We really enjoyed our stay here. It is 10 minutes away from everything. There were quite a lot of turns to get to the house but that’s just how it is in the city. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe being there. The house was clean overall but there were always critters that got in somehow, not the fault of the host. It’s just Guatemala. I did have a tiny problem with the person in charge of cleaning but I contacted the host Fabian and he corrected it immediately. Thanks again! Thanks again Fabian. I definitely look forward to staying here again in the near future. I will recommend to my family and friends.

Sin duda alguna es el Airbnb que mas cómodo me he sentido, la casa esta muy bien equipada, hay espacio para todos, el área verde es fantástica y Amarilis siempre estuvo muy atenta, fue parte vital para que nuestra estadía fuera aun mejor, muchas gracias por sus atenciones!! Definitivamente regresare pronto.

Large downstairs apartment, had everything you could ask for. Close enough to walk to the center, and La Tora. Well worth the price, would recommend and return for short or longer stays.

I stayed around a month here while in Spanish classes and found it a quiet and peaceful place to stay, would certainly recommend and stay here again, and special mention to the lovely Doña Maria who is always helpful :)

Clean, spacious, and well supplied apartment. Secure area. 10-15 minute walk to the center. The bed was comfy, the water in the shower was nice and hot. The washer and dryer are a great feature. We had a power outage while staying there (seems to be common in Xela) and only lasted a while, but good thing to keep in mind if you rely on wifi. The hallway bathroom had a strong smell coming from the drains but we just kept the door closed and it was not a problem since we did not need it during our stay. Construction in the unit next door, earplugs recommended. Overall good value for the place and pleasant stay!

Excelente lugar para visitar Retalhuleu! Cercano al Irtra y muy importante mencionar que todos fueron amables, desde los dueños hasta las personas que cuidan el lugar. Recomendadisimo.

excelente ubicación y fácil accesos

Segunda ocasión que nos quedamos con Luis y la verdad siempre el lugar está muy limpio, organizado. El apartamento es precioso con todo lo necesario para una estadía de negocios o vacaciones. Definitivamente lo recomendamos. Alrededor tiene variedad de gastronomía así como los centros comerciales principales de Xela.

Apartamento muy acogedor, bien ubicado, con las amenidades necesarias, excelente hospedaje, fiel a la descripción del anuncio.
