Everything about my stay here was perfect! Phuong was incredibly helpful, friendly, supportive and easy to reach. She did so much more for me than one could reasonably expect, she even sent an item that I had forgotten at the place to Hanoi for me and helped me arrange everything about the delivery. The apartment is exactly what you see on the pictures. Everything looks very well kept and clean. I enjoyed the comfortable bed, the great view from the balcony and especially the bathtub and shower! If you have spent a while in other places in Vietnam, you learn to appreciate a shower with good water pressure and temperature! Phuong made sure to come every few days to clean the apartment, which is very valuable for long-term stays like mine. I can fully recommend everything about the place, and with this host you will never have any trouble! She is a gem :)

Chị Hạnh chủ nhà cực kỳ thân thiện, nhiệt tình giải đáp thắc mắc. Nhà ở rất ấm cúng và xinh xắn, có ban công view ra biển và khách sạn Citadines, có bàn ghế ngoài ban công ngồi khá chill. Nếu có dịp đến Hạ Long nhất định sẽ quay lại ạ.

Wir hatten eine schönen Aufenthalt in der gemütlichen Wohnung. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht auf die Halong Bay und alle nötigen Einrichtungen (Mini-Markt, Restaurants, ATM) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Außerdem ist es sehr leicht in der Gegend ein Taxi zu bekommen (über GRAB). Als wir aufgrund von sich ändernden Plänen unseren Aufenthalt verkürzen mussten, war das kein Problem, worüber wir sehr dankbar waren!

Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber hat auf alles sehr schnell geantwortet und die Service war sehr nett und hilfsbereit sie haben versucht so schnell wie möglich alles zur Zufriedenheit zu stellen. Ich empfehle euch Preis Leistung ist das hier eine sehr gute und entspannt Unterkunft.

Great location for foreign visitors and well worth the price . Linh was easy to reach and to help with any issues we had upon arrival and during our stay. I would stay there again.

Linh was very helpful and responsive to all our concerns and needs. She was able to help us book a motorbike for two days, even though we were only there for a short period. She even helped us book a private transfer from her condo to Cat Bi Airport, as we were traveling to Da Nang after our last day in Ha Long. To the condo, it was all modern and beautiful. It has all the amenities that was listed on the airbnb app. It was spotless, clean and very classy place. It has wide spaces and facing with a beautiful view of the Ha Long Beach and the bridge. The place is located 14 mins to the Ha Long International Cruise port where you can have your full day or hall day tour to Ha Long Bay, Ti Top Island, Sun Sot Cave and etc( P.S. depends on your package tour😉). The Sun World Ha Long where the Amusement Park, Cable Car and Ocean Park are is only 16 mins.away both are by motorbike😉. Nice apartment, good Internet, it was a bit cold though (end of February). Kitchen was well equipped (plates are in the bottom right drawer, not so easy to find xd ) The window is overlooking the Ha Long Bay, very nice view.

Lovely apartment and Van was a great host. Some strong winds blew over plant pots and things on the balcony and the next day they were cleared and tidied up. A very attentive host and a lovely view of Halong bay with a great restaurant downstairs.

Host went above and beyond to sort out WiFi issues - they took us in and invited us for a drink and food and are very hospitable would recommend - thanks for a great experience
