Chalet Pura Vida - slow living!

I spent five weeks here on a writing retreat, and I couldn't have picked a better spot. This is a gorgeous, quiet place with excellent, high-quality amenities (for example, not full of chintzy Ikea furniture) for a long-term stay. Nina is extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive. She lives in a neighboring house, so is available for any emergency needs. Truly an outstanding stay. Would rent again!!

Lake Wanaka House

Jane's place was the perfect base to ski Treble Cone and Cadrona. It felt like home with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and cozy lounge to relax in after a day on the mountain. It's located within walking distance of the lake and picturesque parks. Would stay again!

Charming chalet close to town with new spa

The prices in Arrowtown in general were higher than anywhere else we've stayed. Jane's place was so great, super warm and cozy and had everything we needed. We loved the close proximity to the main street and loved being able to walk to where we were going. The new spa pool was a welcome addition and great after a few hours of bike riding (in the summer months :-) ) . . . . All in all we had a wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary. Thank you Jane.

Michelle was an amazing host for an absolutley breathtaking property. Easy access to Queenstown, Arrowtown and the surrounding area. when on the property, You felt like you were on your own and in natural settings while relaxing in the property. it provided amazing views, quiet areas like the fireplace and an outdoor spa for relaxing at the end of the day. The property was so well maintained and the little touches and details showed such care and design thought. Michelle was so thoughtful and provided a bottle of wine, some nice cheese and crackers as a welcome. tea and coffee were fully stocked and it would be difficult to express just how nice this spot was. you will just have to experience it! Highly recommend it !

Very comfortable townhouse, warm and cosy. Lovely to have a fireplace with wood provided as well as the heat pumps. The showers were excellent too. Easy drive up to Cardrona - will be back in the future.

Mount Iron Cabin - Mountain stargazing

This was the most well curated stay I have ever had. The place was absolutely lovely. Our host provided us with local coffee grounds, chocolate and wine. We loved the outdoor tub for stargazing! So cute, welcoming, and a perfect place to stay in a beautiful town

The Hillary Family A-Frame in Central Queenstown

Noteworthy and remarkable for the place and the view. Loved the accomplished history of the Hillary family and delighted to see the memorabilia incorporated into the decor. The view from house overlooking the lake and the Remarkables Range were mesmerizing and ever changing. We couldn’t wait to sit and just look at the view. Loved everything about the house and it is even better than the pictures. We had everything we needed for a fantastic five night stay especially if you like hiking and don’t mind steep hills. Yvonne was great at communicating with us. Just a super five star place and host!

Serenity Retreat Wanaka

The chalet is well located, it's a quiet and peaceful place. It's about 10 minutes walk from the Wanaka tree and about 25 minutes walk from downtown. The hosts have been responsive and attentive to our needs. We had a lovely time. Thank you so much.

We stayed here for a few days on either side of our helicopter wedding based out of Queenstown. The Goldleaf Chalet was an incredible place to stay and make a special time in our lives feel very special indeed. Practically every window has stunning views, and the spa was so relaxing to sit in and watch the clouds go by. The house is well equipped and so pleasant to be in. I definitely teared up as we left at check out. We'll never forgot our stay here 🥰

We loved our stay here so much! It was a beautiful place with a perfect location. Nice and quiet, and just a quick drive to Wanaka and Hāwea, with access to hiking trails right out the back! Kristy gave us excellent personalized recommendations on what to do in the area and it really made our trip memorable! Highly recommend!

Sunny Villa in Wānaka

We really enjoyed our stay at Nadja’s house. The house was well equipped for everything we needed for our stay and the tennis court and gym were great additions. Also had a great range of kitchen equipment/plates/platters which was really handy! The complex was peaceful and quiet (even during the new year period!). The house is in a good location - able to walk into town and a quick drive to three parks. Would recommend and stay again next time we’re in Wanaka!

A very warm and friendly welcome by Euan, a lovely garden and beautiful comfortable large bed. A stroll into Clyde Village to enjoy the local cafes and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much!
