I had a great time. The place was clean easy to access. Roger was always available and he also connected us with Ariel for a boat ride to see the Flamingos, cocodrilos, pelicans, eagles, ibis, fragatas and a horseshoe crab and many other birds. The boat and deck were across the street from the hotel. Price was reasonable.

Staying with Mary Jo was a great space to end our vacation. After spending a few nights in the jungle, we were very grateful to have found Moms place. And as the name states, we felt right at home. Mary Jo is a beautiful host that had many recommendations for places to visit and eat. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Quintana Roo. Villa Morena was probably the nicest accommodations we have ever stayed in. As described, it is a beautiful oasis created by a wonderfully accommodating family. Vanessa could not have been more helpful in making us feel at home. We loved everything, from the clean and spacious cabana, the incredible breakfast and dinner meals, the bird song upon waking every morning, and basically the whole vibe with family, cats, and dogs all relaxing in this jungle oasis. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great value for the money. Simple no-frills place in a quiet and safe neighbohood. Good for staying one night in between bus trips

La habitación tiene todo lo que se necesita para descansar. Cuenta con un balcón donde puedes disfrutar una bonita vista hacia la universidad y de la brisa fresca que llega desde el mar. No tiene estacionamiento. Nosotros dejamos el automóvil frente a la casa y no hubo ningún problema. El desayuno incluye fruta, café, té, cereal, leche, pan, mermelada. Sencillo pero a mi parecer suficiente. Los anfitriones son muy atentos y amigables. Nos la pasamos muy bien, especialmente porque son pet-friendly. Definitivamente regresaría.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Stanza molto pulita e letto comodissimo! Abbiamo molto apprezzato le capsule di caffè in omaggio. La posizione richiede di avere una macchina o comunque un mezzo, è in una zona tranquilla ma lontana dal centro e dalle spiagge. Non ci era molto chiaro come funzionasse la colazione e per via degli orari (8-10) noi non l'abbiamo mai utilizzata.

Great getaway. Low key comfortable accommodations with a good restaurant attached. Spacious bedroom and eat-in kitchen, with two balconies. Comfortable large bed, spacious closets with a safe. A quiet, interesting neighborhood full of locals & expats just across the street from entrance to a beautiful string of family-friendly beaches. A 20 min walk down Avenida 5 to all the noise & nightlife; 45 minute walk to ferry. Christian and his colleagues at the restaurant are lovely folks. Made us feel welcome and right at home.

We had an incredible two night stay here, we could not recommend it more highly. The staff were attentive, always smiling and helpful. We are travelling with our 8 month old baby, a cot and high chair were provided and the staff were so sweet with him. The room itself is absolutely gorgeous, we especially loved the bath. The gardens are beautifully kept, we loved having breakfast and dinner outside. The food at breakfast and dinner was delicious. Feels very authentically mexican in terms of decoration, vibrant colours. The staff also helped us organise a cenote tour and a taxi to the train station. Truly one of the most wonderful air BnB/mini hotels we have had the pleasure of staying in, we hope to return one day!

I’ve stayed in many B&B’s thru out MX and this is the first that I will give a 5 star rating. The owners have done an outstanding job of maintaining the property and their guests are top priority! The daily breakfast is healthy and wonderful! The heated pool is great for dips and laps with no heavy chlorine odor. The hot tub was not working heat wise during my stay (max temp got up to 92) but they were right on it contacting and waiting for their pool service vendor. The sheets, towels, soaps and even toilet paper were top notch. Their aim is always to please and excelled in doing so. Nearby restaurants within walking distance is very convenient. The main town drag is a 5 block walk. It’s a 7 minute ride to and from airport and taxi service easily obtainable. Good bikes are available at the property ($15 day) including a lock. You will hear minimal dog barking at nite but that is typical of Mexico unless you are in a hotel or resort. I look forward to my next visit!!

What a beautiful place to stay, right across the street from a beach and walkable to the north side. Everyone who worked at Icaco was so helpful and made our stay comfortable and peaceful. Will be back again!

This is by far my favorite place to stay in Cancun. The room and bathroom are a good size, very well equipped kitchen and living room. Also delicious and healthy breakfasts! Very kind and helpful hosts too.

