The pictures posted on the listing of this house do not do it justice. This house was beautiful. While located on a convenient road, there was not another house in sight for a nice sense of privacy. The mud room itself is a huge bonus to off load gear and supplies and keep them organized without cluttering up the entire house. The ensuite bathroom in all 3 bedrooms was a pleasant surprise with the master bath being one of the best I've ever experienced. The state of the art TV, lighting, thermostat and surround sound system does take some getting used to and would definitely be a challenge to the elderly and non tech savvy. Great overall experience. Would love to stay again when the pool is open.

The house was perfect for our needs. Super clean and the location to town was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. We were there in the winter time so not pool weather, but I imagine that would make the place even better. We loved it and the hosts were very responsive. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Bill’s place. We were traveling to town last minute for a funeral and he was very accommodating for us. His home was perfect for spending some much needed family time together!

beautiful place! everything was perfect !jacuzzi was fun, location was peaceful and beautiful. the beds were the most comfortable of any air bnb i ever stayed in. kitchen was great for a big family . washer and dryer was top of the line. tvs everywhere . i highly recommend this to anyone looking. drive into lake george very easy. to top it all off she is the best host around communicates almost instantly. she made our stay that much better . you’re in good hands here. hope this helps anyone looking .

Cat was absolutely amazing. We planned a birthday weekend and we all had a blast. The house was gorgeous and a quick drive to downtown. Cat was always responsive and very helpful. I would 100% recommend this place.

Nikkis and Andrew were incredibly thoughtful, from accommodating us with our check-in, and willing to work with us. We can’t say enough about those homemade cookies. The area is peaceful and quiet and the beds comfy , coffee was fantastic and breakfast choices, superb!!Also, the access to the pristine pool, with a view of Grant’s Cottage and the drive to that cottage, memorable. Her recommendations were spot on. We hope to be back, as the Saratoga Springs Performing Arts Center is a wonderful venue, as well.

We had a wonderful stay! Victoria was extremely generous and accommodating, making sure all our requests were taken care of and that check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The house itself was beautiful—neat, tidy, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, the washrooms were spotless, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Victoria was always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend!
