This little part of Arrowtown was amazing, the kids felt right at home, it slept our party of 7 comfortably, and best of all, I could walk to Millbrook to play golf! Great house with epic kitchen and views. Huge tub for baths with the kiddos and lovely ensuite in the master. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely fabulous home! Blown away by the beautiful, well-stocked kitchen and walk-in pantry. The open floor plan makes great use of all the lovely spaces - perfect for our group of 10. And did I mention amazing VIEWS? Wow. Simply stunning landscape- watched bunnies & a hot air balloon float by. Appreciated an early check-in. Hope we get a chance to stay again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful family Christmas at Sophie’s house in Arrowtown. The location was perfect—just a short walk into Arrowtown, where there’s a fantastic selection of restaurants. The house itself is ideal for our family holiday, with multiple living areas providing plenty of space for everyone. The views from the home were breathtaking, and the interior decor was bright, beautiful and welcoming. The house was spotlessly clean, and Sophie had thoughtfully provided everything we needed, including a cot, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and plenty of towels. Communication with Sophie was easy, making the entire experience stress-free. While the house doesn’t have fans or air conditioning, we managed well on a warm day by keeping the curtains drawn and doors open to let in the breeze. We had a beautiful stay and hope to return in the future. Thank you, Sophie, for hosting us in your incredible home!

Christine’s house is the perfect spot for a family trip away. Beautiful house with everything you need and more. Quiet area with great outdoor areas and large living spaces. Easy walk into Arrowtown. Christine is a wonderful host with great communication.

We had such a lovely stay at The Casino! Bed was super comfy and the accommodation was clean and spacious. We will definitely stay again once back in Queenstown.

Arriving at Tess's home was an absolute delight! The property is simply breathtaking with its modern design and stunning views of the hills and river valley below. This charming rural home boasts four bedrooms, a beautiful living room that connects to the fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials you could need. The beds were incredibly comfortable with luxurious linens, making it hard to get up on some mornings with the fresh air flowing through the open sliding door. We had a blast doing yoga on the well-maintained lawn and sipping drinks on bean bags while watching the sunset. Queenstown is a dream destination with so much to offer - from wineries and bike rides in Arrowtown to thrilling activities like jet boating, funyaking, bungy jumping, and zip-lining. What a fabulous Airbnb! Six of us stayed here for 5 nights with (our family of four along with my in-laws who were visiting NZ). The house itself was absolutely spotless, updated, fresh and had everything we needed for a great stay. Even better in person than the pictures show. There were only two tiny bits of feedback we had about the place. The first we shared w the manager of the house and she said she would update the listing to include these details, but there was construction going on immediately next door. Construction frequently began at (or a bit before) 7:30am, w the sound of impact drivers and hammering away. This was not great for those in our party who sleep later than 7:30am. Additionally, there were some rooms that didn’t have shades on them, creating a privacy concern w construction workers able to see into the room where my in-laws were staying. 2nd, the beds were VERY firm and stiff. This is a personal preference, but all of us wished there were toppers on beds.

Luxestay makes vacationing in Queenstown an absolutely breeze. Unbeatable views from our accommodation and immaculate bathrooms. We enjoyed the subsidised car rental and Hilton hotel perks. The in-room guide was also very helpful for local recommendations. Would not hesitate to book again with them.

Great spot! New build and clean! Really enjoyed our stay! It was a little toasty upstairs during the day but cooled down at night. Only has A/C in master upstairs just to keep in mind!

Loved this house with the fabulous view. Very comfortable for 6 of us staying there, has everything you would need for a stay. The BBQ area was lovely with magnificent views and a gas fire. It is close to town, but not really walking distance, although a short car ride or cheap uber ride. Would definitely stay there again

Probably the best AIRBNB I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. Design of the place was very thoughtful and homely. Lovely touches like lemon tree & lavender in the back! Host was very responsive and helpful. Wished we could have stayed longer. Very close drive to main town. Thank you!

We rented Sam and Jade’s apartment for a week, and the experience was truly memorable. The view from the apartment was stunning, with breathtaking mountain and serene lake. We were fortunate enough to witness snowfall during our stay, which made the trip even more special. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were perfect for taking in the incredible scenery. The apartment was warm, clean, and comfortable. Sam and Jade were kind enough to offer us early check-in and late check-out at no extra charge, which we greatly appreciated. The location was ideal, situated midway between the airport and the city, making it convenient for dinner and exploring Queenstown. The kitchen was stocked with a generous selection of tea, coffee, breakfast cereal snacks, chocolates, and crisps, which was a delightful surprise. Overall, our stay was unforgettable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The home is just like the pictures. Well equipped kitchen and comfy patio furniture (though that late afternoon sun is strong! lol) It’s about 1 mi walk down the slight hill to town. There’s a small brewery/cafe called Be Social just down the road that I highly recommend.

This property is exactly what we expected. It is a beautiful tiny home with unparalleled tranquility. We felt isolated, even though we were only 5 minutes from the chaos of Glenorchy. It is the ultimate ‘hut’ experience!

Lovely private rural location 5 minutes from Wanaka central. This is a beautiful area, well worth exploring, both summer and winter. Whare iti (the Tiny House) was well equipped and very comfortable. The hosts go out of their way to ensure everything is good for their guests. They are very hospitable and welcoming and have lots of good tips on places of interest and things to do.
