Our 3rd stay at this property and it didn’t disappoint! We love the space, the location, the quiet, proximity to the beach and shopping strip, and everything Pt Lonsdale and Peter’s home has to offer. We particularly appreciated the welcome pack of wine, tea and delicious shortbread biscuits.

Excellent internal and external features, suited our family with adult children very nicely. Outside undercover eating was terrific, with good plantings of trees. Wifi, quality of bed mattresses, bathroom fitout were excellent. Space for two cars, easy drive to ocean grove for surfing. Second toilet was appreciated at times. This choice spot was perfect for our family weekend-away. Relaxed. Cozy. Spacious and gracious. A home with much history and heart. Just right. We will return another time and I highly recommend it to others. It is so close to beachside walks, water recreation (surfing, swimming or sand-castle building) and village shops - something for everyone. A total pleasure.

Amazing location and view from top floor. House well laid out for a couple of families with lots of different spaces. Dunes and beach right outside door. Host very good to deal with as all ways.

Joanne was really lovely and answered all our questions promptly. The house was great as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Meredith’s place was fantastic. Our family of 5 adults and 3 children had plenty of space and comfort. Lots of toys for the children, great cooking facilities and so close to the beach. One of our best family holidays. I would highly recommend. Such a lovely host,

We had a great stay. The apartment is right in the middle of town and the history of the ball room lends a lovely quirky vibe to the place with a spiral staircase and a circular cellar room etc. Sitting outside on the porch was lovely. Kitchen had a wide range of implements, and crockery etc . Thanks kindly Leif for a grand weekend.

Kate is fantastic to deal with, this is an ideal location for us when we attend Queenscliff rod run loads of off street parking, Kate spoilt us with special treats to celebrate our 5th year of staying. There is always some new upgrades that make the stay even better than before.
