it was a perfect place to stay in Kurukshetra: near to the Brahma Sarovar, and right across the street from the Krishna museum. it is a quiet refuge in the middle of a loud city. Somansh kindly arranged an autorickshaw driver who took me to many of the pilgrimage sites near to Kurukshetra. i was able to see the arthi ceremony at Brahma Sarovar and then walk home safely in time for supper. Somansh is quite familiar with the stories of the Mahabharata, and willing to talk about them with insight and detail. I hope to stay there again when next i am in kurukshetra. i did not realize how many important pilgrimage sites are to be found in and around Kurukshatra. i plan to return. f

Great stay. Staff was very friendly and excellent service. The property is just amazing and the owner is super friendly. The house is located between paddy fields. Kid had a good experience visiting the farms and farm animals. Food prepared by the staff was amazing too. Would love to visit again for a peaceful holiday.

Had a wonderful stay here. This is a perfect place for people looking to spend time with themselves and their family - free from distractions. The silence is golden - you can literally hear the sound of silence & nature. Food is pretty tasty. The helpers and really helpful. There is a countryside indoor gym, a pond, a machan - all near the house. Sir and Brinda ma'am are amazing hosts. Also this is not a hotel but a homestay - hence a lot of warmth. The dogs are playful and funny. After a very long time, I read amar chitra katha from their huge library - nostalgic. It was thoroughly enjoyable for us - we did NOTHING. Probably will be back in the next 6 months again.
