Peaceful location close to many food outlets and supermarkets. Very spacious and modern house with a lovely rooftop. Bungalow keeper Karu was very obliging and contactible. Initial shortcoming of "no microwave" was immediately remedied. One notable shortcoming was that showers were open leading to wet toilets. Hope Prabha will sort this out soon. Quite surprised this was overlooked in an otherwise lovely building. My overseas guests spend 2 weeks there and were very happy. Thank you

Ranil should more clearly explain regarding the service being provided by the staff. When we ordered this villa we were not even aware of the fact there were services included and we had our own cook, maintenance specialist and a personal manager. Apart from that, everything was amazing. This villa is for somebody who wants quiet and be away from civilization for a while

I was in Colombo for work, followed by a vacation with my family. Romesh's place was perfect for my 2 weeks of work in Colombo. The apartment is centrally located close to several restaurants. Romesh and Janak were very responsive throughout my stay. Check in was very easy and Janak welcomed me and oriented me to the place. The apartment is very well maintained with AC in all the rooms, and a good WIFI connection. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and all the implements for cooking and eating. The location is secure and I had no concerns about safety or security. Hotel Janki is close to the apartment and I had several meals there and use of the swimming pool for a small fee. When I am in Sri Lanka, I normally stay in my own house, which is currently rented out. Romesh's place was as good as staying at my own house. Thank you.

Had a fantastic stay at Black Cat, the place is well decorated, the breakfast was incredible and communication with the host was effortless - they even printed some documents I needed! The bed was the most comfortable I’ve had in my entire 30 days in Sri Lanka. It was mostly a prefect stay minus a few pieces of feedback which I’ll feed directly back to the host so they improve for future guests! Would highly recommend staying here despite the small areas for improvement.

I really enjoyed my stay with Camie. He has a wonderful house at a serene and beautiful green part of Colombo. The room is air - conditioned with a mini fridge, Coffee maker etc. The breakfast was also very nice with Sri Lankan cusine. Camie is kind, a wonderful host always attentive to your requirements. I wholeheartedly reccomend his house and would be staying with him on my next visit to Sri Lanka.

I loved staying at Lens place! He and his Son were waiting for me when I arrived at the AirPort, it’s only a 15min drive to the homestay. Really Nice breakfast and just a sweet family. Room was big and clean.

Thomas managed to create an oasis in the middle of a busy area. Clean spacious rooms are complemented by cozy living areas to sit and have a chat with friends and family. Large landscaped garden is a wonderful place to unwind after a busy day of traveling. Thomas makes you feel as a part of the family and will go above and beyond to make your stay a comfortable one. It was an amazing experience!!

Sharmini was a very hospitable host who made my stay a memorable one. She welcomed me with a delicious Sri Lankan lunch when I checked in the early afternoon and was very accommodating to my needs during my stay. Her place is a refurbished old suburban house that is walking distance to a large shopping centre with bus stops and tuktuks nearby. Definitely recommended if you want to experience living like a local, and an absolute bonus if you love cats and dogs who also share this space. Thankyou again Sharmini for making my stay in Colombo one to remember by!!

Wir haben uns bei Lahiru und seiner Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Der Austausch war sehr interessant. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super - nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum schönen Strand. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und sehr lecker. Tipps bekommt man obendrauf :) Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Nur zum empfehlen!
