Julls is simply amazing. The communication with Julls was very good and she helped us with everything we asked. The house was perfect and answered all the needs we had as a family. Julls supported our staying and really did the beyond for us. Definitely a place to come back to. Great view, close to Raglan, and a few nice beaches. Also recommended is to pass the turn to the lodge and see the beautiful lookout 12 min away from the house (te toto gorge lookout) Julls you are the best we love you and appreciate all you did for us. Thanks so much to Phil for sharing his wonderful place with us, our family simply loved our stay at Waterfront Cottage - it was just the break away that we needed. Its location is awesome, central but tucked away with incredible views of water, hills and sunset. We paddle boarded along the estuary in front of the house and went for lovely walks from the house and at the nearby beaches. The house is immaculate, comfortable and very thoughtfully presented. We can’t recommend it highly enough! Thank you again Phil, you were a fantastic host 🤗

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

We had a great holiday in Raglan, and the accommodation was fantastic. It was setup well with everything we could realistically expect to be included. The bunk room was well loved by the kids and each bunk was a king single, so even the big kids were happy. The two main bedrooms were very large with a nice queen bed. Two showers and two toilets were a luxury! Huge TV and WiFi helped with down time. There's a nice BBQ too. The house is very well appointed with quality fittings, so it feels like a premium stay.

My colleagues were on a work trip and needed a quiet stop over place for the night. Alan's place met our expectations. It was modern, clean and organised and the fruit basket and goodies was an extra added treat. The place met our needs and it was as described in on air b n b. We had the pleasure to stay 2 nights at this Airbnb. We found this accommodation super equipped with everything you need for a super comfortable stay. The facilities were accommodating and wonderful, the location was peaceful and the sunset added to the lovely evenings. Nice accommodation, very convenient to visit Hobbiton and Waitomo cave

At one of Raglan's busiest times, we were fortunate enough to find this lovely oasis. Stuart sent us a great video showing exactly what to expect, and the communication was great. We sat out under the stars in the evening listening to the birds, and it was lovely to wake up there in the mornings. We took the tracks along the back of the property, visited a recommended cafe, and then walked to the beach. We hope to visit again sometime.

Christine’s place was awesome! The cabin has everything you need, our family loved it, and the views were beautiful! Close to Raglan but doesn’t feel like it looking at the amazing view. Christine was friendly and always responsive. Highly recommend!

Cole is a super host!! This property is absolute stunning - not to talk about the view. Perfect with no issues at all. Can highly recommend this spot !!
