Quebrada Fajardo : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

The house is set up so that you tend to do everything outside -- The large "dining room" table and downstairs TV is on a large covered patio. Since it is always comfortable out there, even in the rain, it was great to be outside. The pool is great, and there are even some pool toys available for kids. There are many great sitting places near the pool as well... (as well as bathrooms). So we spent a lot of time there. The bedrooms are large and airy. The host met us (at our convenience) when we got there to give us the codes and keys.

We booked the same day we traveled to the island, March 14-March 2016. Javier was very friendly as soon as we made the reservation. The location of this property is excellent, very close to pharmacies, Walmart, breakfast bars, and restaurants. The beaches are nearby and beautiful. El Yunque Rainforest is also very close, and we enjoyed its nature and waterfalls. The property is very well-equipped, very clean, and has a beautiful beach decor. They welcomed us with delicious coffee made in Puerto Rico. In the closet, we also found extra beach chairs, coolers, and other items that they shared to make our visit more pleasant. They placed two hammocks in the back of the house, and we fell in love with the tropical atmosphere. Thank you for all the attention we received; we will return soon.

What a lovely slice of paradise. Located in such a beautiful city, this house is close to plenty. No matter what adventures you plan to go on, this stay is ideal for those excursions. Alisha is a wonderful host that lays out instructions and accommodations incredibly well while having top notch communication. The house is cozy, with TVs, AC, and fans in each room. There are games there and other forms of entertainment. All the appliances are well kept. I appreciate that she includes earplugs and a sound machine since some animals in the neighborhood like to sing their songs at times. The neighbors are all nice and the neighborhood is fairly quiet and peaceful. You can just sense a lot of love in the area. The neighbor directly across the street is one of the kindest humans I’ve met in PR. Everything about this place enhanced my birthday trip and took a lot of stress out of the “where are we staying” and “how are we going to afford it” that usually comes with a trip to PR. 10/10!!

We booked this very last minute as our previous booking did not work out. Jessica was so helpful and got us set up within 2 hours of placing the request. The house is wonderful. I can’t think of anything else that would be needed. It was spotless and so very well equipped for people of all ages. There are wonderful beaches within a 10 minute drive. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back!

loved the place, great location easy to get to the Rainforest and seven sea beach. easy drive to local restaurants and there is a great bakery just 5 min walk down the street. highly recommend Elisa's place. Great host and has everything you need to go to the beach and feel right at home.

Ariel was an amazing host. We booked his placed in short notice because we were having issues with our original property. Ariel accommodated our family with no issues. The place was comfortable and clean, our family enjoyed the rest of our vacation with no complaints. We had two parkings and we were able to walk to the beach 🏖️ for some fun in the sun. The pool is a couple steps away from the property. Everything was amazing we will definitely book again.

Julia was very quick to answer and quick to help. The apartment was safe, private, and beautiful. So many amenities, I didn’t even need to bring beach tools, because she had some to use. Place was right next to a super market, hospital, very beautiful beaches and lagoons, as well as chain stores. If i come back to puerto rico, i will be staying at Julias apartments again.

Great place to stay when visiting El Yunque and Culebra Island. We discovered an amazing seafood restaurant called Pescaderia Don Candi just 6 minutes away that served up the best seafood and had a beautiful view of the bay. The place itself was super clean and convenient to everything. Highly recommend!

A picturesque, clean, and well decorated space. Breathtaking views from the pool, and relaxing balcony. Very good aesthetic taste in the home. Perfect!

1st the place - it's a very cute place , safe location. you are about 10 minutes away from the beach tons of restaurants there . She has everything u will need to include beach chairs and towels. 2) Julia- wonderful / responds super fast 3) will 100% use her again

This place has everything you would need for a rental in Puerto Rico. Spacious deck that allowed beautiful views atall times during the stay. The 3 bedrooms would be great if staying with family. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. Frank was very helpful with recommendations of places to eat prior to getting to the rental. He was very helpful when my husband had a bad reaction due to allergies, no fault of Frank or his rental. The gated garage does have many cats which my husband has a severe allergy but was fine with some meds. Air in all the bedrooms was nice. The living area could get hot but a breeze did come in with the doors open. The only bad thing with keeping the doors open is little flying bugs that are attracted to the light. But you can not beat the ocean breeze and ocean waves crashing. A great location and stay in Loquillo!

This location is the Perfect getaway. The apartment is well equipped, clean, location is perfect lots to do and the view is just breathtaking. Amy is a wonderful host, she is very attentive and quick to respond. I cannot wait to go again. this is my favorite spot to stay.

The place was exactly what we expected from the listing and was overall an amazing stay! The views from the condo are amazing and the sound of the ocean was amazingly peaceful. The area is walkable with many fun bars and restaurants nearby. A nearby visit to El Yunque was the highlight of our trip! The only slightly negative to the entire trip was that there are times where security is not available to open the gate which requires a small wait - not a problem at all, I only mention it because it was left out of otherwise very detailed check in instructions and led to some initial confusion. All in all I highly recommend!

The apartment is perfect for a couple. Its just been remodel with new appliances. The best part is the view ,"WHOA", worlds can't say enough.

Eric’s home was the perfect place for our stay! It’s conveniently located near everything we had planned, with endless food options nearby and easy access to the beach—a huge plus. The home itself was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, with breathtaking ocean views that made our trip even more special. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Liz's place was exactly how she described and centrally located in Fajardo. It is not a walking neighborhood. The grocery store is about a 5 min drive. The Condo is near one of the biggest Marina's in Fajardo - several boats leave out of the marina for snorkeling trips. The bio luminescent is also close; about a 10 min drive. Seven Seas is also super close (5 min drive) and Luquillo Beach is probably a 15-20 min drive. There are a couple decent restaurants nearby; we really enjoyed OKEAH Modern Kitchen. The area surrounding the condo was quiet and the water view from the deck was just what we wanted. It is well stocked with spices for cooking and the space was roomy enough for our family of 4. The pools are also great and were not crowded. I highly recommend Liz's place!
