Clean, spacious, and well supplied apartment. Secure area. 10-15 minute walk to the center. The bed was comfy, the water in the shower was nice and hot. The washer and dryer are a great feature. We had a power outage while staying there (seems to be common in Xela) and only lasted a while, but good thing to keep in mind if you rely on wifi. The hallway bathroom had a strong smell coming from the drains but we just kept the door closed and it was not a problem since we did not need it during our stay. Construction in the unit next door, earplugs recommended. Overall good value for the place and pleasant stay!

¡Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Samuel fue fantástica! La vivienda está muy bien equipada, con todo tipo de cuchillos y utensilios de cocina, además de una moderna placa de inducción que facilita la preparación de cualquier comida. Los dormitorios son extremadamente acogedores y permiten descansar de maravilla. También destaca la variedad en la programación de televisión, que resulta muy entretenida, y la conexión a internet es rápida y estable. Nos sentimos muy a gusto y sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Altamente recomendado!

El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable, el lugar es muy tranquilo y seguro. La casa es acogedora y muy bonita... Recomendada 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is 10 minutes away from everything. There were quite a lot of turns to get to the house but that’s just how it is in the city. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe being there. The house was clean overall but there were always critters that got in somehow, not the fault of the host. It’s just Guatemala. I did have a tiny problem with the person in charge of cleaning but I contacted the host Fabian and he corrected it immediately. Thanks again! Thanks again Fabian. I definitely look forward to staying here again in the near future. I will recommend to my family and friends.

Totalmente recomendado. Zona segura, y cercano de los lugares de interés que queríamos visitar

The house is very good and convenient, location is nice and quiet, far from the center , 10 minutes by car to some main malls. the only problem we had is with a very sensitive neighbor that complained about noise few times even though we were very quiet and went to sleep very early. the host was very friendly and answered our needs quickly
