Enjoyed our stay and appreciated all of the details like creamer in the refrigerator this morning. Tastefully appointed and very comfortable - exactly as pictured. We were in the area for a wedding and Diane was flexible and communicated throughout the reservation/stay. We would love to go back and stay longer.

Julie’s place was great!! When we arrived there was music on and the lamp lights for the two downstairs bedrooms were lit. It was such a nice touch and made the house feel warm and welcoming. She also left us fresh fruit, cereal bars, and pastries, which held us over until we were able to go to the grocery store. The house was very clean and looked even better than the pictures. Julie was responsive but also gave us privacy…we had some strong winds one morning and she needed to come check on the pool, but she waited until we had left for the wedding we were attending. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. Very comfortable. Short walk to the pier and quiet neighborhood. We would absolutely stay again!!

This place was amazing! Beautifully updated with plenty of room for our family to stay and gather. The views of the bay were exceptional with sunsets on the water every night! Janet was a perfect host. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

The location was amazing with the pool and the waterfront. The grandkids loved fishing and swimming. Couple observations: The lawn service came when we were there but only mowed the lawn and did not mow around the pool. No edging or weeding was done in the landscaping Pool service came when we were there and was great Garbage pick up came and pulled all the way down the driveway which was great Bathrooms could use some love. Oven could also use some love I would recommend taking bottle water and ice if you have a large group. We made a few runs to the General Store and Safeway. All in all we would give it 5 stars. We were in Chestertown for one night to drop our daughter at Washington College. The studio apartment was a perfect place to recharge before making our trip home. Host was a proactive communicator which made finding and checking into her place simple. Bed was comfy and space clean and relaxed. Appreciated the hospitality of our host.

Mike and Melinda’s place was a quiet, beautiful retreat surrounded by nature and exactly what we were looking for! We even got a visit from a bald eagle! The space was thoroughly appointed (as listed) and the attention to detail was impressive. The welcome basket was filled with local goodies and we very much appreciated the thorough written instructions and recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Although the cottage was close to the main house its orientation makes it very private. Winter weather cooperated and we even enjoyed a private romantic firepit! Everything was included of course - even the s’more kit. Would definitely stay again and couldn’t ask for better hosts!

Our stay was peaceful, beautiful, and full of thoughtful details. We loved the privacy—hosts were respectful, responsive, and never intrusive. The view is exactly as in the photos: calm, endless, and grounding. It truly felt like a quiet European escape. Aesthetic touches everywhere made it feel intentional and comforting. The space is cozy, so for longer stays with lots of luggage, keep that in mind. There's extra storage below, though it may not be convenient for everyone. Inside: great shower, lovely tub, coffee, tea, and the best complimentary coffee we’ve had in ages—don’t skip it. We enjoyed every sip by the water. Pet-friendly, tasteful, quiet, and designed with care. Annapolis also surprised us with excellent seafood, fresh oysters, and a warm coastal vibe. Our stay was short, but full of beauty, quiet joy, and a sense of pause. A perfect little retreat to reset and breathe.

The location is amazing and the property is spectacular. Joshua was easy to communicate with and the place was exactly what we wanted for a weekend getaway on the Wye River. The views are amazing and the convenience of the location was great. Crabbing in the Wye River, lunch at St Michael’s, or fishing in the Bay. All are short rides via the water from here. Thanks for a great weekend.

It was a great place, had a lot of fun, peaceful and quiet environment. House was clean and amazing! Everything was just so perfect in there and It was great being out there.
