Lovely loft, in a great location at the heart of the west end. Beautifully decorated abode, offering surprisingly spacious rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. The parking lane was compromised during the day, but as we had no plans to use our car once’s parked and walk everywhere, we found the friendly and kind interactions with the locals and workmen each day, positively impacted our stay. I look forward to returning again in the future.

My family of 9 (7 adults, 2 children) visited from the United States. We were excited to explore in our first vacation to Scotland. We chose this location because it was almost perfectly in between Glasgow and Edinburgh, so we could have an extended stay at this Airbnb and visit both cities. The house is about 10-15 minutes from the nearest train station which will take you to both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Or about a 45 minute drive to each city. There were also numerous grocery stores in about a 10 minute radius. The Airbnb itself was fantastic. It was clean, it was spacious, and it had everything we needed for such a big family, including plenty of fun activities for the kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom inside of it too. James was great about communicating with me, he was very transparent about all the information and helped in every way he could. I absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone, but especially larger families. Thank you James for welcoming us!

I had the most amazing stay at this lodge! The place is absolutely gorgeous—everything from the decor to the little details was spot on. It had such a cosy, yet stylish vibe, and you could tell a lot of thought went into making it feel special. The hot tub and views were also stunning

Had fantastic time in Lisa's flat even with Storm Eowyn keeping us indoors on the Friday. This is the second time I have booked it the first being for my son, daughter & son-in-law for my father's funeral. This time it was for my sister and myself. Can't complement it enough and its a lovely place to stay between Greenock and Gourock. We will use it the next time we visit Scotland.

A totally peaceful and beautiful getaway for the festive period. Private, secluded, yet within easy reach of the hustle of town life. Would definitely recommend to both friends and family alike. We enjoyed our time away, a Christmas to remember. Thank you.

Lorraine’s place was great, big living space and comfortable beds with an apartment full of great amenities. 9 of us across 2 apartments was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again. 5/5

We had a positive stay overall. The flat had everything you would need. The kitchen was well equipped, there was plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. The host was great at communicating and the instructions for entry were clear. There was a handy book which gave further instructions on how to use things in the flat as well as on the local area. At first the flat/beds were a little chilly but that is more the Scottish weather and maybe if it hadn’t been occupied for a few days before. We were able to heat the flat adequately once we were in. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a lovely couple of days here for my birthday- the cottage really feels like a home from home and there are lots of little extras which make the experience, such as games, paintings, pantry items and we loved watching the birds on the feeders - we saw wood peckers and a buzzard sat in the tree opposite. Adrienne is really responsive and made the experience really easy for us! Thanks again x

The house was exactly what we needed for a girls weekend away. We found it easily and arrived to fresh scones and prosecco, which was lovely. The house was clean and well-stocked, with plenty wood available for the fire. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was lovely and warm. Sitting in the hot tub looking out at the hills and river was very peaceful and relaxing. We would highly recommend this beautiful cottage, we had a great time and felt right at home.
