Maria's place was great. I would recommend renting a car since must of the activities are a bit far out. there is a Oxxo and a pharmacy across the street. There is also a Domino's and McDonald's a block away. Overall my family and I enjoyed out stay for the holiday and Maria was very responsive. Make sure to communicate with Maria for accurate location of the house. She was quick to respond.

Puerto Aventuras es muy tranquilo y versátil como para navegar, practicar kitesurf, golf, running, etc en un entorno muy bello con todos los servicios dentro y con entretenimiento para los más pequeños en un delfinario. Lindos bares y restaurantes y a un paso de planas bonitas y de un supermercado. El departamento tiene todos los utensilios de cocina y vajilla necesarios para una cómoda estadía.

Very nice townhome. Very spaces for a group of 8. Plenty of space.

This is a very beautiful townhouse. The second bedroom with full bath has a keyed entrance by the front door to the main house, which made it a little awkward to access, so my boyfriend and I ended up never using it, but it would be great for someone traveling with another couple or children to have their own space. It was hard to locate silverware. Grocery service provided was a nice touch. The pool on the patio was also really nice. The bed was a bit firm, but I like that so it was fine. The shower water doesn't get very hot, just warm. The actual resort is not included for use at all without purchase of a day pass, and the food and drinks that you can get with the pass are mediocre unfortunately. Do not lose the wristband they give you for the day pass or you have to pay $180 additional. There is a trolley that drives you around to different parts of the resort, which was nice. Staying here felt secluded, private, and quiet. That can be great at times, but I wish there were more amenities included. We ended up ordering pizza the last day because we were starving and did't want to pay for the day pass just to eat a luke warm buffet.

La casa superó nuestras expectativas. Limpieza impecable. Todo funcionó perfecto. La atención excelente por parte de Ana. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Terminamos muy contentos.

Une pure pépite ! Nous avons séjourné 1 mois dans l’appartement de Rachel avec mon mari et nos 2 enfants et tout était parfait, la propreté des lieux, les équipements, la literie, la communication sur place avec Christina, les petites attentions pour que chacun passe un excellent séjour. L’appartement se trouve dans une résidence privée arborée avec une belle piscine où il fait bon vivre et discuter avec les voisins. Il y a un dépanneur ouvert 24/24 juste à côté, très pratique. De bons restaurants, bars et une épicerie sont accessibles à quelques minutes à pieds ! Je recommande vivement ce logement et j’espère que nous reviendrons bientôt :) merci pour tout !

This was undoubtedly my most pleasant, carefree and comfortable stay in an Airbnb to date... our host Roxi was incredibly helpful and gave us detailed instructions before our arrival at the airport on how to arrive at our place, and was available all the while to help us with directions as we made our way to the house. The house itself was immaculately clean and very cozy; specifically I loved the comfortable bed, the very cozy feel of the kitchen and living room, the beautiful tapestry art, the easy access to the pool, and the friendly neighbors. Also, the A/C was amazing to have! Our host helped us with everything from renting bikes, finding the best beaches, cenotes and restaurants/bars to go out to enjoy ourselves, even helped us get our covid tests done before our flight! What more could we ask for? I would highly recommend this place and this host to anyone looking to enjoy a carefree stay in a beautiful and comfortable house in the center of Tulum.

Family of 4 stayed for 5 nights. Location can't be beat. Three bedrooms/3 bathrooms was fabulous! Plus lots of common space. Overall complex was quiet. Marian was incredibly responsive and flexible. Parking was easy and secure.

In a really awesome part of Tulum.. whole complex is safe and monitored 24/7. Pool space was really awesome to hangout, everything super clean and tidy. Will definitely book again.

Excelente atención desde la reservación y en la llegada. La ubicación está estupenda, cerca del parque, supermercado, Oxxo y demás. Lo único que me pareció un tanto incómodo es poner la cadena cada vez que salía y entraba para estacionar :( fuera de eso estuvo todo perfecto!!!

Had a wonderful stay with my friends. The host was great recommended us places to eat/told us where the local supermarkets were. Any question I had he responded right away. If I come back to Cancun I will definitely stay here again, I enjoyed the pool and how close I was to the mall/aquarium and other places.

This house truly has a magical soul. You are right on the water. The waves, the breeze, the birds, the stars all inhabit the house. We came here to relax and to see birds. We swam with beautiful fish and saw two octopus from our own little water garden. At night we slept with the doors open and had a view of the Big Dipper. We loved taking trips to the beach towns along the coast. The area is safe and friendly and easy to explore. The house is so beautifully designed and decorated. Everything is pristine, clean and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking. Everything is open and airy. Aida and her husband met us at the house. They left us supplies and gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and shop. Don’t hesitate to book this very special home. It is centrally located to many places to explore but we found ourselves wanting to have a lot of “do nothing” days because of how comfortable the house is.

muy buen servicio precio calidad. un lugar muy amplio. Kevin se esmera en atender las necesidades del alojamiento. recomiendo el lugar para familias que programen tours o visita a los parques de Xcaret ya que está muy cerca.

Etwas außerhalb von Tulum in einer gepflegten und sehr ruhigen Anlage gelegen. Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Sehr gute Betten. Warmwasser in der Dusche. Gut ausgestatette Küche mit großem Backofen.

Very nice accomodation, very clean, wel equiped and in good location. I can definitely recommend this accomodation.

5 Stars I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. From quick responses to thoughtful recommendations, they truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

La verdad muy buena residencia en buena ubicación, estás cerca del centro y también muy cerca de la playa, está muy cómodo y muy tranquilo la locación

Tolle Unterkunft, ausreichend Platz und sehr komfortabel. Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und ständig erreichbar. Das einzige (kleine) negative am Aufenthalt waren die längeren Wartezeiten am Security Checkpoint. Dafür kann der Hauseigentümer aber nichts. 😉
