The unit is just right for us. It has all the things you need on your stay. You can cook if you want and if you want to just order out, there are a ton of restaurants and fast-food shops located just outside the subdivision. The amenities are great. Our daughter really enjoyed the pool, we are planning our next stay!!!

The place was clean and nice. We felt right at home. The place was also easy to find and had a lot of conveniences around the area.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Stayed at Glorious residence for more than a month and had a fantastic experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (e.g. cook, laundry, karaoke, transportation to/fro airport/places and etc) for a long-term stay. The location was convenient, with shops and public transport nearby. The host, Ms. Elvie and Sir Glorious were responsive, accommodating, supportive, and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located home away from home! Thank you, Ms Elvie and Sir Glorious for everything.

I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We booked the place at the last minute. Thankful the host was responsive which made the transaction easy. It was a perfect place for our family's bonding. The place was clean and very homey which gave us a more relaxing stay!

I stayed here for a week & overall had a great experience, especially for the price point. Upon check-in, I discovered there were no towels in the unit, but the host quickly delivered towels & a small snack to make up for it. The Wi-Fi was initially very slow—taking 20–30 minutes to upload a video—but after I reached out on the second-to-last day, it improved dramatically (I only wish I’d asked sooner). As a singer, I also needed a fan due to the noisy air conditioning picking up on my recordings & the host kindly had her housekeeper drop one off. The unit matches the pictures perfectly & is ideally located nearGrand Venice Canal Mall, close to BGC, there is a Watson’s, Pizza Hut, and other stores in the building & more. I highly recommend it for solo travelers or couples. It is small but you get everything you need. The bathroom has ample space for all skincare necessities as well which I really appreciated. There was also a hair dryer & clothing iron which I used. Great host & stay!

I had an incredible experience staying at Dessa’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described and more. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with SM Bicutan just a short walk away. What really stood out was Dessa's hospitality. She was incredibly welcoming and very responsive to all my questions. Communication was smooth, and she made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Taguig/Bicutan area. I will definitely be coming back!

Andrew's place is not as pristine as in the photos but it sure is clean and tidy. We were expecting a table and chairs at the balcony but there was none. It would have been great to have coffee in the balcony because of the nice view and quite peaceful. Check in and out was smooth and convenient as well. If you want privact and quiet getaway with proximity to groceries, restos and other establishment, Andrew's place is highly recommended.

The place was really clean when we arrived. It’s also cozy and feels like home. It’s very accessible to BGC too. The pool access is free. The host is very accommodating and responsive to my queries. Overall, our experience was superb!

Jeffrey's home is cozy and homey. My family of 7 settled comfortably with still space to spare for our luggage. I love staying around Araneta City especially in Manhattan coz it is near everything (malls, restaurants, supermarkets, spa, convenience store) and easy to grab a ride. Check in and check out was smooth and hassle free, very responsive host (and also ate Em) and checks in if things are all good. Definitely a gem in the metro!

I had a wonderful experience at Marian’s condo. I give her condo 5 stars rating. 1)The condo is very spacious and very clean. 2)The garbage pick up is twice a day. 3)The shower flow is very good and strong, the hot water is good enough at number 2 button. 4)The AC is very good, I leave it at 22 sometimes 20. 5)Washer, Dryer and free parking space. 6)There are nearby restaurants to choose from. 7)Market Market and SM Aura are very close proximity to the condo. I truly enjoyed my stay at Marian’s condo and will definitely return on my next vacation.

Condo Unit is very spacious can fit up to 6-8 pax. Unit is same as described. The only thing I wish the unit has is an eletric pot. Hot water in the dispenser ran out quickly. Guards are very friendly. hall ways and elevator is well maintained. I will book again :) thank yo

Had an awesome stay! The bnb is as aesthetic as pictures, but the overall place was great. Smelled and looked clean! Aircon was cold, there is one in the main living room and another in the bedroom, plus they had fans just in case, but we didnt need to use it as the aircons were enough. Bed was comfy! Super appreciated the fact that Maria Lourdes would message and repmy promptly. Will def book here again if in the area!
