I had a perfect stay in this cozy, relaxing and well maintained house. Decided to go to Puerto Rico last minute and wanted to stay at Fajardo since alot of the activities I had planned were close to it. The little patio is beautiful and all the ornaments and plants are just so calming and vibrant. Elba was very attentive, gave clear instructions and was understanding, she made possible to accommodate me and let me check in a little earlier than expected. The house in general very neat and clean with everything you need. The beach essentials were the best part for me since I spent most of my time at the beach. Would definitely book again 💗

What a lovely slice of paradise. Located in such a beautiful city, this house is close to plenty. No matter what adventures you plan to go on, this stay is ideal for those excursions. Alisha is a wonderful host that lays out instructions and accommodations incredibly well while having top notch communication. The house is cozy, with TVs, AC, and fans in each room. There are games there and other forms of entertainment. All the appliances are well kept. I appreciate that she includes earplugs and a sound machine since some animals in the neighborhood like to sing their songs at times. The neighbors are all nice and the neighborhood is fairly quiet and peaceful. You can just sense a lot of love in the area. The neighbor directly across the street is one of the kindest humans I’ve met in PR. Everything about this place enhanced my birthday trip and took a lot of stress out of the “where are we staying” and “how are we going to afford it” that usually comes with a trip to PR. 10/10!!

Prestige house. Comfortable and clean. Far from San Juan but close to the local beaches. Host always made sure we were comfortable. House has all necessities plus chairs and beach umbrella. Neighborhood is very quiet, no problems or issues with the local folks. Overall a nice place for a large family. Greatly recommended.

My family and I loved sitting and taking in the views from the expansive porch, swimming in the private pool (which has two different leveled ledges that make it enjoyable for swimmers and non-swimmers alike), and playing with Jayanne’s dogs. Jayanne is an accommodating host, who tries her best to meet your needs. For example, the fridge wasn’t working properly, and within minutes of me alerting her, we were supplied with ice and a large cooler until a proper repair could take place. She also provided lots of recommendations and communicated clearly and promptly throughout our trip. While the house is set upon a beautiful hillside, the road noise does carry and can occasionally be loud. The living room and kitchen are super spacious and comfortable. We were a group of six, and it felt like there was plenty of room especially since the porch adds a whole other area to enjoy. We had a very good stay, and I miss the views already!

First of location was great and close to main road , market, etc. Secondly, the place was just as described and pictured. Clean linens and plenty of room to store luggage. Overall stay was very pleasant and neighborhood was very quiet and friendly :) I do wish they had a couple more skillets and un expired condiments and coffee. Not that it was a big deal or a deal breaker but it would of been nice to have that available. Anyway I would highly recommend staying here. There’s also a little stand that sells Piringuas down the street which has homemade flavors and you might enjoy!

Junior and Nani’s place was gorgeous! Junior was attentive and came through when we had some minor issues and was so friendly! We LOVED the home and created so many memories together with my mother, aunts, and daughter. I highly recommend this location. Great and safe location, beautiful pool and patio, and was awesome having washer and dryer!

Great location inside a gated community. Near to lots of cafes and restaurants in Fajardo. The house was impeccable with all the amenities listed. Jaime was extremely proactive, responsive and helpful in everything we needed. Would absolutely love to come back again!!

incredible location! they have AC but it’s so fresh I didn’t use it so i could hear coqui all night
