Rossy and Antonio were lovely. Our map took us to the wrong place so make sure the address matches your map pin. so Antonio picked us up- super sweet! The place was bright and clean and super centrally located by the bus terminal. A lovely base for exploring the area.

1 night stay in this centrally located home. Breathtaking views and located 2 minutes away by foot from the lanchas! San Pedro is known for its party atmosphere so be ready for its nightlife! I chose this location specifically to be able to do the Rostro Maya sunrise walk and it worked out perfectly! The host was responsive and accommodating and promptly answered when needed. Would stay again! Thank you for everything!

This was perfect for my 3-week stay while studying at the Cooperativa Spanish school. Juana and Jade were both super responsive and friendly the few times I reached out. The location was easy walking to the school, the lake and the tourist area, but far enough from the main backpackers area that it was quieter than there. There is a nightclub across the street, and an excellent cafe, but both can get noisy. But honestly, no where in San Pedro is going to be considered ‘quiet,’ so in the scheme of things, this apartment was a haven! And, back in the bedrooms the noise was vastly diminished. Kitchen is clean and functional with the basics. The one thing that threw me off was the steep staircase to the apartment. The stairs at the top are pretty narrow which could prove challenging for those with mobility issues. There is a railing which made it manageable. Overall, I hope to go back for more Spanish lessons, and I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Kenny was a great host, very responsive to messages and helpful with local suggestions. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony area is stunning and very close to the photos! Just one small thing to bear in mind - there is a flight of somewhat steep concrete stairs to enter the property which were a little tricky to navigate with big suitcases. Kenny was very helpful and carried one of our cases when we arrived, which was much appreciated!

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

Great view especially during sunrise. Bright place with comfortable beds. Clemente was helpful with any issues and with arranging tuk-tuks. Easy access to town from the back stairs.

We loved this house, which felt very homy and was lovely after lots of hotels. We were able to cook, do laundry, kick back and watch a movie. Also, the place is huge and comfortable!

Avec Alicja, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce lieu atypique et charmant. Nous avons reçu un très bel accueil et nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise des notre arrivée. Nous recommandons ce lieu pour un séjour dans cette ville qui propose plusieurs activités aux alentours. Un grand merci à Luis.

El recibimiento muy bueno, como nos recibió la mamá de Javier muy buena persona, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente para llegar al lugar, habitación cómoda muy biena para el precio que se pagó, un lugar bonito, sin duda volvería a alojarme ahí.

Todo perfecto con nuestra estadía, hubo una pequeña confusión pero los anfitriones siempre estuvieron dispuestos a solucionarlo ☺️
