Quartier Hassan : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

We very much enjoyed our stay at Samy's house. He is a great host, very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The house is lovely, it's in an enclosed compound with a shared pool area and backyard. The rooms are large, the kitchen is great, and the living rooms were perfect. The beach is a 5 min walk down the hill and there are many restaurants and shops a short drive away. There is also a gym just a short walk away that is really nice and offers single-day entry fees. Samy's house was perfect for our family trip, the rooms and living areas are really nice and spacious. We will absolutely rent from Samy again.

The appartement is very light which is special in de kashba and the medina where the houses often are quit dark inside. The most special about the house is the beautiful view on the river and the kashba from the house itself and from the terrace on the roof. We felt completely at home in this perfect and cosy place.

Our first visit to a Riad in Rabat and we really liked this location at the Oudayas. It was next to the Cornish, Rabat Medina, taxis, and beach. The staff were attentive to our needs. An amazing view!

Kawtar and her husband are great hosts, smooth communication and even orange juice, cookies and water on the dining table for our arrival. Warmly recommended. It’s a quiet neighbourhood and even though it’s close to the main road there is very little noise. Your next to the sea in 2min on foot, absolutely brilliant. Would go back with no hesitation.

j'ai passé mon meilleur séjour au Maroc dans l'appartement de Yassine, c'est un hôte très accueillant et toujours disponible, l'appartement est vraiment confortable, bien placé, à proximité de tout ce dont vous avez besoin, je le recommande vivement si vous voulez passez des vacances au Maroc et encore merci à Yassine pour sont acceuil, je reviendrai avec plaisir !!

Ayoub a été un hôte très gentil et réactif. Logement bien situé, Marina à 5min à pied avec un large choix de restaurants, 1 pharmacie, vraiment un quartier agréable. Un Super U à 2 min, tramway à 5min à pied, qui dessert les quartiers les plus connus. Résidence très calme, propre et sécurisée, avec une aire de jeux pour enfants. Les points négatifs selon moi: au vu du prix et du standing, le ménage devrait être approfondi, les meubles de cuisine étaient encore tout collants, le lave vaisselle est rouillé à l’intérieur, avec des couverts laissés dedans en vrac. De la poussière/saleté dans les sdb + l’état des WC est à revoir et les brosses cassées à changer. Défaut de construction avec les portes fenêtres du salon,elles sont moins larges que l’espace créé pour les installer donc l’air passe. Enfin Il manque des équipements de base comme une cafetière, des poêles simples, un sèche cheveux… À part ça tout était parfait, ce ne sont que des petits ajustements à faire.☺️

Beautiful apartment, even better than the photos. Great host, very flexible and accommodating. The apartment was very homely and had everything you need.

We stayed in Hakim's place for a weekend and we couldn't be happier with the accomodation overall. A truly deserved 5 star rating. The apartment comes with everything you could need: A fully kitted kitchen, pristine bathroom with a beautiful hot shower and provided amenities, a balcony, a lovely living area with a TV and provided streaming services, a spacious and comfortable bed, a cosy balcony and great air conditioning which is a must for us in such a hot place! But what stood out to us the most is how helpful and attentive our host Hakim was. He was available to us for any query we needed from the day of booking even to after we have departed. If we get the opportunity to stay in Morocco again this will certainly be the first place we will check for availability!

Ahmed was very hospitable and catering to the needs of my family, the accommodation was situated in a prime location overlooking the sea. Will definitely return if and when we are in the city again.

Séjourner dans cet appartement a été un véritable plaisir. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été séduit par l’espace de vie, en particulier le salon, à la fois vaste et lumineux, qui offre une magnifique vue sur Rabat. L’appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier agréable, calme et sécurisé, tout en restant proche de nombreux commerces et commodités, ce qui rend le quotidien particulièrement pratique. Ali, notre hôte, a largement contribué à rendre cette expérience encore plus agréable. Chaleureux et attentionné, il a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos demandes et veiller à ce que tout se passe pour le mieux. Son sens de l’accueil et sa bienveillance font vraiment la différence. Je ne peux que recommander cet endroit à toute personne cherchant un logement confortable, bien placé et géré par un hôte aussi sympathique et professionnel. Une expérience à renouveler sans hésitation !

Overall, we had a wonderful stay in this great apartment. If you like walking on beaches with rocks and coral reefs, this is the right place for you. If you like a quiet environment during the day and night, you cannot find better than this place. Of course, there are plenty of nice restaurants around with all types of food, including traditional Moroccan cuisine. The center (downtown) of Rabat is within minutes, which makes it very easy to take advantage of the vast choice of recreational activities. The host, Mr. Zakaria, is a wonderful human being. Having said that, it is fair to state that this place deserves more than five stars in any aspect. Thank you so much Zakaria for hosting us.
