Quilicura : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We loved Poliane and the apartment was clean and beautiful. Avenida Italia has many restaurants, shops, cafeterias. While this is outside of the hostess's control, people should be aware that the building allows parties on weekends in the "quinchos" directly below the balcony which can run to at least until 1:30. Unfortunately, we had to experience one of these parties. We had to do our best with white noise to kill the music and noise from the party. We also had a noisy neighbor directly above us. Still, the attention of the hostess was outstanding.

Departamento muy cómodo, igual que en fotos, fue facil llegar y las indicaciones fueron precisas. A 10 minutos caminando del costanera center.

Agradecido de la disposición de María José, el lugar muy buena ubicación… al lado de clínica las condes y con excelente acceso, salimos de noche a caminar por el entorno muy seguro y limpio. Sin duda excelente lugar para hospedarse.

Jed is an incredible man, hospitality, kindness, very friendly.. He spend too much time to help us about the city.. He was an amazing homeowner. He and his apertment was the best luck for us Ian Santiago. Jed thanks for drinks, minutes of giving advices, nice chat and your hospitality man!

Carolina was a fantastic host, super friendly and welcoming. The place itself was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

La amabilidad y predisposición de Rosana para todas las dudas o para coordinar el ingreso y egreso fueron Excelentes!!! siempre atenta a los mensajes que le enviábamos!! la casa muy hermosa y acogedora. Daniela's place was wonderful. There was plenty of space for our family of five. The kitchen was fully-equipped, there were plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper - anything you could think of! Everything was clean and modern. We really enjoyed staying in the Nuñoa neighborhood. It has a calmer feel than Santiago Centro but is near the metro and we were within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and parks. Check-in was very easy and it was wonderful to have free parking on the premises as well. Temperatures were perfect so we didn't need to use the heating or cooling units but there were plenty in place if need be. We would definitely stay here again.

La propiedad es todo lo que se ven en las imagenes y más, es amplia y tiene todas las comodidades, todo en excelentes condiciones y limpio. Linda vista de Santiago, lugar tranquilo y seguro. Fuimos a una fecha de la liga de voleybol infantil al Boston College que esta a 5 minutos caminando, asi que todo excelente. La comunicación fue excelente y todo perfecto. Recomendable al 100%.

Great house for a family! Well equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood is super calm and there is a beautiful park and a little market in front of the house. I definitely recommend!

I'm sure you've seen the photos and have thought: this place must be too good to be true! This house was chosen very carefully after going through many options and reading through lots of reviews - The views from this house blew all other options out of the water. We chose this place as our home away from home as we got ready to celebrate our WEDDING in Santiago! Both sets of in laws, siblings, and us -- We truly could not have chosen a better house!! One thing that you won't see in the photos is the care, support, and responsiveness offered by Allen and Geert. Checking in was a seamless process and whenever we needed ANYTHING, both hosts had immediate response times and made sure that everything exceeded our expectations. You are located in a very safe neighborhood and are surrounded by pristine views, gardens, statues, and a relaxing pool. Thank you Allen and Geert for your incredible hospitality, this certainly won't be our last time at Casa Geist!

As always wonderful experience. We will be back and I highly recommend this property!

Todo super bien con la estadía. Rodrigo responde rápidamente todas las dudas. El departamento es cómodo y bien ubicado. Tiene una linda vista hacia la cordillera y la plaza Nuñoa. El metro también queda muy cerca y se valora el plus que tenga estacionamiento al interior del edificio.

Mariela tiene a Sergio como co host. Ya me había quedado en un depto de Sergio y a través de él llegué a este depto. Sergio es un excelente host y Mariela fue muy amable. El depto. está muy bien ubicado, a 4 minutos de caminata del Open Kennedy y Parque Arauco. Está en un cruce importante de Santiago y con excelentes arterias para trasladarse. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para tener una muy buena estadía y todos está impecable (los electrodomésticos: cafetera, pava eléctrica, tostadora, secador de pelo, etc están en perfecto estado). Los ambientes son muy cómodos y está todo limpio. La vista es una maravilla!!!! Definitivamente un lugar para regresar. Gracias Mariela por tu amabilidad y gracias a Sergio y Coti por su excelente atención!!!
