Martin was a really great host, very easy to communicate with. We were staying for work and booked other apartments in the building for my colleagues which Martin was super helpful with. Lot's of parks and greenery in the area. Really good location for where we were working.

A really nice apartment with lovely views of the river below. Made for nice breakfast backdrop! Facilities were all as described, lots of space. Great place all around.

We stayed at Jay's place for 5 nights and were very satisfied with the accomodation. Very clean, very quiet, everything we needed, close to Birmingham New Street Station. Jay was very helpful and polite, allowed us to checkin 1 hour earlier and gave helpful tips for our stay. I highly recommend his apartment and would be delighted to come back again.

Thank you for a great nights stay, everything was as you described and you went above and beyond when a mistake was made, ensuring I was satisfied! Location is perfect too. Only thing I would mention is no full length mirror, but other than that everything has been thought of.

Daniel was a great host. Very responsive & helpful. The apartment was pristine, super comfy bed with extra pillows if required. Even had bottles of water, tea & coffee sachets which I thought was a nice touch. Check in was so easy and local shops was a bonus. There is no cooker here but I didn't mind that factor as the air fryer was enough for me. The signal for the television is/was very poor so I watched netflix instead which although wasn't a issue for me it may be for others. The apartment gets warm very quickly when the heaters are put which us a bonus. I truly can't fault my stay I loved every bit of it. Although it's a studio apartment the space is truly amazing. I would highly recommend staying here & if I had brought my work equipment with me I would of 100000% extended my stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hosts were in touch with us with lots of information and also tried to accommodate our group as well as possible. It was very handy for what we needed, especially as we needed a lot of sleeping space. The host was great when there were any problems and even came out of her way to bring us some spare sheets. There was a lot of parking available and even the neighbours offered us extra space! I think all I would say is that it should be noted that there is no living space as such. There is a kitchen and there are chairs in a lot of the bedrooms but there is no living room. We managed for the couple of nights by using one of the bedrooms but it would be tricky if we were there longer. We were really glad to have this space and the host was very helpful and great with any questions we had. Thank you!

My family and I stayed at John's place for a few days and we felt very comfortable at ease in this location. The place was too cute and it was very cozy. John was also lovely and quick to respond if we had any questions. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a place that is comfortable and within walking distance to almost anywhere in town!

Ideal place for a few nights in Telford.

Excellent host. When I said we were checking in close to midnight- he left the front light on so we could easily find the place in the dark and left the heating on so the house wouldn’t be cold. Did that all on his own initiative . Also flexible on check out time which was much appreciated

Great location right in the heart of the city. Really quiet in the flat - don’t think I heard another neighbour the entire time I was there. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kitchen dining room was perfect for a few days away. Definitely recommend.

Amazing apartment, close to tram line has a lot of entertainment like cinema gym bowling near by. Restaurants and a Morrisons close by. Met host who was very lovely and friendly appreciated the complimentary chocolates and quick at replying to any questions we had. Apartment is good size nice and clean will come back again

I had a fantastic one-month stay at this cozy and comfortable one-bedroom apartment. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-furnished, and felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly nice, responsive, and always helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here to allow us to visit our family . We had someone in a wheelchair who found the layout very good . The flat is well appointed and we have already booked to return for our next visit .

We thought this was a great find. Really comfy home from home and spacious with it. Good facilities including a huge TV. Warm and cosy and well located. Beds a plenty and all comfortable.
