Flexible - it is not always easy to be date flexible when you own a vaca property in a popular location. We had to change our dates by one day and Brian easily accommodated that. It is important to state how easy Brian was to work with and communication was above par. The chalet is set in a small enclave of like homes directly across from the beach with its beautiful black sand, endless view of the pacific, and a measure of privacy you cannot find in a tourists zone. The birds were a cacaphony of noise - delightful, loud and a reminder that we are on vacation - embrace the differences! It was an easy drive to the neighboring town of Jaco repleat with places to enjoy local cuisine, and, if you need a nightlife, you can find it here, though we do not typically go out late. The most delightful part of our stay was the screened porch where morning coffee and local pastry made sunrise spectacular. Evening wine as the sun settled down was again a reminder to relax - you are on vacation.

Book it! Ideal location with amazing ocean views, the constant sound of waves crashing, and a stone's throw to the beach. The house exceeded all of our expectations and was perfect for our familiy of five. The pictures just don't do it justice. Do yourself and your family a favor, book it!

We travel quite a bit and this was one of my fav Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. The cozy bungalow was located in a cute small community directly across from the beach. We enjoyed early morning beach walks and sunsets. We loved meeting the neighbors and other guests during our dog meet ups on the big open green lawn. The pool was a bonus. The lively town of Jaco is a 10 min drive while many restaurants are just a few minutes away. Can’t wait to come back!

This is an amazing location it’s in a upcoming community that is secured about 25 min from jaco great location to just relax and enjoy

Evan’s place was more than I expected! The view of the waves is unbeatable! You can just sit on your porch and watch until the perfect surf conditions arise then walk right across the street and paddle out. It is just a short walk down the beach to Hotel Tramonto. There was a guy that brought fresh fish, shrimp and lobster right to the front door so I bought some and cooked it up for dinner. I would definitely stay there again.

Brian is a great host always responsive and trying to accommodate! The Bungalow was fully equipped, peaceful and had an awesome view. We also felt very safe. The beach is spotless with some sunsets we won't forget. Overall this is a very good place we highly recommend!

a casa fica em um condomínio muito lindo e de frente para a praia. a casa suporta estadias de curta e longa temporada, está toda equipada para tal. Para ir em um restaurante terá que pegar um carro, mas é super perto. fica de frente a boas ondas. super recomendo a estadia. Brian é super atencioso e te ajuda no que for necessário. espero voltar em breve.

This was a perfect home to stay in while vacationing in Costa Rica. My family which included my 8 year old twin girls absolutely LOVED our stay here. This property is secluded enough to feel safe and relaxed. A ride to the main road that takes you to Uvita, Domincal, etc was a short but beautiful drive down the mountain. Grocery stores are very close, kitchen has everything you need as does the rest of the home. The pool is large and perfect temperature. Chelsea-our host was so very helpful with restaurant recommendations and any bookings we needed. My family rated this vacation home an A+!! We hope to be back!

Hermoso lugar , de hecho las fotos no muestran lo lindo q es todo . El barrio es tranquilo , se respetan los horarios de descanso , ubicado cerca de la playa . Limpio y cómodo . El entorno es bellísimo Recomiendo 100% !

We had an amazing time. Melissa was always attentive to our needs and our daughter loved playing with their daughter. The pool is amazing being surrounded by the rainforest. Nevertheless you can get to many local attractions within a short driving distance. The bungalow is beautifully designed and we got to see monkeys right outside our open outside shower.

Without going back and looking at existing guest reviews I believe all positive feedback is well deserved and perhaps understated…. Amy is an excellent , amazing Host …. Genuinely concerned about her guests wellbeing….. Award winning attitude with attention to detailed opportunities for her Guests….. Also Amy is very passionate about protecting the environment and ecology of Playa Hermosa and all of Costa Rica….. A real Human Being ! Thanks Amy 🙏🏻

We had a wonderful experience. This is one of the best views of the Costa Rican jungle and mountains in an extremely secluded / quiet / private location. We've tried to stay in similar AirBnb's before that had issues with loud neighbors and difficult access roads. In contrast, this location was easy to access (no 4x4 needed) and was very private because there are no neighbors. In addition, Markus was great. He was friendly and welcoming. The food options took our stay to the next level. While the unit is well designed for cooking, we didn't want to prepare our own meals on this trip. Markus cooked for us in his rancho two dinners and two breakfasts. Not only were they delicious, he graciously accommodated my wife's allergies to lactose and soy even though this required him heavily modifying some of his recipes. I cannot possibly recommend this AirBnb more. Do yourself a favor and rent it!

Endroit idéal pour se détendre ! Lieu magnifique avec une belle vue panoramique ! Un seul regret: ne pas rester plusieurs nuits dans ce logement ! Le personnel est chaleureux et sympathique.

Our host was great! He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed from day one. Our location was very convenient. It is centrally located between Dominical Beach and San Isidro. And walking distance to Nauyaca Waterfalls. Nature surrounds this beautiful jungle park like destination. Every morning/day we enjoyed watching the hummingbirds and butterflies! There are an amazing variety of birds to watch! Some days we got glimpses of the Agouti and the turkey-looking black birds with bright yellow beaks walking through. And the nature sounds were music to our ears! We took advantage of the lemon trees too! The private outdoor space was perfect for us and we used it daily, rain or shine. We were provided a carport for parking. The property is gated and safe.

Todd & Jill were fantastic, going above and beyond the call of duty! Responsive & attentive, considerate & accomodating, & just good ol' fashion nice people! They helped us with navigating our way to their beautiful & peaceful property in the jungle mountains! They blessed us and shared with us fruit from the crazy variety of things growing on their land! The view from the main bedroom and the front porch that you wake up to every morning is breath taking! We hiked & swam in the gorgeous stream and river that borders each side of the house! Todd & Jill both have an incredible love for people & their well being & are extremely knowledgeable about many things including food and whats really going on in the world! We were blessed to have a handful of conversations with them! We cant even truly begin to capture the essence in this write up of how amazing a visit to Todd & Jills really is!
