We only stayed for one night but we really loved the place, private house with shared kitchen, ac and hot water, good living area and cool outside seating, Koba is communicative and helpful, recommended property

Staying at Archil's cottage in Nikortsminda, Racha, was an absolutely delightful experience that surpassed all expectations. Nestled in the heart of the serene and picturesque Racha region, the cottage seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comfort. The three-story abode is thoughtfully designed, with three cozy bedrooms providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. Archil’s attention to detail ensures that every corner of the house exudes warmth and invites you to relax. Archil himself is an exemplary host, combining genuine Georgian hospitality with a wealth of knowledge about the local area. He was accommodating and generous. Whether you're in the mood for adventure or seeking solace in nature, Archil's cottage is the ideal retreat. Our stay in Nikortsminda was made truly special through not only the exquisite property but also Archil’s unwavering dedication as a host. I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem for a unique and memorable stay in the region of Racha.

I stayed one week at Darejan’s house (which is written in google as a hotel). I arrived being sick and it was perfect to be picked up with the minivan with my bike and dog which cost 130 Lari and we also stopped at a market so I could buy everything for a weeks stay. At Darejan’s my dog was welcomed and ok to stay with me in my room. I was very happy to be left alone and being able to cure my cold. It was no problem to use the kitchen. Also sometimes the wlan or electricity was not working due to thunder and heavy rain, but that is village life so it was totally fine as it only took less then a day until the electricity or wifi came back. Using the washing machine cost 10 Lari which was fine for me. It was also no problem to extend the stay as my partner and his friend came later from their bicycle trip then expected and the friend could set his tent in the yard. So for me the stay was perfect for getting my energy back while being in such a beautiful nature.

Vacation home in Racha "Khatosi”

The house, views and host are all great, this is a very good option to stay at Oni Two minor things you should take into account staying here in winter: You need to support the fireplace for all the rooms to be heated properly (especially second floor) The final 100 meters of the road to the house are very steep and not every car can get there, however host was ready to give us a ride Overall it was a great choice, me and my friends had a great time, thank you Beso and Niko!
