Absolutely fantastic. Love this place. It was beautiful, clean, and so artistically well done. Kristi was extremely kind and helpful as well.

Great stay at this location! Would suggest to arrive before it gets dark as there is little to no light outside. Great view from balcony. Had some issues using the TV but nothing major. Others mentioned but the 2nd bedroom with the 2 beds, the door isn’t able to close. Home has great charm!

Thank you Alfonso for everything my family had a great time. Walkable distance to the beach. Pool and spa were the perfect amenity to the home. Would recommend anyone to also go here

We had a great time with our family of 4. The clean and modern design of the house is nice and very practical. We enjoyed the restaurant choices that were in walking distance as well as the restaurants that required a short drive. Also available on site is a tennis court, pickle ball and basketball. A great spot for surfing as well. We would rent this unit again.

The gated community was amazing. The security was amazing, they were friendly and on top of their jobs. The community was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet. The house was exactly as Mark/Zach have on their profile. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and well maintained. The view off the patio was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

Staying at Diane's place was nothing short of incredible. All of the bedrooms and living rooms were clean, spacious, and home-y. The view from the balcony isn't a full panoramic view of the ocean, but still visible enough to have some morning coffee and appreciate the beauty of it / get a good sense of the waves/break. I was seriously impressed by the amount of kitchenware for cooking (even had a cast iron). Beyond the space, Diane was an incredibly caring and attentive host with incredibly quick response times to help us with any of our questions. Would highly recommend this place + come back again. Thanks again Diane!

A very comfy clean condo! Had everything you need to enjoy a lil family getaway in Baja. Beach is walking distance from the back gate of complex and Rosarito Beaches are like 5 minute driving distance. Very easy to get into condo and security was very helpful in getting situated.

This place was beautiful! We were only here for a wedding and we left wishing we had a couple more days to enjoy the place. The relaxing balcony with the view of the ocean was the best part. Victor was very responsive and gave a lot of information the day of as well as the recommendations I asked for the day before. He was also in contact throughout the day we checked in to make sure we got there and had no issues getting in. I would say the only issue we had was the shower in the master bathroom, the temperature wouldn't stay at where you had it for very long and would take a while to get it back to a comfortable temperature again. Other than that we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would love to be back or stay at another place of Victor's on the future!

This place was awesome. Secure parking for your vehicle and an Oxxo right next door conveniently. About 15 minutes or less driving from downtown so your a taxi ride away from the nightlife. The fire pit was the main attraction for our family.

Everything was as listed, no complaints! Parking is very secure, and water pressure is good, hot water too! The host made everything clear on the listing and her welcoming you once you arrive made it better.

We had an amazing stay at Sylvia's beautiful Mexican beach house! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant decor and the warm, inviting atmosphere. The location is perfect—just steps away from the stunning beach, where I enjoyed peaceful mornings and breathtaking sunsets. Sylvia was an exceptional host. The outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, and the sound of the waves added to the overall serenity. If you’re looking for a delightful beach getaway with a host who truly cares about her guests, I highly recommend staying at Sylvia’s Mexican beach house. I can’t wait to return!

Nice place close to a local beach. Gated neighborhood 15 minutes drive from the center of Rosarito. John was lovely, made sure we had everything we needed.

We make frequent trips to Tijuana for medical treatments. Now that we have found Christopher's place, we hope there will always be a room available for our future visits. Christopher was extremely responsive to questions or requests and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Communication was quick and instructions were great. Our stay started by being greeted by security that walked us to our room, helped us with our baggage, and was always alert and attentive to what was going on. What an amazing view as we sat in the living room and looked out over the ocean. Very peaceful and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. It was chilly when we were there, but there were plenty of blankets on the beds, throw blankets around the unit, and space heaters that provided adequate heat to take the chill off the room. We will definitely plan on staying here again and have happily shared Christopher's information with many of our friends.

John & Lizzy’s place, and their hospitality, is truly outstanding. Leading up to our stay they were extremely responsive, provided recommendations for private chefs and local activities which we utilized. Upon arriving John greeted us and gave us a thorough tour to cover anything we would need to know about the house. We had 16 staying for a long weekend and everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in, plenty of restrooms and an abundance of space to hang out in - this place is truly massive. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need and has TWO fridges. The pools were pretty cold to swim in, but we utilized the hot tub every day which was the cleanest airbnb hot tub I’ve ever seen. This is in a gated community that you feel incredibly safe in which was important for a girls trip in Mexico. The guards even drove us to dinner down the street at Splash one night! All in all, our expectations were exceeded. Kudos to John & Lizzy for making our experience special, we will be back

This is my second time staying at this condo! I love the location and the scenery is a must. The building staff and security are very nice and helpful as well. The condo is close to downtown and it is easy to get taxis in this location. I definitely recommend staying here.

loved the place! The kitchen was beautiful as well as the bathroom. Easy access to the pool since it was located right on the first floor. All my guests loved how spacious it was. Will definitely come again. Maribel was also really responsive towards any questions I had and very accommodating 10/10!

I highly recommend for anyone to stay at “La Paloma”. The condos / Villas are beautiful , clean, and very private location. It’s located right on the beach and it’s within a 10 minute walk to downtown rosarito. My Air b n b host was Angela, she was very nice and professional all throughout the process before and after my stay.

Views are unbeatable an very walkable to every spot you want to eat,drink,an explore.

Me and My Fiancé stood at Ros's place for a few days. We were both pleased with the location and the ocean view was amazing.We really enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony and relaxing in the living room with the sounds of the waves.We will for sure return in the near future.

they were very helpful and descriptive in there text before arrival so we never had to contact them, a few bugs in the place but it is hot outside so maybe that why