Excelente lugar para descansar y disfrutar de la alberca con una bella vista desde la terraza hacia el muelle principal de la isla, todos los días se ven los cruceros y el atardecer increíble. Cuentan con estacionamiento y si se llegara a llenar hay lugares cerca sobre el Malecón, OJO solo estaciónate en lugares donde está marcado con color blanco, azul es para discapacitados, evita una multa y un mal momento en tus vacaciones. El desayuno y servicio en recepción (Ángel es sumamente amable) y restaurante es de lo mejor, las opciones son muy ricas y buenas porciones. Hay una panadería al lado del hotel, siempre huele a pan recién hecho (no es queja jaja). Yo renté un auto y me estuve moviendo por toda la isla, la ubicación del hotel es muy cómoda si quieres explorar el centro. Hay muchos restaurantes que se encuentran cerca de la zona o lugares de vida nocturna como la quinta avenida o el malecón.

Melissa's little paradise is amazing. Just like the other reviews, it's literally right on the beach, there are so many places to sit outside and find your own little spot. It was fun to interact with the other guests, I think they have 6 units or so. If you walk to the right on the beach you will find perfect sandy spots perfect for swimming. If you keep going to the right about 10-15 down you will find an amazing cenote that comes right up to the ocean. It's stunning - I highly recommend. We had dinner 3 nights next door at Casa Altamar, it was delicious, we are foodies so I was surprised by the quality. You can also walk down the beach to the left and you will find Casa Cenote, the food here was good, but the margaritas were terrific. There are several restaurants within walking distance that we did not get a chance to try. There is a hotel about 5 minutes down the beach that charges 6000-7000 a night! But here you get the same beach and a lovely breakfast! Book this now!

This place is pretty magical! I’ve never experienced tiny cenotes that are just caves. Very cool, especially the one with a meditation platform built in. Our room felt like a tree house with so many windows, and greenery outside each one. Be prepared to rent a car, rent bikes, or take the taxi colectivo to get anywhere. Also, be prepared to pay to enter the beaches nearby. The guard dogs were sweet though noisy at times. The chickens were fun except being woke up by the rooster each morning. If you love the jungle, and want to be away from the city, this is a fabulous place! Gunita and Malyi don’t stay there, but they are attentive hosts. Overall, my partner and I had a very good experience.

Had an amazing stay! Loved the location and was able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go! It was a huge plus to have a spacious kitchen space to cook meals and the room was perfect. Especially loved the courtyard with hammocks and specifically really enjoyed the hammock inside the room. Great spot to chill out of the sun in between dives or other adventures. So many great spots to relax around the property including the rooftop, patio, courtyard, and pool on the roof. Christine and Lupita were excellent hosts and I will hopefully be coming back!

Todo estubo muy bien,dejare unos comentarios en privado esperando sean tomados en cuenta pero vale la pena lugar tranquilo, agradable, buena zona, frente a centro comercial muy grande muchas opciones para comer, facil transportación, solo un detalle de mas cuidado en baños pero nada grave

Muy buen lugar para quedarse, comodo y con las cosas justas que se necesita para una estadía tranquila. La vista y el acceso a la laguna lo paga todo

Maragarita and Felipe are wonderful hosts and their young son, Leon, was good company too. They welcomed and treated us like family and we became good friends. Both Maragarita and Felipe were very helpful and caring when my husband was ill and Maragarita even got up very early to give us a lift to the ferry when we left. Despite being very busy with the restaurant, they always had time to talk and share lots of interesting things, in English too! They made breakfast for us to eat with them every morning, all very relaxed, and cooked some lovely meals for us to eat in their restaurant in the evening, where you can sit out in the romantic moonlight .The setting is beautiful, all the beauty of La Isla without the crowds and noise, and we had free run of the lovely garden and the jetty where Felipe's amazing yacht is moored, all of which we overlooked from our bedroom. Very lovely indeed!

Muy amables todos ! Los cuartos y las instalaciones muy bonitas ! Como recomendación solo desempolvar los muebles y paredes pero en general todo hermoso , un ambiente muy relajante para una escapada

we had a great time at Fabian's. He is a wonderful person with a lot to share. He helps with everything and gives good recommendations. The property is lovely and close to the lake. So there are obviously many mosquitos, but the net helps. Everything is clean and the breakfast is delicious. If I ever come back to Coba, I will stay with him again and can fully recommend this accommodation.
