived in nice view accessible . Said and his brother Faisal are really reactive whenever we had anything they were answering rapidly I was glad we had to choose this

Abbiamo soggiornato da Essa per due notti e ci siamo toscani molto bene. La casa è spaziosa ed è molto carino il fatto di avere il balconcino per fare colazione. L’appartamento è proprio sul porto e dal terrazzo si vede il mare. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono numerosi ristoranti e il souq. Essa è stato un ottimo host, ci ha dato consigli molto utili e si è assicurato che tutto fosse okay. Consigliamo!

Eine große, gut ausgestattete und geschmackvoll gestaltete Wohnung mit einem ganz kleinen Balkon zum Wäscheaufhängen, in bester zentraler, aber ruhiger Wohnlage und in unmittelbarer Nähe des herrlichen, kilometerlangen öffentlichen Sandstrandes. Da sich das Büro der Vermieter im Gebäude befindet und die Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit sind, fühlte ich mich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl, sicher und gut aufgehoben. Zu Fuß erreicht man in nur wenigen Minuten das Waterfront mit einer Vielzahl schöner Restaurants und Cafés mit Blick auf den Ozean. Auch der Supermarkt Al Fair ist zu Fuß in nur ca 15 Minuten entfernt. Danke an das ganze Team von Hilal Properties - ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Had a great time at the blue gate. The apartment is just a few steps from the sea. It's quiet and private, communications with Aleksi and his staff were easy. We arrived very late at night and had no trouble finding it and getting in. The apartment is in a cozy and well maintained village/ neighborhood. It is a bit outside the city but well connected by the highway if you have a car. A great location.

Clean and lovely stay with beautiful sea view. The villa is clean and nicely furnished. Easy to go Damniyat Island from here.

Helt fantastisk leilighet og beliggenhet. Veldig deilig og avslappende sted, men mye å finne på. Superhyggelig og proaktivt vert, og de elektriske sparkesykkelene kom godt med i varmen.
