Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la belle maison d'Alessandro au Lido de Venezia ! Un beau Noël italien ! Parfois un peu ennuyés par le manque de bus en période de fêtes, mais nous avons marché... Rien n'est vraiment très loin au Lido. Proximité immédiate de la mer et de la plage, zone très calme, maison grande et très propice à une réunion de famille, nous nous sommes régalés. Alessandro a été là pour nous accueillir à l'arrivée de l'Alilaguna, de nuit et sous la pluie, et a fait plusieurs aller-retours pour nous amener à la maison, nous étions 9 ... Il nous a même aidés à commander nos pizzas pour cette arrive tardive 😁 Et ce malgré un souci de famille de son côté. Encore merci Alessandro 👍🏻. Un séjour dont nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir... 💓

We had an amazing 7 day stay at Piera’s beautiful home. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless, we cooked our breakfasts and dinners every day. Piera supplied us with plenty of firewood so we could make fires in the evening to keep us cozy and warm. The view from the garden was stunning. We enjoyed our evening cocktails outside, admiring the beautiful view. The yard was all fenced in—a huge bonus for our Labrador dog. There are many nice trails for hiking and biking. And there are many towns and cities within a short drive/train ride away for nice day trips. We would definitely come back and recommend Piera’s house to our friends and family. Thank you, Piera!

Pietro’s home was perfect for our family of 5 adults who wanted to day trip into Venice. The home is in a quiet village and it was an easy bus ride to and from Venice for the day. The convenience store across the street sold us the tickets and the bus stop was a short walk. The home is in a very small village, with two restaurants that were closed on Sunday and Monday. We had a car so were able to drive to nearby Mestra for a wonderful dinner one night, and ordered takeout pizza in Mira the next night. This is a wonderful home for a group of adults who need separate bedrooms and common living space to gather, and a great quiet location for day-tripping to Venice.

Sehr schöne Anlage und tolles kleines Schloss. Einrichtung alt aber sehr funktionell. Die Heizung funktioniert nur im Obergeschoss, deshalb war es im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche sehr kalt (Oktober). Insgesamt gelungene Unterkunft etwas ausserhalb, aber sehr schön ruhig und dennoch gut gelegen um in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto nach Padova zu gelangen.

Hallo , anhand meiner Bewertung ist ja bereits erkennbar das wir sehr zufrieden waren . Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung , es war sauber und in einer Toplage gelegen . Nur ein paar Anmerkungen : 1. Es ist zwar ein Fernseher vorhanden , jedoch nur Italienischer Empfang . 2. Einige Accessoires würden das Gesamtbild wohnlicher gestalten [ Bilder ; Wanduhr etc. ] 3. Zum Wäschepaket fehlten Geschirrhandtücher . 4 Es sind keine Eierbecher vorhanden . 5 .Nachttischlampen fehlen -- > Wir haben jedoch auf Nachfrage sofort eine erhalten . Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Wir hatten mit 5 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern eine wundervolle Zeit. Das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, wir hatte alle Platz und die drei Badezimmer waren sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden und wir konnten alle gemeinsam speisen. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber Michael

This is very good place to stay and very easy to go out for sightseeing. Also, if your going with family, it is perfect house.

Amazing host We spent 2 nights to visit Venice Place is only 20 min drive to venic bus station car park. Train is merely 5 min walk from home and takes you to central venice. A Mcdonalds is only 4 min walk away. A lot of local restaurants and takeaways, and shops to buy from We had an amazing trip and host was amazing.

Villa Leopold is beyond unique - we could not have asked for a better setting and overall experience for, in our case, a weeklong family reunion of 8 adults and 3 (grand) kids. The private park with the pool provided room for quiet relaxation as well as fun and games. The well maintained villa with thoughtfully selected furniture (and art works) virtually throughout was more than one could ask for.

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.

This house and the location were even better than expected. The view of Venice from the balcony is truly breathtaking. We wanted to never leave - the house was extremely clean and we really enjoyed the sauna and steam. The walk to the water taxi was only 10 minutes away and flat - easy to get to Venice in just a few minutes. We would love to come back some day and Barbara and Fabio were very easy to stay in touch with and helped us get a water taxi from the train station to the house so we could conveniently arrive with our group of 7 and luggage. Thank you so much!

