Better than expected. Troy's place has everything you need. Although the place itself is not situated in a super private area as its right across the university and its right up against the road and sidewalks. So you'll see lots of folks walking to and from their destinations but all good. Everyone seems to mind their business and its very tranquilo. Definitely nice to sit out on the porch or get some sun in the backyard while you watch kiddos play around. Troy's communication is great and answer's any questions you have. Even though its stated in listing that there is someone there in a separate private living space on property, you would never know lol. We didnt find out til our last day if someone actually was there, they are so quiet. You have all the privacy you need. Beautiful home, lovely area and just overall it was a great deal and find as we visited during a sad time. Thank you Troy.

As return guests, we always choose Lana’s home. Lana is an excellent host. House is welcoming and comfortable. Set up is perfect for us. Close to everything we need. Recent renovations are lovely as well. Lana has so many at-home amenities; it’s very special ( tissues, coffee pods, creamer/sugar) lots of charming touches throughout. It is expensive but it’s hard to find a place that’s perfect, and Lana’s place is that for us:)

5.0 stars without question. Cute place - clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Amazing hosts were very responsive and more than generous. It felt more like staying at a thoughtful friend's home than an investment/flipped property. Great food within walking distance. Location was charming, seemed quite safe, and plenty quiet for the light sleepers in our group. Street parking was easy. Ubers always close. Highly recommended for families.

what a beautiful home. Plenty of space, very clean and super comfortable. We came here to recharge from the holidays and that's exactly what we did. The views from the house are so peaceful...front and back. I loved watching the Amish buggy's pass by. Monica was very helpful and always answered any questions. Great restaurants and just so relaxing. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our time at Quintessential Pennsylvania was lovely! The house is just so cool and stocked with everything you could need. The hot tub was very relaxing and the game room was full of fun. The grounds surrounding the house are just beautiful with trails to walk and nature to see. It was even nice to sit on the glassed in porch and look outside. There was a good bit of wind one day and power was lost but only for a very brief moment as the house has a full home generator. The power was off for hours but the house was fine. Devan kept us well informed about things we needed to know and answered all of my questions right away. My family would like to go back again when we have more time to stay and can explore even more than we did this time. Chuck and Debbie Link

The place was awesome! Big and spacious with multiple bedrooms and plenty of other rooms for varying activities. The place has a lot of character, is very comfortable and is a short drive from Lambertville + New Hope. Would highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The location was great, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay here again

Went to the Philadelphia Folk Society concert at the Colonial. Enjoyed the stay h a lot. This apartment is half mile walk. Would not want to walk the last part of the half mile home from downtown Bridge street late at night unless in a group. Not the owner's fault, but since parking is not quite right in front of the unit, street only- situation is a bit "eh"... (Women traveling should know this.) Melanie made a smaller sized space so very comfortable and thoughtful. The place was extra clean + nice having a fridge, burners, snax etc. and good coffee. So we appreciate that!! Beds were comfy, but not soft. Slept well. Neighbors were up early and bounded loudly out the door from the second floor. It was brief though. Over all it was a very good experience. It would be nice if the properties across the st. were fixed up. Bulk trash abounded everywhere near abandon boarded up homes. However Melanie's place was very clean & neat! Really nice bathroom. Good for short stay.

Great little place, place just makes sense, you won't regret!

Pros: A very nice apartment with comfortable furnishings and big TVs. Everything was clean and orderly, from the kitchen, to bedroom, living room, and bathroom. Appreciate the provided towels and amenities in the bathroom. Cons: One of the outlets next to the bed didn’t work at all. I messaged the host about this and received no reply. The bathroom was clean but neither the shower nor the sink drained very well. There was a large hairball in the shower drain when we first used it. Overall, a nice apartment for our weekend away, but I’m not sure it was worth what we paid versus a hotel stay.

We loved how cozy the place was and the area it's located in. The jazz bar that sits two doors down of the place has amazing food and music. I was already talking with my girlfriend about making another trip of it in the future and hopefully using this AirBnB as a central spot to explore. I highly recommend this if you plan on traveling to this area.

Like staying at your Granny’s (in the best way). Beautiful apartment and neighborhood, neat old details, clean and cozy. Marc was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely book again.

I'm not sure where to start other than this place is amazing. The house was wonderfully decorated, comfortable, great location, and the amenities were perfect. The management is incredible and deserves much credit for this house. AirBnB has really gone down recently, but this place excelled. Everything was extremely clean and every detail was paid attention to. Multiple towels, every bathroom had soap, lotion, toiletries, and everything needed. The linens were spotless, the pillows incredible, the beds...good heavens...incredibly soft and comfortable. Every room had such style, such attention to detail. This is truly worth the price and exceeded our expectations. We could just lounge in any room in this house and feel relaxed. The kitchen was incredible and equipped with every tool needed and they were clean and basically brand new. There is not enough space to write how amazing this place is. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because it is one of the best places I have stayed in.

This place is lovely! The host is responsive and helpful. The hot tub is a real plus - with the outdoor heater on, we enjoyed using it even though it was sleeting outside (too stormy to try the beautiful fire pit). The house and location are beautiful and spotless. The furnishings are luxe and comfortable. Awkward eating space options - no dining table or large kitchen table. It was unexpected that some of the listed beds are sofas and sofa beds in common rooms, including some of the only beds available when you have booked it for fewer guests. (The larger of two bedrooms and second bathroom are a second locked space that I was glad to access.) It may fit as many people as they listed if everyone shares beds, but not all privately or in actual bedrooms. If I'd had all eight single adult guests, like I paid for, the sleeping and dinner arrangements would have been more problematic. As it happened, overall a great, cozy experience despite unexpected bad weather.

Our family had a good time at this beautiful quiet and estate . The house was perfect for 4-5 families get together. Host was very helpful with any issues we came across and resolved as soon as possible.

This was very first Air BNB stay and it did not disappoint. The home was Immaculate and the host was amazing. We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding weekend. The pictures she was able to get in the home were a true Blessing as she lives a rustic theme.
