Simona is a wonderful host and her house is a jewel on top of a hill with absolutely spectacular panoramic views of mountains and valley! We had such a wonderful time and built some great memories. The house itself is so beautifully decorated and every nook and corner is amazing. Simona is super friendly and helpful with everything and ensures her guests are living in absolute comfort as if they were staying in her own house! We had such a great time in the beautiful garden that we didn't leave the house on first day at all! Absolutely recommend this place and so grateful to Simona for ensuring we had a perfect holiday in stunning Italy! Can't wait to return back soon!!

Local muito agradável. Bairro muito tranquilo, com trem passando na rua ao lado, e comércios próximos. Mannicci tem uma padaria ali perto (que é onde é feito o check in e check out) e fomos muito bem atendidos e tomamos ótimos cafés da manhã.

Alessandro e la Moglie sono due persone giovani, carinissime, e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è posto in un condominio circondato da giardini, vialetti curatissimi e super pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, come indicato nella proposta , accogliente, ed è come sentirsi a casa. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo fatto una richiesta e con gentilezza, e velocità, è stata risolta, dimostrando, se ce fosse bisogno, una cura ed una attenzione alle persone. In conclusione siamo stati accolti e trattati con educazione, familiarità e cortesia, in poche parole, benissimo. Consigliamo a tutti, vivamente di poter usufruire di tale appartamento per un soggiorno a Roma. Certamente noi, coglieremo in futuro tale opportunità, sempre se sarà disponibile. Sirio

Great location in the Monti District. Short walk to the Colosseum and a lot of great restaurants and small shops.

The apartment is located in a very secure and quiet gated area. It is a 30-minute walk from the Vatican, close to a bus stop, with a 10-minute ride to downtown, and a 10-minute walk to the metro. The apartment has everything you need. The spacious terrace is a great bonus for enjoying your vacation in Rome. Jacopo is a great host. He provides all the information you need to make the most of your time in Rome. I stayed in the apartment for 20 days, and it was amazing. There are many shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. I enjoyed every moment of my stay in the apartment.

Bellissimo appartamento incastonato in un'area naturale. All'interno uno splendido living room con vetrata affacciata sulla vallata, e stufa a legna per le serate fredde. Camera da letto e cucina funzionali, un letto in aggiunta, bagno ottimo. Un'area esterna verdissima, con grande tavolo e barbecue per pranzi all'aperto. I proprietari sono simpaticissimi e gentili, offrono crostate, biscottini, pane fresco di forno, e consigli estremamente affidabili su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare: in dettaglio, a mezz'ora/ un'ora di auto si trovano splendidi tesori come Villa Adriana, Villa d'Este, il Monastero di Subiaco. Quando si è già fatto il pieno di mete classiche, tipo Toscana, Umbria, ecc, questa è davvero una gran bella meta "alternativa". Grazie, gran bella esperienza, da provare!

Mio figlio si è trovato molto bene nell'alloggio di Marco. Casa pulita, molto carina e l'host disponibile e solerte nel rispondere ai messaggi. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento! Grazie davvero Francesca
