My family and I have booked a charming house for a family reunion weekend getaway. The property offers an exceptional stay, with breathtaking views. The host provides an array of activities for kids, including a ping-pong table, a gym, and a pool with a panoramic view.

Valerie was very responsive with any and all questions that I had. I appreciate the fact that we were able to have our dogs there in the backyard during our state. Plenty of amenities inside the house as well and the best part is that it was only two minutes from our main home which was being remodeled and full of construction workers.

Cozy clean studio. Host was nice and responsive. No washer or dryer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Phuong was great host! She's very accommodating and helpful. Her home is very nice and comfy. The neighborhood is very safe with wonderful neighbors. My husband travels for work so we've stayed a couple of times for a total of 5-6 months. We loved it everytime!

Stayed with my crew for a job near Palmdale. We had an issue with the HVAC unit for the upstairs portion of the house. Albert was extremely responsive and had a technician there within 2 hours. When the tech couldn’t fix the problem, Albert showed up with three pretty big and powerful window units to cool it down while we waited another day for the service company to get the part they needed for the repair. Albert was extremely responsive and proactive throughout our stay and even agreed to allow us an extension when the job ran longer than expected. I will definitely book again as it was a great value and comfortable space.

In the Antelope Valley- this is a very well done remodel of a residential garage. It is in a quiet, good neighborhood in Quartz Hill, on the west side of valley A 1 bedroom , 1 full bath, and modern kitchen with smart appliances. A remote controlled fan and a separate remote controlled AC-heat unit in both the living room and bedroom worked well. Temperature control was great. A very large screen Smart TV in living room- remember to bring log in passwords to set up your at home channels. Full size fridge, oven , dishwasher and microwave. Sufficient utensils, and dinnerware, glasses and cups, etc. Stackable modern LG washer and dryer was very efficient. Super comfy bed with a 2nd set of linens and extra blankets. A designated off street parking spot- close to front door. Well lit entry. A responsive, friendly host! Good value. Comfortable, cozy, really enjoyed the stay!

Me and my coworkers had an amazing stay at this location compared to the others we’ve been staying at.

We loved staying here—the pool was perfect and the home clean and well stocked with towels/linens/anything you’d need. It was an easy drive to Universal and so nice to be tucked into the hills in a quiet neighborhood. There were lots of easy to get to stores and restaurants just about a ten minute drive away.

Galin was very responsive and very kind, he gave us a tour of the place and was a great host overall I totally recommend staying here

What an absolute oasis Deana has created! This home was among the best places we have ever stayed, if not the best. As comfortable as it is beautiful, this home oozes peace and practicality. We had everything we needed and more during our multiple days exploring Valencia, Magic Mountain and the surrounding areas. You can tell this unit is a passion project as every detail has had thought behind it. From labels, to thoughtful additions, to a detailed guidebook, to the care obviously poured into the home and its retreat-like backyard :) Our kids loved the ping pong table and the space to play in the backyard, while my wife and I loved all the places we could sit and read or relax. This home is near tons of restaurants, stores, and shops, while being 10 minutes from Magic Mountain. Deana was also super responsive and proactive during our stay. 5 stars on all fronts!

Our stay was great! The home provided all the amenities that we needed for the extended amount of time. We all appreciated the acceptance of our 3 dogs.

The place was amazing, very open, spacious. I really appreciated being able to bring my dog along on this trip. Decent backyard space and very clean. Rooms were perfect size. Love the extra beds in the room. This place was perfect, highly recommend!

Steve responded quickly to any questions we had. Our family felt at home here. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it was very clean and looked refreshing. We go we will definitely get in, on our next visit. There were extra blankets and sheets available for us. It was very comfortable to return to after our busy days out and about. It wasn't too far to the grocery store for us to buy our coffee, food and snacks while we were there. The next time we are in town, we hope to be able to stay here again.

Great host! I will definitely recommend staying at this location. My family and I were displaced from our home suddenly due to water damage and Emanuel was very responsive and worked with me throughout the entire time, which helped relieve some of the stress from the whole ordeal! The home had all the amenities as described and became our second home for many months!

Everything as published. Very clean and compact in a very quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive on any question and otherwise respected guest privacy. Checking in and out very simple. Would rent again.
