13 of us on a bachlorette trip and we had a wonderful stay! We had plenty of space for everyone. Each room had a bathroom. Had so much fun with the pool as well. Highly recommend the chef services! Thank you!

Claudias place was the best! The house is just as nice as what you see in the pictures on Airbnb. The hosts checked in with us over our visit and were very quick to answer any questions we had about the area. We will definitely stay there again if we come to the area.

We stayed at Villa Aura last week for my best friend’s Bachelorette party, and I’m still reminiscing on this perfect trip! Villa Aura somehow looks even more beautiful than the photos here, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay: luxurious bedrooms, rain showers, a private and photo-worthy pool, a stocked kitchen, and countless other beautiful touches. Paola is truly fantastic, and was there to help us plan every aspect: coordinating all our transport, stocking our groceries, and ensuring everything went on time and without a hitch. She’s outstanding and if you want your stay to flow seamlessly, please stay at Villa Aura and work with Yan Yan and her team! Can’t say enough good things about this place, and looking forward to an excuse to come visit again!! 🫶🏾💜

Gil and his team were very communicative throughout the whole weekend, which we appreciated. Quick to respond, give us recommendations, and swing by if we couldn’t figure out how to turn something on. The space itself is just gorgeous! Looks exactly like the photos. Such a peaceful retreat.

If you’re thinking about booking here for a relaxing and fun stay in Tulum, this is it! We were blown away by how natural & gorgeous this villa is. Edouard, Joel and his team are amazing hosts and we felt so taken care of the entire time. Every room is serene, awakens your senses and helps you to feel at rest after a day at the beach. Our group had an incredible time and would love to return! 10/10!

Alles war super! Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgeschieden, ist aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation vorher verlief reibungslos, sodass wir keinerlei Probleme mit dem Check in hatten. Das Haus ist super schön angelegt, sehr sauber, groß und hat alles, was benötigt wird. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The home is spacious, spotless, and perfectly suited for families. The views were breathtaking, and we loved spending time by the pool—definitely a highlight for everyone! The house had everything we needed, and it was clear a lot of care went into making sure guests feel at home. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. My kids and wife absolutely loved it, and we all agree this is a place we’ll be returning to. 10 stars—highly recommend!

This 2BD/3BA suite is as advertised. Condo-style amenity offering across two adjoining guestrooms. Very clean. Great pools. Nice but small private beach. The restaurants and service on site are great. Incredible value. Joe is an awesome host. Incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. He was always eager to help. We were very happy with our stay.

Host was incredibly responsive and helpful! Quick to respond to any questions we had and knew the area inside out. The villa itself was incredible and better than our expectations. Location was great as there were walkable bars/restaurants/stores, and close to other villas. Definitely will come again when in Tulum!

Our stay was fabulous! The house is beautiful and the pool and dock were great. We had a big group and six kids with us and the house accommodated all of our needs. The casita was perfect for the family with the younger children for nap etc. All of the staff were so kind and gracious and helpful. The house was cleaned every day which is always a big treat and helpful at the beach. The pool and grounds were also attended to everyday and looked beautiful. We loved the ease of getting into the ocean from the dock — great for snorkeling. And the pool was perfect for the kids. We also loved the big outdoor dining table so we could have family meals. Marilu, Bryan, and Cristofer were all extremely responsive and helpful. We hope we can stay again sometime in the future!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Frank! Frankie and Denisse were great hosts! We are a group of 7 (including a few teens) and the house is plenty large for all of us. The house is comfortable with air conditioning and comes with plenty of purified water. The kids loved the pool! The house is located less than a block from the main strip with all the cafes and restaurants in La Veleta. You can seriously go to a different cafe every morning for coffee and a different restaurant for dinner every night. The food in this neighborhood is delicious! We even stumbled upon a cool yoga studio and did some yoga there. There is a lot of new development in this area, and despite all the construction, we loved our stay at Casa Frank and will miss this very special, charming location. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Staying at Villa LaGú was an incredible experience from start to finish for our bachelorette. From the moment we booked the space, Oscar was extremely quick to respond and proactive. It was our first time in Tulum, and he helped us with dinner reservations, activities, drivers, stocking the AirBnb, private chef experience, etc. we could not have planned the trip without him! The space is beautiful and great for groups, with beautiful rooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful common space that goes into the outdoor Terrace with the pool and hot tub. The staff was also excellent, with daily cleaning services. They quickly helped when we had a small plumbing issue and resolved it immediately! The space is nearby local restaurants and a short drive to downtown and the Tulum beaches. I highly recommend this BnB to anyone visiting and I would love to come back again!

