Excelente lugar para tener privacidad y un amplio espacio. Recomiendo llegar en el día para conocer y ubicar el lugar ya que si llegas en la noche puede verse tenebroso, sin embargo ya con luz esta excelente, un amplio jardín y árboles frutales.

Ramon has a special place. He built it into an amazing space that is completely eco friendly. It is beautiful location full of color and amazing little vehicle/campers. He is clearly very passionate about his dream and is amazing to talk to about it. He and his friend and cousin were incredibly friendly and welcoming and I would recommend anybody to with him and enjoy a chat about everything from Annona fruit to UFOs. Delightful experience, will be my first stop if I am ever in central Yucatan again. Thank you Ramon and company for the great night!

Luis is a fantastic host. He made our stay unique and provided great tips for things to do. The breakfast was delicious. Luis even asked for special diets like vegetarian. The room is just as described on Airbnb. If you are fine with a little jungle feeling, we can highly recommend this place

Le logement correspond à la description, il correspond complètement à un séjour de 4 personnes. Alvin est très à l'écoute et répond rapidement aux messages. Ses instructions concernant le logement était clair et conforme à la réalité.

Très bel endroit isolé et calme en pleine nature, parfait pour une belle pause sur la route. Lits confortables et expérience hamac génial pour les enfants. Nous n'avions besoin que de 2 logements sur les 3 et avons même eu le luxe de pouvoir les choisir. Omar est très accueillant, les repas sont excellents et très copieux. Alvin est réactif. Je recommande.

I regret one thing - that I didn’t stay longer than 1 night. This place is amazing, completely quiet - the only thing you hear are birds. Also the food was amazing. Thank you for letting us stay there.

We actually didn’t get the chance to stay there because of a family emergency. However, they were able to help us and issued a partial refund after we had to cancel on the day of the check in. They didn’t have to do that. They did that as a kind act of understanding our poor circumstances. They were friendly, responsive, and helpful with their communication. And we are looking forward to actually staying there next time!

Thank you for a lovely stay. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo and the view! I really loved waking up to the sunrise over the sea every morning. The property was exactly as described in the listing.

Amazing host and house! Leticia is very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. She had great local suggestions and was very easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for our two families - clean, comfortable, fabulous outdoor space and so peaceful. It was about a 10 minute drive into Valladolid - easy drive. The area felt very safe as it is a small rural gated complex. We were able to visit the horses and animals across the road and go for a ride. We loved it!

La casa es muy amplia, más de lo que se ve en las fotos, fui con mi familia y es muy seguro para niños y cómoda para adultos mayores! En toda mi estancia me dirigí con Leticia, súper amable, buenos consejos y excelentes recomendaciones, todo el tiempo al pendiente! La casa está súper bien acondicionada, suficientes platos, vasos y cubiertos. Las hoyas en buen estado y la limpieza impecable! Excelente opción la secadora al estar en un lugar donde se visitan constantemente lugares con agua y no quieres regresar con ropa mojada en la maleta. Simplemente muy acogedor, en cuanto tengamos oportunidad volveremos sin duda, apreciamos mucho la tranquilidad del lugar!

Une maison magnifique dans un Condo à l’écart de l’agitation du centre ville. La décoration est magnifique avec un côté ésotérique qui renforce l’expérience Tulum.. À réserver sans hésitation.

Staying at Hacienda Kancaba was a dream. We planned an intimate wedding ceremony during our stay for 10 close friends and family, sight-unseen. The property is otherworldly, impossible to describe aside from saying there is certainly no other place like this on earth. Our guests flew in from many places and were annoyed by the drive from Cancun to Espita until we arrived at the property. After that, zero complaints. This is way off the beaten path, a portal to another era, frozen in time in idyllic surroundings. I kept thinking to myself: I cannot believe we get to occupy this gorgeous home; anything relatively similar in the US would be viewed from behind velvet ropes for an entrance fee. It is like if you could rent Monticello… And for whatever it’s worth after all the rest of that sincere gushing, pictures do this place zero justice. It’s ten times as pristine and beautiful in real life. A gem. I expect that I will never see anything else like it in my life.

This is an amazing place to rest, relax and unwind. The grounds are incredible and the staff can’t do enough to help. The host has been extremely helpful in organizing everything and we would love to visit again to enjoy such wonderful, peaceful surroundings and meet friends, again.

Amazing place, very quiet, super clean, spacious and the many small cute details that Leticia has added to the place made our stay truly special and for sure we will be back in the future