We had an absolutely fantastic vacation in this amazing house . It’s modern, clean, comfortable, well equipped and well laid out. It was also very well air conditioned, has very spacious 4 bedrooms and great 2 bathrooms. The property is stylish, it’s exactly the same as shown in the pictures ! Our kids loved the pool ( warm and clean water )! The location is perfect to reach local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, as well as nearby cities, we also loved the privacy it gives. Communication with the Host both , before arrival and during our stay was prompt and helpful. Thanks again for an amazing stay ! We would definitely highly recommend this beautiful house to others .

pros: place is large and accommodates large groups very well. very convenient to local shops and stores. Quick drive to historic Venice. very quiet and safe area. con: key situation takes some getting used to, can't unlock gate without shutting power off to entire place. having to remove electrical keys means no ability to charge electronics while not there. and one group of people can't leave with key, and keep power on at home.

Splendida soluzione per trascorrere dei giorni in tranquillità, con tutti i comfort e con una tavernetta spaziale piena di giochi retrò. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend tra amici tra bbq, biliardo e calciobalilla. Marco e Andrea sono stati disponibilissimi e super attenti a soddisfare le nostre richieste ed esigenze! Casa e host stra-consigliati!

Leone et Francesca ont créé un havre de paix pour rayonner dans la région de la Vénétie. Leur maison, un ancien moulin a été restaurée avec goût. La chambre est joliment décorée et la literie est très confortable. Super petit déjeuner salée-sucrée. Excellent accueil. Nous y retournerons ! Merci beaucoup Leone et Francesca. :)

The villa is very large and has a rustic charm to it. We had a large family gathering and it was perfect. A lot of space and the garden/yard is massive. The deck and table outside just off the kitchen was great especially with three young children. Surrounding area is wonderful and the villa fits perfectly in that context. The proximity to Padova and Venice is a plus too. Our host was always very kind and very responsive. Easy check in and check out. It was a very nice stay for us.

Très grande maison spacieuse, extérieur immense laissant pleinement la possibilité de circuler même si on est nom reux. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l’écoute. Maison bien située pour se rendre aux différentes villes voisines.

Daniela aveva già ottime recensioni, ma la permanenza presso "Cà Giuggiola" è andata oltre le aspettative! La casa è ampia, tranquillissima, dotata di ogni comfort e perfetta per una vacanza di relax. Per chi desidera staccare senza avere la pressione di dover fare centomila attività anche in vacanza, questo posto è quello giusto. Il tutto è reso ancora più unico dalla gentilezza, dalla disponibilità, dalla simpatia e dal sorriso di Daniela, sempre pronta a far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Molto consigliata anche la pizzeria da lei gestita, insieme alla sua bella famiglia, altrettanto gentile e cordiale. Nei dintorni ci sono tante località carine e poco affollate, su tutte la splendida Treviso e Valdobbiadene con le sue colline piene di filari di viti pronti a diventare Prosecco. Anche il Piave ha il suo fascino, naturalistico e storico. Consigliatissimo tutto!

House and pool were wonderful. Great time had by all and we were perfectly situated to visit Venice, Lake Garda, Vicenza, Verona, Bologna as well as other places. Claudia very helpful and made sure everything was just right for us. Would highly recommend.

Wir sind begeistert. Die Kommunikation war super, Andrea, Francesca und Giacomo waren sehr hilfreich und haben uns super unterstützt. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich, im retrolook mit tollen alten Utensilien, die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Saubere Betten, Sauberes Badezimmer, Saubere gut ausgestattete Küche mit Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Messern, alles zum Kochen sogar mit Geschirrspüler. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Highlight ist der Garten, mit Feigenbaum, Zwetschkenbaum und dem Mega tollen Pool. Sitzmöglichkeiten für 20 Leute :) Es gab ein Gitterbett, einen Stuhl für unseren Sohn (<1Jahr). Sogar eine Wallbox zum Laden von unseren EAuto hat es gegeben. Die Ventilatoren und Gelsenstecker haben für zusätzlichen Komfort gesorgt. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!!! Wenn man einen Fehler sucht, wird man lediglich feststellen das Espressotassen nützlich wären ;) Danke für den tollen Urlaub !!!!
