We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. The house met our expectations and was in pristine condition. All communication with Kylie and Justin was clear and friendly. Easy to see why this destination rates so highly on Airbnb.

This is a superb place to stay, we loved every minute of our 2.5 weeks. The setting is perfect, the hosts are super friendly and helpful. We swam in the lake most days, an easy 10-15 minute walk down (less easy coming back as it’s uphill, but well worth it!) We explored the local walking tracks. And Bella the cat appeared most days, usually early mornings when she would join us in bed! Cannot recommend highly enough☺️

Had a complicated check in procedure that was managed by the property manager and was expected to fill in prior to the trip however could not communicate with them as we didn’t have a phone line to call/text. Views and location were great. Spa was amazing. Set up for communication through airbnb could have been improved and managed by the PM. House was very large, spacious and amenities were good.

Thanks for the wonderful but short stay. Nice property in a beautiful setting walkable distance to Millbrook and close to Ayrburn and Arrowtown. Very well stocked house with everything you need.

Michael was always prompt to respond with any questions. I was going to have mail delivered before our stay, and he was willing to keep a look out for it. I appreciate him going out of his way to help. Plus, we loved the views from his place.

We had a fabulous stay at Rons place. It was spacious with a great downstairs living, & bedrooms upstairs. It was super clean & tidy, with a really sunny outdoors space. We really enjoyed having the BBQ, & made the most of Fergs Butcher being just across the road a bit. Its very easy walking distance from central Arrowtown.

We had a fantastic time at this house! 🤍 The space is incredibly clean, new, and modern. Every detail has clearly been well thought out, and it made the experience feel special. The kitchen is by far the most stacked and organized one I've ever seen, it's a dream for anyone who loves to cook. The views from the house are lovely, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. One thing to note for future guests: the home has many delicate decorations and artifacts around. To avoid any accidents, I recommend collecting the fragile items and storing them in a closet during your stay. It’s a small step to ensure everything stays intact and you won’t be responsible for any breakages. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing, and comfortable stay! Easy to find and easy to stay - beautiful views and convenient location to town

Sarah’s home was the perfect experience, beautifully set up for our family to enjoy christmas together - from the kitchen facilities, to the layout, the surroundings, interior design and special touches.

Carla and Chris were excellent communicators, very nice and kind guests and jumped to anything I didn’t know how to use ect. Very kind people. Thankyou Carla and Chris! 🙂

Absolutely beautiful location and property. How lucky were we on arrival to find a newly constructed tennis/pickleball court complete with equipment for the whole family to use. 🙌 Quality linen and an abundance of comfort lounges/chairs with throws to enjoy lazy afternoons lounging. The property has to be seen to be believed. Postcard views from every window, the deck was amazing to enjoy the long dusk and hot tub enjoyed after a big day hiking/cycling. A perfect location to celebrate a milestone birthday for my husband. We loved our stay and would return again without hesitation. Thank you for providing such a high quality experience. Best wishes

This property was everything we could have asked for and more! It was immaculately clean, beautifully modern, and packed with thoughtful amenities — the owners truly thought of everything. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views that made it hard to leave. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and access to the home was a breeze. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

We have stayed in many (25+) top rated Airbnbs over the last 6 months of traveling the world - but this was The Best. It is a very high end place in like new condition, with every detail thought of - and a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. Everything was properly detailed so it is just as it’s listed and photographed. To top it all off, the new jacuzzi was wonderful at night under the stars. If you have a chance to stay here, don’t miss it! We will remember our stay for a long time. It was perfect.

My stay at the carriage was absolutely incredible ! It was the perfect place to reset and relax. The accommodation was cozy and extraordinary. Every time I felt welcome. The perfect little paradise at almost the end of my travels. The hosts were simply wonderful and if I would have the chance to be in queenstown again I’d love to stay there another time.

We loved our stay! It was a stylish and cozy space. There were thoughtful touches everywhere, including a very fun disco ball! The pets on property for a bonus as they were very friendly and would hang around the room. Nate was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Sally was extremely easy to communicate with from the get go. The cabin was well equipped with everything you could have needed. Even a dishwasher & washing machine. Best part was the fire place and the beautiful views. Such a cosy space. Beautiful sitting on deck in the afternoon sun playing scrabble. The short trip into town and the supermarket was really close by. Lots of walking & cycling tracks a short drive away. Loved our stay ❤️

Loved the peacefulness of your place! It is well located, close to many wineries, not far from Cromwell and half way between Wanaka and Queenstown if you’re after day trips. The outdoor bath is quite special under the stars 🥰, the view is really beautiful. Maybe one thing to mention is - it’s a uphill gravel road to get to the property. Thank you for having me!

Convenient no frills accom in walking distance to town. We were slightly saddened to see that the hot tub wasn’t located in the garden of the unit as we assumed it was from the pictures. Extra towels delivered when needed and fast communication. Very comfortable bed. Great shower pressure.

they were very nice. even loaned me a chefs knife and some oil. let us pick some fruit from the trees. would recomend.
