Thanks so much Sharon and Peter for your warm welcome and the lovely 2-night stay. It was the perfect resting spot for us. The studio was very well stocked, comfortable and cosy. We appreciated the breakfast foods including fresh fruit and jams, and eggs! The orchard surroundings are so peaceful and pretty. Next time we hope to explore them a bit more :).

The house was absolutely gorgeous and 5he bathtub was huge, the double shower was nice as well.

WOW. What a beautiful stay. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs on our journey across NZ and Stu’s was one of the best. Not only is it super unique, it has amazing views, feels private, and has everything you need. It feels luxurious and there is an eye for the details. The back patio was especially lovely. Bonus points for having Netflix that we didn’t have to sign into ourselves. It’s nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Queenstown, but still be close to a lot of the wineries. We didn’t an all-day wine tour that picked us up there no problem. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We wish we could’ve admired the view even longer!

Celia's place was lovely! A spotless and comfortable place with great amenities and a great spot to explore Wanaka from. We enjoyed the bottle of wine from her vineyard. The space was also a great spot for some astrophotography with only some slight light pollution from nearby Wanaka, we were able to see the milky way in all its glory! would definitely stay again

Great and clean apartment surrounded by a beautiful (!!!) garden with mountain views. The kitchenette has everything we needed, and we were able to barbecue on the lovely terrace. Bridget is very hospitable and we felt welcome immediately. We would stay here again.

I cannot overstate how much we loved this Airbnb. The outside area was stunning. Having a real kitchen was wonderful. The whole place was so peaceful and relaxing. Lynne was a fabulous host and was incredibly helpful. (Also, being able to visit Beryl the pig was such a treat!)

Amazing oasis in Wānaka. Would totally recommend if you’re looking for something that makes it easy to be comfortable, beautiful views and close to all the town as to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at Craig and Jenelle's. They were thoughtful, generous and took time to show us around the property. The morning and night views were stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. We will miss Macey!

We cannot say enough good things about this fantastic Lavender Farm home. It is beautifully decorated, was spotlessly clean, incredibly well-equipped, the location was very handy and the grounds just lovely. We were impressed with how warm the house stayed overnight, even on very crisp mornings—the quality of build is imminently evident. Our family extended our stay as we couldn’t bear to leave, and we wish we could live there forever. Thank you as well to Jane for being a responsive host, and we highly rate this experience to future guests.

Maria is an incredible host, communicative and helpful whilst giving us space. Her property was welcoming, warm, characterful and immaculate. My daughter and I had a wonderful, peaceful stay and deeply appreciated conversing with the animals and enjoying the outdoor space. We slept like logs with the logburner and extremely comfortable beds. This is the perfect place to slow down and breathe. Stunning views all around. We hope to return for another stay one day.

A bit from the central town but we love it. The place is perfect for 2 people, no more. In a good areas and enjoy the Clubhouse restaurant. Aurelia had some great restaurant recommendation.

We checked out a day earlier because of a water issue at the property due to external reasons. Karen refunded the entire amount. That said, the property is beautiful with amazing views. it's done up very tastefully with modern and high quality amenities. Very serene, private surroundings. Great for exploring the Wanaka region.

This was our second stay here - it was as lovely and comfortable as last time. This time we even got a visit from the very affectionate cat, and had the delight of being able to feed the ducks, hens, rooster and the gorgeous highland cows. The space is well equipped, the surrounds are so peaceful, and the host is very responsive.

Noteworthy and remarkable for the place and the view. Loved the accomplished history of the Hillary family and delighted to see the memorabilia incorporated into the decor. The view from house overlooking the lake and the Remarkables Range were mesmerizing and ever changing. We couldn’t wait to sit and just look at the view. Loved everything about the house and it is even better than the pictures. We had everything we needed for a fantastic five night stay especially if you like hiking and don’t mind steep hills. Yvonne was great at communicating with us. Just a super five star place and host!

Kath and Steve’s place is an absolute gem - we couldn’t have loved it more! The house is very beautiful and homely, the views are stunning, we enjoyed meeting Duke the dog and feeding the chooks, and we were the lucky first guests to enjoy the new outdoor spa! Kath was incredibly helpful and guided us through some local emergencies (road closure and power outage), and she had lots of tips for local highlights that suited our needs. Everything about our stay was wonderful, 10/10, and I look forward to coming back. Highly recommended!!

My second stay at Suji‘s wonderful home in such a private and peaceful spot! It’s the kind of place where you want to stay longer, and we did, extending our stay I believe twice! It’s hard to believe that such a quiet, beautiful place is just a few minutes from Arrowtown in one direction and the busyness of Queenstown in the other. Highly, highly recommend!

A lovely stay on the farm, close enough to all the hikes, attractions and amenities but far enough from the mass tourism hub of central Queenstown to make you feel more like a local than a tourist. We loved our morning visits from King (dog) and the cat, as well as the occasional cuddle from the sheep. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Gibston Valley Cottage is a great place to stay. Set in the beautiful Gibston Valley with easy access to the many attractions of Otago/Lakes area. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed, including laundry facilities. Thank you Brittany, you were an excellent host, and we appreciated your responsiveness which made things easier for us and allowed us to use our time in the area to the full.

We really enjoyed our stay with Jackie, the property was clean and comfortable and Jackie was an excellent host - would definitely recommend to others!

"A Gem in the Mountains" This house was absolutely fantastic and truly added to the joy of our trip. Located in the remote mountains of Glenorchy, the house itself became a unique part of the experience. We even saw little rabbits around the area, and stepping outside greeted us with breathtaking mountain views. At night, you could even see the stars clearly in the sky. The house was in perfect condition, with each bedroom offering privacy and a huge living and kitchen space. We felt so comfortable during our stay. The host was also very responsive. I’d definitely return here!

Anyone wanting to stay in Cromwell do not look anywhere else but this cottage. Spacious, fantastic cottage garden complete with rabbits, hedgehogs, quails and many other birds. The scenery of lake Dunston and the mountains from the patio is to die for. Lucie is a wonderful host replying within minutes to any queries. While staying at the accommodation one tour which we highly recommend is the Clyde Dam Tour.