I can’t say enough about this perfect place, the staff were amazing, breakfast was delicious, everything was perfect for a great vacation rental. The area was exactly what we wanted and restaurants were in walking distance. Perfect!

I cannot say enough about the staff!! We used Sandras's kitchen for our chef service, and it could not have been better. The food was excellent, and the staff was more than friendly. The maid that came daily was the BEST!! She did an excellent job and was very courteous and friendly. The requests for massages on site for multiple people over multiple days was executed as requested and without any issue. Well done.

I hosted 14 girls for a bachelorette trip and we booked Villa Waxak & Villa Bolon which were right next to each other so it was so convenient to keep everyone at the same place. Everyone had their own bed. We would have gatherings & dinners at one Villa & the concierge team made everything so smooth! We booked the chef to come to the villa for our dinners and wow! everything was so good & we loved the chef service team. The concierge team booked our transportation for us which made our days so easy & smooth. The Vilas are exactly as shown in the pictures and they were so beautiful and clean. We didn't have any troubles with water or A/C. When someone in our group had a mishap with the safe deposit box (our fault), concierge team came to the house to open it for us & quickly resolve any issues (caused by us, not the house). Great restaurants & convenience stores nearby (walking distance)! We had an amazing time!

This was a really cool stay! 5/5. Great Airbnb. Great staff. Comfortable bed. Not a bad thing but for anyone reading — bring your bug spray. That would’ve helped us a ton haha. We would’ve sat in the outside area even more. But the time we did sit out there was relaxing. Lots of good restaurants deliver to the area. I’d recommend Ruda Smash Burger. Thank me later! All in all— a great place to stay for a night or two.

Main house was perfect. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would. Beautiful home, meticulously maintained, perfectly decorated, comfortably furnished & stocked with everything you could want, including numerous books to borrow. Pool was refreshing. The landscape & grounds were exceptional. Bikes included were in excellent condition. Staff was sweet. We didn’t have a car, just pre arranged for airport transfers which worked perfect. We’d been to Akumal before and this trip we only wanted to enjoy the immediate neighborhood. Lagoon a 4 minute stroll away. Enough restaurants within easy walk to work for us. Pre booking communication was speedy & very helpful. We hope to return. Thanks for a relaxing vacation.

The villa is very nice and beautiful. They even staffed it with on site cleaning and care crew who cleaned our rooms everyday which is an exception to all of our other AirBnb experience. The host, Stefania, is very professional and took care of all of our needs. The reason we gave accuracy and location only 3 stars is because 1) the AirBnb coordinates placed it in the wrong location on the Google map causing us to miss the villa and drove into rather difficult part of the peninsula; and 2) there is approximately 2 KM section dirt road that is very rough to drive through.

My husband and I spent 4nights and 5 days in this beautiful Jungle House! The neighborhood was comfortable, the locals very nice, and the amenities were amazing! Yes there are some small ants but it is to be expected! I really don't see any complaints besides not booking a longer stay :) the children at the school were not too noisy it was beautiful to listen to while making breakfast! Antonio replied promptly and offered all assistance needed! The home was clean and smelled fresh! It was nice to come back from touring and be in a quiet neighborhood. My husband is blind and had no problem navigating the home. There were some lizards but they did not bother us. If worried about the bugs then just spray the bug spray they provide and you won't have a problem, again they are only tiny ants I didn't see any other bugs. I am still dreaming about the home even after my vacation has ended. I will be going back and definitely booking again! I'd suggest using radio taxi for transportation. :)

We had a great stay at Villa One. The place is great for a chilled out relaxing vacation and welcomes you right in with its light filled space and its nice dipping pool. Cindy and Alexis were very proactive in their communication and we had all the instructions well ahead of check in. They also remained in touch throughout the stay and addressed our needs proactively. It is a couple of kilometres away from central Tulum and a few kilometres from the beach, so you may do well with having a transportation option arranged for yourself. However that gives this place a great quiet vibe without loud noises and hustle bustle. There’s also a 7/11 next door to help you get any last minute supplies.
