We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

Luis truly was the best host we could have asked for ! He is tolerant, helpful and very dedicated to offer his visitors the best vacation. He gave us many adresses to eat, get a good sunbath, cultural visits, and places to party that all turned out great for our group. If you are looking for a great experience in Tulum don't hesitate a second : Luis is your guy. We all thank him again for this unbelievable vacation and hope his next visitors enjoy their own as much as we did !

The house was absolutely perfect. David was flexible with checkin time to accommodate flight schedules . The pool was a wonderful added feature. Also, the location was perfect.

We loved everything about this rental. It is in a great location. We felt very safe and there are so many great places to eat within walking distance. The house is beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable and the rooftop pool is amazing. Veronica and her husband met us for check in and were friendly and so helpful with suggestions for places to visit. She also helped connect us with a car rental prior to our visit so we didn’t have to navigate the stress of finding a car at the airport upon arrival. This was our first trip to Mexico and Veronica helped to make this a wonderful stress free visit. We recommend her 💯 percent!

This stay was perfect. Celine is so nice and responsive, and Sofia, the Concierge that assists you with everything once you’re at the house is so nice and helpful. The area felt very safe as well. The in house Chef was kind and made incredible food. Overall one of the best Air Bnb experiences I’ve had, I highly recommend!

Great house. Lovely pool. The welcome basket was a fabulous touch. Perfect stay minus the master br fan didn’t work and im a warm sleeper- so had to adjust the a/c cooler than I would have liked

Quiet place and very secure

Amazing house, pool and views of the ocean. Detailed emails with links to car service (CARM) made getting from the airport to the ferry to island and back a breeze. The pool was amazing! Would highly recommend.

fue una experiencia agradable tienes muchas comodidades mucha privacidad nadien te molesta . de regresar volveré a buscar esta casa. la seguridad excelente . las personas de mantenimiento excelente nos dejaron entrar 1 hora antes muy amables.. responden tus mensajes rápido.. en esta casa pase una de mis mejores vacaciones las piscinas completamente limpias . todo esta a tu alrededor tiendas restaurantes .

Es un buen lugar para hospedarse tiene privacidad y puedes llegar caminando a el muelle, malecón y a la plaza principal tiene lugares para comer cerca, farmacias y una clínica, la comunicación fue buena respondieron mis dudas y estuvieron a el pendiente de mi llegada, el clima funcionaba bien estaba ordenado el cuarto y la cocina te permitía hacer lo que quisieses de comer, el baño también estaba muy limpio y la regadera tenía agua caliente.

Jessica was very helpful from the very beginning. She asked what was on our( 41m, and 76yo Dad) agenda. I asked for her recommendations(never been here before), and they did not fail. She saved me from renting a car, convincing me that I would not come close to that amount in bus and taxi fares. She was right. We ate at the seafood restraunt on the corner every day. Everything you need is the general area.

excelente opcion para alojarse en chetumal, nada como llegar a una casa para relajarse, excelente opcion para parejas o familias, las areas comunes muy limpias y seguras. Recomendable ampliamente.

We had an amazing stay at Carolina's place with our 3yo and 6 month old. The house is just as beautiful as the photos and had everything we needed, including a well appointed kitchen, plenty of towels etc. Everything was super clean and we appreciated the extra touches such as shampoo and conditioner in the showers. As we were traveling with our baby, the host provided a travel cot with a comfy mattress and a high chair. If we had any queries they responded really quickly and sorted out something that wasnt working immediately. The complex felt really safe and the big communal pool was a highlight, perfect for kids (and adults!) and never busy. There was even a small play park for children. You definitely need a car to stay here but it's a short distance to Puerto Morelos which is a charming small town with lots of nice restaurant options. This place has everything you need and more for a really comfortable stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house hosted by Sonia and Rene, and I can honestly say that this was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Sonia, Rene and their exceptional staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The property itself is stunning. It is beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Every room was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was ideal, offering breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Rene and Sonia for being such wonderful hosts. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay truly special. They were always available to provide suggestions and recommendations for our trip. And a special thank you to our Chef Rangel by far best chef I’ve had in all my trips.

Cary’s home in Akumal was an incredible place to stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect, close to the beach and close to local attractions, yet quiet enough to feel like a true escape. Cary was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful with recommendations for activities and dining. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Akumal!

We absolutely adored Lorenzo‘s place. Jerry and his wife and daughter were such lovely caretakers. Amazing cooks and helpful with local recommendations. We had a party of nine with four kids and five adults. The space was perfectly suited for us. Kids were in the adjoining rooms/bathroom (loft windows closed for privacy and to keep air conditioning air contained). One adult couple stayed in the upstairs suite which had access to a patio/stairs for a private entrance. The serenity of the bay was unbeatable. Snorkeling straight from house and kayaks were a treat for all and we loved the local restaurant Manta Ray a few doors down. Hope to be back someday.
