Absolutely Loved our stay!! There aren't enough good things to say about the view, location & beautiful house. So fun! There's a pool table, air hockey & 2 free standing video games. Spent every sunset in the Lakeview room😍 Just gorgeous beyond words! Did i mention the Bald Eagle that hangs out in the tree right outside the Lakeview bedroom? Incredible! the lake doesn't freeze over in one spot in front of the lakeview window, saw all the big birds of prey hunt. It was definitely wildlife at its finest. The owners are Very responsive & told us to be on the look out for the eagle! Fantastic time! Loved Loved Loved it & already reserved for our Wedding weekend❤️

First of all: the selection for silverware was my favorite part of the stay. There were spoon sizes for every type of meal and it was so fun to use the itty bitty spoons for stuff like ice cream. The location was great and we had everything we could have wanted. The deck was well taken care of, and we loved the giant windows that let us see everything outside all the time. It truly felt like a perfect vacation home for our group, to either stay in and play dnd and board games, or go rest on the hammock, or eat dinner on the back porch while staring at the fire pit! The canoe was so much fun and it was so cool to see that we had a fishing rod available to us! (One of our group brought his own fishing rod already so it was really funny.). The kitchen is well-equipped and we never felt like we were running out of dishes (unless we forgot to run the dishwasher!). I would recommend this place to everyone—as long as it’s not a week in planning to be back in it!

Had a wonderful family getaway for the weekend with our college kids. Plenty of room for all 6 of us and our dog. Enjoyed bird watching and the beautiful sunrises. And area hikes. Kids had a blast with the kayaks. Thankyou Greg! Hope to be back again soon.

Wonderful place to stay, even in cold weather like we encountered over Thanksgiving. The house is spacious enough for multiple people to have their own space or enjoy the large living room area together. Very enjoyable!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this waterfront property on Fox Lake with our three dogs. The home offers direct access to the lake, providing a serene and picturesque setting for a relaxing getaway. The house comfortably accommodated our group, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The interior was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. Our dogs enjoyed the spacious yard and the proximity to the lake. The neighborhood was peaceful, making it ideal for morning walks with our pets. Additionally, the property's location provided convenient access to local attractions and dining options in Fox Lake. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring our check-in process was smooth and that we had everything we needed throughout.

Emmie made the process easy and seamless and the place was excellent. Incredible views, ample space, and convenient location made for a great weekend at an excellent value.

The house was beautiful, there was plenty of rooms for our family. the master bedroom and living room has beautiful views of the lake. Jen was very fast at responding and if a problem did come up she was fast to get it resolved.

This was one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The host had thought of everything you might have forgotten and had replacements at the ready! The airbnb was clean, inviting, and located near many city attractions!

Perfect place for a girls weekend getaway! We loved how everything was in walking distance and we could easily come and go as we were shopping around Lake Geneva to drop off our goodies. The big kitchen table was amazing for sharing meals, playing games and just sitting around enjoy some great chats! Highly recommend Bill's place for your next stay in downtown Lake Geneva!

The apartment had everything we needed. It was walkable to restaurants, had everything we needed to cook, had a very thorough binder with local suggestions. The apartment was cute and comfortable. Two things stood out to me that are very important when I stay at an air Bnb - it didn’t smell like fragrances or chemicals and the beds (and couch) were comfortable. After checking out I thought I had left something in the apartment and sharon was very responsive and helpful.

I stayed during Christmas. Larry put extra cookie sheets in the apt so that we could make & decorate cookies, a tradition with my kids, plus I put up a Christmas tree to! We felt right at home. The laundry machines are in the hallway making it convenient. Overall, I would stay again.

We LOVED staying with Bruce & Pam and their property is amazing. They were very welcoming hosts, took great care to ensure we enjoyed our stay, and even went out of their way to accommodate our toddler with a high chair. They were wonderful on their own and their waterfront property was perfect for our young family. They have their own private beach with access to their paddle boards & firepit, have a swing set that was perfect for our toddler, and are also just a short walk to the additional community beach down the road & Wonder Lake Marina. We were able to rent a boat through the Marina and it was perfect for a fun day on the water with easy access to walk to/from the boat rental. Perfect stay, perfect hosts, and wonderful property. You won’t regret your stay for a private trip as a couple and also perfect for families with children.

Steve and his wife were extremely hospitable. The place is clean with nice decor. Plenty of space and the linens and bedding were fantastic. They thought of every little thing and the amenities they provided really went above and beyond. My husband, 16 month old, daughter and I felt right at home! Also, you can’t beat the downtown location! Can walk to literally everything downtown Lake Geneva has to offer!

Very private and peaceful, the views are very beautiful and peaceful. As a cook you always appreciate a good kitchen area

What a hidden gem! The space was clean, easy to find and the bar downstairs was cute and had a friendly puppy! Walking distance to Lake Michigan is a nice feature. The bathroom has a stackable washer and dryer and had all the comforts of home. There was a small patio off the master to hang outside which was nice. Overall it was a great spot that is great for families or couples alike.

The Butterfly Cottage is such a special place! It worked out perfect for us and our dog. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Travel back and forth to Burlington was quick and easy to navigate. We hope to return in the summer and get out on the water!

The cozy cottage was exactly as described. Everything in order and very clean. I especially liked the touches of creativity artfully placed. The kitchen had everything we needed for light cooking. Keurig was awesome. Bed linens excellent! So comfy! We are looking forward to coming back to the cozy cottage. Love the farm surroundings. Very peaceful. Thank you for the pleasant stay. Will recommend and definitely book again.

We had a great stay at this home in Lake Geneva. Just a few blocks from all of the happenings in town. Clean, cute and homey for a girls weekend. The host was great and gave out great recommendations.

Katie's place checked all the boxes for our family. The house looked exactly as the pictures, it was decorated for the holiday season-big plus for us. It had plenty of sleeping room (bunk bed with trundle mattress, queen bed, convertible sofa and love seat). plenty of blankets/throws, pillows, towels. indoor fire place was great. kitchen had just about everything you can think of. view of the lake was truly breathtaking. katie was a great host-attentive, easy to communicate with. we can't wait to return in the summer.

Staying at the Clementine cottage was an exceptional experience—one of the best I've had. Dustin and Betsy have created an immaculate atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. From the start, their communication was seamless, providing clear instructions that made our stay hassle-free. The highlight was definitely the hot tub; soaking under the stars added a luxurious touch to our trip. I highly recommend the Clementine cottage for anyone seeking a cozy and memorable getaway. It's a true gem!

My wife and I have been active on Airbnb for several years and we've experienced quite a few wonderful rentals; however, Susan's place stands out for several reasons. Her rental was exquisitely clean, very comfortable, and filled with little touches that made it feel like home. One not so little "touch" was the brand new massage chair in the living room - what a wonderful surprise! We loved luxuriating in that chair after our visits to the Bristol Ren Faire.

Perfect start for the area, great pricing and convenient. We stayed here while we attended Garycon and it was perfect as it was only a 20 min drive away

House was very clean, and felt extremely homey. Owner responded very quickly and allowed us to check in early. There is a beautiful view of the lake. I would recommend staying here.
