Diem was a very good host and extremely responsive whenever I had any questions. The location is a bit far from the main town but relatively close to the marina where you would go to take the cruise tour. Overall the place was exactly like the listing, however the pool was unfortunately closed during my stay. I definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I return to Ha Long Bay!

Very cool room with a great view (at least if its not cloudy). The communications was very easy and fast so we had a great stay.

the room is in luxirious condo/residence with plenty of natural light,big bathroom and spacious living room.we had mountain view from our room.Plenty of options to walk around just by the beach or in the neighborhood.I used to walk for hours enjoying the incredible view of beautifilly designed apartments.local market recommended by the host has plenty of options for shopping(seafood,meat,vege etc) for those who enjoy cooking.we felt home there and was sad to leave as we had a peaceful time there.Hope to be able to come back again.

Ly’s place was just what I needed for much a needed respite. I wanted a comfy bed and bathtub and got so much more. The space is very large, the bed is super comfortable and with four pillows. The shower is huge with hand sprayer or waterfall. The bathtub is very large for relaxing. The pool and jacuzzi and sauna on the second floor are perfect. Ly thought of many details down to garlic with the cooking oil. She booked me a bay cruise that picked me up at A La carte. It was a most excellent experience.

Before we even arrived in Vietnam, Minh was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. She arranged a smooth round-trip transfer for my partner and me from Hanoi to Halong, which made our travel stress-free. Minh’s apartment was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself was stunning, featuring a luxurious indoor pool and jacuzzi, a rooftop infinity pool with breathtaking views, as well as on-site bars and a restaurant. There's even a convenient mini-mart located just downstairs. The hotel staff were always warm, polite, and eager to help. They went above and beyond, even assisting us in organising an unforgettable Halong Bay cruise. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying at Minh’s apartment at Best Western Sapphire and was thoroughly impressed. The apartment was exactly as described — modern, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Minh was an exceptional host, demonstrating excellent communication and genuine care throughout my stay. The location is also excellent, with many great coffee shops and restaurants nearby, all while being in a quieter area away from the more touristy parts of the city. Her responsiveness and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend Minh’s apartment to any future guests and would gladly stay again.
